Caviar is a SUPERFOOD!

Salmon roe is here. There are many names for caviar from fish eggs to roe. Some of you guys might have gone to a sushi restaurant and seen ikura, masago or 2b go on the menu, but caviar is technically supposed to be from wild beluga sturgeon in the Caspian Sea. Now caviar is used as a general term for any salted fish eggs. What they do is they take the egg sac out of the fish.

They separate the eggs from the membrane they lightly salt them, and then they either put it in jars or cans. Freeze, it refrigerate it whatever caviar might just be the healthiest food on the planet. Just like liver, it contains all of the vitamins, minerals, elements and fatty acids. Our bodies need, in their most bioavailable form the animal form. The nutrients in certain plant foods require conversion in the body, whereas the nutrients from animal foods are directly absorbed.

The main discrepancy between liver and fish eggs is that liver has a substantially higher vitamin A retinol content and fish eggs have much higher omega-3 fatty acids. Epa and DHA. The DHA in fish eggs is actually in the phospholipid form, which is said to pass through the brain, much easier and be absorbed better, but that’s never actually been proven. The nutrient profile is similar per calorie, that is, salmon eggs, for instance, are higher in fat. They have a higher fat percentage, so the nutrients might be more concentrated, but calorie for calorie all fish eggs are equal, whether it’s cod, roe herring, roe, sturgeon, Roe. All fish roe is a super nutrient-dense food. It’s just the facts of protein ratio varies depending on the species of fish, and we can also assume it matters if the fish is farm raised or wild caught, that will directly affect the nutrients and the omega profile of the fish eggs.

You have to be pretty careful with making sure that the fish eggs, the caviar you’re buying, is not from farmed low quality fish that the fish is on some type of natural diet. So the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is correct. If we take a look at 100 grams of salmon roe, which is 200 calories, the vitamin profile is literally complete. We have a decent amount of vitamin, A all of the B vitamins, vitamin C vitamin D, vitamin E – and there is definitely vitamin K in salmon roe, because vitamin K is contained in all high quality animal foods.

The test is expensive to conduct, so sometimes they don’t test for it. The vitamin C might actually be misleading because sometimes they add ascorbic acid. As a preservative to fish eggs. Now fish eggs do contain vitamin C, but usually when you salt, the food, it loses its vitamin C content. The anti scorbutic properties of the food are lost, so I have to do some nutrient testing in the future on salmon or get more correct data.

Maybe we’ll do that later this year, the vitamin D and E content are incredibly high for an animal food. These nutrients are usually specific to higher cholesterol, animal foods such as eggs, brains and, of course, fish eggs. Fish eggs are also complete from both a mineral and element perspective as they contain every single one of them in reasonable amounts. It’s worth noting. They have a significant iodine content as well.

So if you’re consuming fish eggs on a daily basis, you probably don’t need to supplement iodine fish eggs even have conjugated linoleic acid, which has been shown to have various health benefits. They contain arachidonic acid as well a fatty acid, specific to animal foods and, just like DHA, our brains require a certain amount of arachidonic acid. Every day. Of course, fish eggs are incredibly high in epa and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.

They are unparalleled, possibly with the exception of animal brains. Of course, I wouldn’t be mr. Salmon roe if I didn’t have some for you guys to taste today. Here we have some red caviar and the beauty of this food is a testament to its nutrient profile. Up close, we see the very pretty red pearls, almost as pretty as me, and when we bring up fish eggs, we have to bring up the conversation of food palatability, how a food tastes in its raw natural state and in the case of fish eggs yeah.

They added a little bit of salt to them, but there really isn’t a tastier food in nature that hasn’t been changed, and if we’re going to look at foods in nature and ones that tastes the best without cooking them, seasoning them fermenting them. They are all animal foods. When you ferment, an animal food, you can increase the palate ability in a natural way, but a lot of the modern things we do from salting to processing to very specific cooking methods.

You know unless you’re just throwing a piece of meat over a fire. You can argue that it’s not too. Naturally, this food palatability is important because, usually how a food tastes in its natural state is an indicator of its nutrient properties. If you were to take bone now, for instance, that had been fermenting in the femur bone of an animal for a couple of weeks, because the Coyotes couldn’t break into it, then it would taste like cheese and the reason these foods taste good is because every single Nutrient in the food reflects in the taste of it.

If a food has certain vitamins, minerals, elements and fatty acids in the food, you can literally taste them in the boot. You can taste, copper, you can taste iodine, you could taste every single vitamin that’s contained in the food and when you have all the vitamins in balanced amounts like we do in fish roe, it makes sense that the food tastes amazing, and not only does it taste. Amazing in its unaltered State it also satiates you very quickly.

If you have a few tablespoons of fish roe you’re going to be full, I would love to see someone try to eat like a pound of salmon or at once. You would get a couple bites in and feel full because it’s so nutrient dense, it’s literally satiating your appetite, although there is little variance in the nutrient profile calorie for calorie the taste of fish eggs varies greatly. That’s why some fish eggs are super expensive, like sturgeon, caviar and salmon.

Roe isn’t really too expensive. The fish eggs will literally taste like the fish they are coming from. So salmon roe is going to taste like salmon when tasting fish, eggs or caviar. I believe you’re supposed to use a plastic or nonmetal spoon because it alters the taste. I’ve never really noticed this, but let’s give some of the ROE a try, there’s so much going on here. You have that cholesterol, richness, that’s specific to foods like eggs and brains.

You have a slight iodine flavor. You have. I know that complex salmon flavor it’s like tasting the ocean in the form of a scrambled egg. That’s how I would describe the flavor. The texture is like a soft pearl that pops in your mouth and then that rich cholesterol, a liquid, comes out. This is like the best food you could feed to a baby or a child. Not only would they love it, it’s like super colorful and approachable.

The salmon roe is tasty. I would give it about an 8 out of 10 from a flavor perspective, but there’s a reason. Sturgeon Roe is so much more expensive. Here I have some hackleback roe. It’s a type of sturgeon. The pearls are black. This is what you think of when you, you know when you see caviar like the black fish eggs, yeah, there’s a reason, there’s a reason. Caviar is made from sturgeon. The flavor is completely different.

It’s buttery it’s more complex. It doesn’t have as much of an iodine flavor, of course, you’re not supposed to eat caviar with the spoon like this, but I mean you’re on a carnivore, a keto diet. This is ensuring you’re not getting anything negative. Now, if you’ve never tried sturgeon roe, it can be on the expensive side, but on Franky’s free-range meat, our goal is to make everything affordable. This is something that maybe I would have once or twice a month on a special occasion: it’s not prohibitively expensive, but it’s expensive enough that you couldn’t really eat it every day, whereas you could eat the salmon or every day. Butter is a SUPERFOOD!

I can’t believe it’s not butter or Earth Balance on their toast. Yet you ins have been consuming animal fats for hundreds of thousands. If not millions of years, it is really unfortunate that this idea that fat is bad for us, is so ingrained in our culture that people will shy away from foods that are the most important for our health.

In the case of butter, most people are actually unaware of the vitamin content of butter, as well as the other beneficial properties, particularly in regards to fatty acids. When we say butter is a superfood, we really mean it is a superfood. It is an excellent source of vitamins, A E and K and, depending if it was on summer pasture, it can also have a fairly high vitamin d3 content. Now this kind of parallels to all grass-fed raw dairy and the important thing to keep in mind here is the vitamin content of the butter will correlate directly to the pasture quality that the animal was on.

But in the best case scenario, butter is an amazing source of these vitamins and, most importantly, it’s the animal version of these vitamins, its vitamin A in the form of retinol, its vitamin K in the form of k2. It’s vitamin D in the form of d3 and it’s present in large amounts of animal fat that allow it to be absorbed easier. Other well-known benefits of butter are its butyrate content and you’ll commonly hear C people talk about feeding beneficial gut bacteria fiber to produce butyrate, but you can actually just consume.

Butter increases, HDL cholesterol with people. Consider the healthy cholesterol and people that consume butter actually have lower rates of heart disease than people that do not. It’s also worth mentioning that, in addition to this considerable fat, soluble vitamin content, butter is also an excellent source of linoleic and linolenic acid. So, although might not have an incredibly high amount of preformed epa and DHA, the body can convert those precursor fatty acids into epa and DHA, especially in the presence of the high fat content.

Here today I have a fairly dramatic and interesting comparison here we have on the left raw farm, grass-fed butter, and here we have on the right. You know your basic supermarket white butter. This is white, doesn’t really have much of a smell to it very classic. Like you know, buttery taste that you’re familiar with when you grew up this butter is a deep yellow, has like a sweet, nutty smell to it, a really deep, vibrant, yellow color, and you know, if you look at the vitamin, A content on this, it does have Some vitamin A from whatever they’re feeding the animal, but it is very clear visually that this butter has a much higher carotenoid content in it because of the beta carotene that is in the grass of the cows are eating.

We can also assume that this butter has a substantially higher rk2 content, as well as other fat soluble vitamins, and not only does it have a substantially higher amount of these vitamins. In the case of this commercially raised butter, this might not really have any fat soluble vitamins at all, so we’re essentially transforming nutritionally empty food. That’s just calories into something that is an excellent source of nutrition.

This is why food quality plays such a huge role and why? I really don’t recommend people consume dairy unless they have access to high-quality raw, grass-fed dairy. Now you might be thinking Frank. Can I just buy things like Kerrygold, or can I buy grass with butter from the supermarket, and the answer really is? No because Kerrygold has been known for fraudulence many many times, it’s technically, not actually grass-fed grass-finished and they can dye the color of the butter to make it yellow.

So what happens when a fat is pasteurized? Is you lose the enzymes and the enzymes can help digestion? You also lose some of the nutrient content. Is this? You know kind of an end-all, be-all thing. No, I mean, technically speaking, grass-fed butter from the supermarket is still better than foods that a lot of people have access to, but keep in mind you might be consuming rancid fats when they heat these fats they last much longer, whereas, if you bought, you know cultured Butter, it ferments naturally over a period of time, and it’s something your body is supposed to be.

You know consuming. You know natural fermented, bacteria and enzymes. You know if that is the. If the supermarket stuff is your only option by all means, and it’s your only source of fat, you can use it, but I would not be confident in the vitamin content of it. Nor would I be content in near the absence of rancidity or negative inflammatory factors. Maybe even some degree of histamine intolerance so keep that in mind when you’re buying butter from the supermarket – and you know I mean this stuff – isn’t cheap.

You know it’s ten to twelve dollars a pound depending on where you are so. There are definitely cheaper sources of high-quality fat that most people can find access to. Overall, it’s just one of those foods that is so delicious, it’s so tasty, and it’s amazing that it’s good for you, since I am allergic to their. What I actually do is, I usually take this and I put it in a dehydrator at a very low temperature and I pretty much make it into a raw clarified butter.

So I preserve the enzymes by keeping it raw, but I remove the casting protein that can cause inflammation for me. So thank you guys for reading. Shellfish is a SUPERFOOD

We are referring to crab lobster mollusks like mussels, oysters clams shrimp, any fish with a shell. Essentially so does she is uh that she’s a little cold right now because he just got out of the fridge, but maybe he’ll he’ll spring up a little bit later so shellfish, it really is one of the most nutrient-dense foods we can consume it’s up there with Organ meats, egg yolks, the highest quality offcuts there are.

There are not any foods that to me take value over shellfish from a nutrient density perspective. They are all as valuable as things like liver all the foods that I talked about. Cod, liver oil, any super nutrient-dense food shellfish is up there. The reason I like shellfish, so much is because you are able to purchase a lot of it alive at a much fresher quality than other foods that we have access to.

In addition to that, it is a super approachable food in a sense that you know, people like shrimp, they like clams, they like oysters, whereas things like liver and a lot of the other organ meats that I tend to eat on the carnivore diet. People aren’t really as much of a fan of the main difference between shellfish and other fin fish is, of course, the accessibilty. It’s obviously much easier to go to a beach and pick up some clams or oysters than it is to spear or reel in a fish from the ocean.

So there’s plenty of evidence on various coastal regions for use of seafood and mollusks and mass exploitation of these nutritional resources during the Upper Paleolithic period. There’s also plenty of evidence that Neanderthals use fire to open up these shells and, interestingly enough, they tended to use the shells as decorations, whether as jewelry or kind of status, symbols of the person. So whether or not these foods play role in the actual evolution of humans due to the ease of caloric access, it is safe to say that various indigenous groups did prized shellfish.

They specifically fed these who’s to pregnant woman, a nursing woman, children couples looking to conceive. It was one of the foods that was gathered along with things like fish, roe, liver, very nutrient-dense, animal foods. If we want to talk from a scientific and paper value perspective of what nutrients occur in the shellfish, the main discrepancy is the high preformed DHA content. Normally in a ruminant animal, you can only get preformed DHA from consuming the brain tissue in regards to actual vitamin content of these foods.

They tend to be excellent sources of the B vitamins, as well as vitamin d3. To a lesser extent, these foods have pretty good amounts of all the fat soluble vitamins. You know this shellfish has vitamin A it. Has vitamin E? It has vitamin k2. It’s an amazing source of all the minerals and elements, of course iodine, but the main thing that shellfish has over other foods is specifically the DHA content and, of course, this correlates directly with how fatty the item is in the case of mussels.

Here they have a bit less fat than something like oysters, so oysters would have a higher DHA content per calorie for anyone not confident in the nutritional value of shellfish, there were literally groups of people that subsisted off of shellfish that were in just as good health As any other indigenous group in vilmer steffensen’s, the fat of the land when he examined skeletal, remains of coastal tribes, that subsisted only off of shellfish.

The skeletal structure, the development of the face, all of the markers for optimal health, were the same as groups of Eskimos. That we’re living off of fish mammalian meat, so there’s evidence anthropologically speaking that you can be just as healthy consuming only shellfish versus ruminant meat, and I would argue that some consuming shellfish now is going to be much healthier and get a much higher nutrient density in Their diet, because people tend not to consume those offcuts, those organ meats that are necessary to get complete nutrient density in the context of a whole ruminant animal, and you can imagine the reason being that these shellfish and this seafood is more nutrient dense nowadays, is that It is a complete food when you’re eating a whole shrimp, a whole mussel, a whole clam, a whole Easter that is equivalent to you eating, essentially the whole animal, whether it’s a cow or a pig or a sheep or lamb same thing with eating things like fish, Eggs or fish roe you’re, essentially it would, it would essentially be like shrinking down the entire cow and eating it in one bite to get the complete nutritional profile, but with who’s like mussels and oysters.

That is much more approachable to do now. Obviously, there are pros and cons to shellfish, the pros being it’s a very approachable food. It’s super nutrient dense. The cons are, of course, the concerns with farmed fish pollution in the water and, unfortunately, in this case, when the water is polluted, it can be so polluted and it can affect the taste of the animals so much that you cannot consume it.

In the case of grain fed steak, we can cover up the off accurate taste of grain fed fat by cooking it by putting salt and pepper on it. In the case of oysters, I have literally gotten oysters that have smelled like sewage and I smelled the outside of the oyster and it didn’t smell right. So I was like. Let me open it up. I open up the oyster, it was one of the worst smells. I have ever smelled in my life pure rotten sewage, so one of the major cons is the quality of this shellfish that you’re getting really does correlate with the sourcing of the ocean and that doesn’t really even matter if it’s wild squad or not.

Unfortunately, I can still be in polluted water, so you know one of the main reasons I don’t really consume shellfish as much as I would like to is partially because of that reason, another thing that people don’t really mention is it can be a little bit expensive. You know this crab, it’s like 25 bucks. Just for the crab I mean. Obviously, things like mussels and clams are actually very affordable about things like shrimp lobster.

Crab tend to be on the slightly more expensive side, but at the end of the day, with the amount of money people spend on BS, I don’t think any sort of food budget is going to be too expensive in the right context. So if you guys are looking to increase the nutrient density of your diet in a really approachable and delicious way, this is definitely one of the best ways to go about. I know I spout all the time about liver eat egg yolks, you know eating all these foods like fish roe, but this is an alternative.

You can have mussels crab lobster. All of these things several times per week. The real crush is going to be sourcing, high quality, wild-caught stuff and figuring out how the nutrient density is going to tie in to your overall diet if you’re not consuming it. To frequently I’m sure some people are going to ask about canned versions of these foods. Canned oysters canned muscles can crab meat, that’s pasteurized.

Obviously the fresh version is far better. It’s going to have a higher vitamin C content. The nutrients are going to be more preserved, but I wouldn’t say I would say, there’s lesser evils. You know you could buy fresh pasteurized crab meat, but that’s going to be way more expensive than the one that has additives in it. You can buy canned oysters or you can buy fresh, packed oysters at an Asian market.

You know you could buy clams that are already shuck. You could buy raw clam meat in certain places. That’s going to be far superior to the canned versions, the smoked versions, especially things that are packaged in oil, so for those of you guys, are asking that if canned food is the only thing you have access to that’s fine. If you guys want to talk about thin fish and things like anchovies and sardines, of course, those are great.

The main reason I’m focusing on shellfish in this article is because of that accessibility reason. You know the access that we would have had to shellfish is much easier than pind fish. Eggs are a SUPERFOOD

They are an amazing source of nutrients. Unfortunately, that nutrient content depends directly on what the animal was fed and as with grass-fed beef, we see a three to ten times, variance in certain vitamins and fatty acids. So, although eggs high-fat dairy high quality animal products – well, I guess just animal products in general in American diets might be their only source of fat cycle.

Vitamins when you go to the farmers market and you pay six or seven dollars a dozen for truly pastured eggs. You really are getting six to seven times the amount of vitamins in some cases. So I guess I have to touch on the anti-nutrient Abedin in egg whites, which binds to biotin and inhibits the absorption and people are concerned about this. But if you cook the egg, it only really inhibits about 10 to 20 percent of that Abbadon.

Thankfully, there’s plenty of biotin in the egg itself to have a net gain of biotin in the body, so that anti-nutrient isn’t a concern. I mean if you want to reduce it up to 60 %. You have to boil the egg for like two minutes, and no one really does that. I personally have only consumed egg yolks in the past and I just find our reacts better to those and in Reverse the nutrient profile. 90 % of the vitamins are in the egg yolk a fair portion of the potassium and selenium and protein is in the egg white, but well if the actual fat sample vitamins and a lot of the minerals are just in the egg yolk.

So that’s why I’m comfortable with not consuming the white here today I bought five different types of eggs from a local Whole Foods and at the end here is just a regular commercial white supermarket egg. So we’re going to look at the color variants and what we can safely say here is you know, non-gmo pastured, eggs, darkest yolk, regular pastured eggs from this is vital forms slightly lighter yolk, the organic pastured eggs are slightly lighter again, the other brand of pastured eggs.

Again, we’re getting lighter and lighter as we go and the organic omega-3 eggs again lighter, but not as light as the Reg Supermarket commercial egg. One interesting thing, if you add salt to egg yolks, they get much darker. These are these egg yolks and after I added salt to them, they turn many many shades darker. Just a little interesting, culinary thing that I’ve noticed and we could we don’t have to look at these eggs.

I mean they’re old brown, eggs for the most part, different sizes and we can safely say yeah. The darker egg. Yolk has more carotenoids likely more other vitamins, but does it have a high omega-3 content because omega-3 content, even though it’s probably way higher in these eggs? You know it’s not indicated by the dark or egg yolk, so I was going to taste these eggs, but I’ve had some. I am allergic to eggs.

I’ve had some very bad reactions lately. So I can say, though, that I’ve tasted all of these in the past, and we I can give you comparison just from recollection – the higher-quality egg – will taste more chicken eat. Almost it sounds weird, but high-quality animal foods tend to remind you more of the animal which that came from. They tend to have more complex and nutty notes, and things like that and there’s definitely a significant age difference between these eggs and as with breasts with butter.

It tends to be for the better, whereas people will argue back and forth about grain fed and grass-fed steak all day regards to what I’ve personally used to do. As I said, I would eat only egg yolks. I would buy pastured eggs from my local farmer. I wouldn’t really eat any of these eggs. These range from like five to seven dollars a dozen. If I had to choose supermarket eggs, I’d probably eat the Omega 3 eggs, as well as the darkest color pastured eggs to get an even balance of omega-3s and vitamins.

Because we don’t really know if these pasture chickens are getting a high omega-3 content. But it might be, there might be more omega-3 in this egg yolk, as well as more vitamins than the Omega 3 eggs and, hypothetically speaking, if you’re, following a diet that has very high quality egg yolks in it, you wouldn’t really need any other vitamins. Besides vitamin C because vitamin A and omega 3 fatty acid concerns are obtained in high quality, eggs and eggs are the best source of vitamin k2 that most people have access to, and vitamin k2 is one of those we struggled to get so as much as I Talk about eating certain organs, various animal tissues – you can simply achieve most of your nutrient density with just 10 kilos and that’s nice, because it’s again a very easily accessible food for a lot of people.

Unfortunately, if you want to obtain 80 % of your calories from fat from only egg yolks, you might see some allergy problems come up that you didn’t have before, but it is definitely a good way to get a high amount of nutrient dense vitamins in your diet. I mean I mean if you were eating conventional store-bought eggs. I couldn’t really speculate on the vitamin content. I would say that you probably don’t need any more k2, but you might want to eat some liver and then maybe get some wild fish for your omega-3s.

The big three vitamins we are concerned about our vitamin, A vitamin k2 and omega-3 fatty acids and egg yolks kind of not all of those have fairly easily. I didn’t touch on the raw vs., cooked or kind of cooking temperatures and stuff. I have noticed that raw egg yolks digest way better than cooked eggs, but I have a feeling it has to do with the egg white. I’r sure, if you lightly cooked an egg yo, if there would be very little variance in digestion, but if you’re, if you’re cooking your eggs well done like really hard-boiled and stuff, you will notice digestive differences.

I mean I can’t really speculate on the nutrients lost, but I’m sure there is some degradation of passtime vitamins as well as watercycle’ vitamin B vitamins. You guys like to support me. HUGE Costco KETO Haul!! Did we buy TOO much?

So pretty much, no dairy, no carbs, no good stuff. You can’t admit it Augusta, no ice cream, no bread, Nana, look all the things that we normally. You can’t have none of that. Okay, but you eat like meats inside there, so it’s actually not bad. So it’s like kind of could give and take relationship with this keto diet, but I’ve heard some good things about it.

Okay, yo we’re in the freezer section right now it is breathe, but I don’t know if they can I’m thinking in my smoke.

Look we in the freezer section right now. You know I just the way I like lettuce and like fruits and vegetables and stuff, like that. I saw it anybody, but look she over there picking out something like spring. What what you pick it out? Some spinach boat mix, okay, okey, don’t mix yeah! Look at our basket right now, grocery shop and look everything is kitto friendly, so we got the sausages. You got well, that’s detergent, down there and stuff like that.

We got some like squash and zucchini some asparagus. Oh yeah, look at everything in the best right now. My baby, she bout to start putting one thing right now. I love this and trivedi like me doing it only because she says she goes a lot faster, so I mean it kind of makes sense, though, well with the keto diet in everything that we order. We get nothing that wasn’t on the keto diet. Everything came out.

We got a lot of this cute or dieting and cheese, oh, except for the wine, except for the wine. Everything came out. 388. 40. So this keto diet ain’t cheap. But if you want to get right, you want to get in shape. You guys sometimes got paid. Oh my random little puns in order to get there. So that’s what we’re doing right now. I’d probably try to Hakkasan just show you how a whole of everything that we got as far as the keto diet.

Now let me go ahead and help her put everything in the car yeah I’ll get it. I mean I got to put peaches in the car, so that’s good, so we are back at the house and it’s time for me to show you guys what we got at Costco. So, like Kevin said it was around 388, almost almost $ 400. Now this is probably the big grocery shopping that we do like at the beginning of the month and we get a lot of meat. So a lot of those needs.

We deep freeze and then use throughout the month and then throughout the month. If we need to pick up any extras, then we’ll just hit up like the local grocery store and just grab little things here and there our grocery list, let’s based off of the keto diet. The keto diet is like no carbs, no sugar and just a lot of foods with fat in it, and let me go ahead and show you guys the meat we picked up some pork belly so Kevin makes some really good.

Pork belly ends that I cannot wait until we make. We got some ribs, you can definitely eat ribs. We also got some rib eye steak and, as you can see, we got a big pack, so we’re definitely going to freeze some of this some shrimp and some Selman, as well as some bacon for like breakfast, we usually like to eat like bacon and eggs, and Then, for a dinner or like for lunch will either have like a salad like we could either make like a steak, salad, a Salomon solid.

We could even eat some shrimp, veggies shrimp with veggies some steak, some state yes and staking asparagus. You could do that ribs and asparagus. Pork belly ends, and I don’t know we’ll just figure some stuff out. We can also eat sausages, so we picked up some sausages. These are so good. You guys, if you are near a Costco, if you have a membership pick. Some of these up, these are so good. We’ve picked up some little cheese to snack on some butter.

Butter is always good to have as well as pistachios. Last month we picked up some pistachios, but we had to crack them open. They were in their shells, and then I seen this today and I was like what this is definitely save us some time we picked up this time around some squash, some yellow squash and zucchini. So maybe we can use this as a side with our meats, some asparagus. We got some spinach some watermelon.

I picked these two mini watermelons up at sprouts the other day, and then we picked up this big ol water well in today, at Costco, onions isn’t really. Okay to eat on the keto diet, they tell you to avoid heaven and I love onions and we just cannot live without them. I think the only thing we’ll probably do is eat them in moderation all right. So then we got some peaches and these aren’t all the way ripe yet, but we can definitely let them sit out and let them get a little bit more right.

So I picked this up. This is a keto collagen protein powder, so it’s a collagen protein powder. I’ve been trying to do some research, and they say collagen is very good for you, which it really is. It’s good for your hair, your nails, it’s good for your skin, it’s good for anti-aging, it’s just all-around, really good for you. It also helps with like joint pain if you you’re having joint pain, there’s a lot of benefits to putting collagen into your daily intake.

However, it is pills protein. However, you want to take it. I decided to go ahead. Do some research and I wanted to get a collagen powder, but then I seen that which is with protein powder – and I don’t have protein powder right now and I think that is one thing I am missing since I’ve been working out a lot and I need To go ahead and add a protein powder into my daily intake like either after a workout or I can use it as a meal replacement.

So I seen that our Costco I’m definitely going to try it. Hopefully, it’s good one more thing: we did pick up some wine, some Stella Rosa peach peach and we picked up this one tropical mango Moscato and, of course, that’s not under the keto diet. This probably has a lot of sugar, but, like I said it’s okay at the end of the week, to have a glass of wine definitely treat yourself here and there it’s all about having a balanced diet and that’s what I’m all about all right, you guys so That is the end of the article.

Keto and Low Carb Mini Grocery Haul – Walmart Grocery Haul

Hey everybody got a short little mini haul. For you guys I shopped at good old Walmart today I don’t know when I’m going to make it to Aldi’s most likely tomorrow or Wednesday. So we’ll see it’s Monday, the 21st. Here we go guys all right, so I got some line started pulling out lines. I’ve got one red onion one package of mushrooms, I got oh.

This is like becoming a real favorite of ours, guys poblano, peppers, jalapeno peppers and then some serrano peppers, so here’s some fresh produce here then I got this package here yeah then I got some grated: pecorino romano cheese, eight ounces and then check these out. I got there’s new packaging for the wisp containers. I got Parmesan cheese crisps, two of them, then I got their cheddar cheese, crisps, two rows and Asiago and pepper jack cheese.

Crisps, guys out. I have two packages of my lovely Brussels sprouts. Can you package of this? For Matthew to take back to the high school, then these um pepper jack snacks – these – these are really clean. Guys. Look at that pasteurized milk, al opinion, peppers, cheese, culture, salt, enzymes, whereas there’s another package that is string, cheese that has some bad stuff in it. I’ll include a clip here so just because one package doesn’t have any of the food starch, don’t assume the other one.

Well, alright, I asked about rotisserie chicken, I’m feeling lazy today, so it’s lazy, lazy, healthy keto and I’ll be making my yummy chicken and Brussels sprout anew the containers of half of heavy whipping cream. I have young Clausen Spears check that out. I also got this, which is coconut avocado oil luan is not the best bran, but I went ahead and got a little bit of this, which is avocado oil.

I have some egg whites. I got some more dippers. I check out these Mac spicy here the ingredients not terrible guys, I’m not exactly sure the effects of monosodium glutamate, don’t have to look at it, but here’s the ingredients pretty clean and go PT guys, but unsweetened, let’s see what’s in the ingredients, I never looked. What are the ingredients here over here? This tea filtered water, brewed tea, concentrate natural flavors, caramel, color and phosphoric acid.

So I don’t know, but hey it’s still better than the diet and then here’s something new that I saw at the grocery store, don’t get too too too excited guys. This is creepy nee mini egg white thins. They are ready in 15 seconds microwavable, it has eat cold or warm, no dairy, no sugar, no cholesterol. It is one piece per serving, however, guys there is 45 calories in this and there are carbs 4 grams of carbs.

Why? Because they have wheat flour in here, but I thought you know what become an flax meal. I thought it might be kind of neat for me to try to figure out a recipe for these. So here we go egg white thins and the that rat. Oh, what else I get this I’ve never had this before this is a crosscut, shank and 295 quick sell thought I’d, get it see what it tastes like. I don’t know we’ll see, never had it I’ll show you the truth.

I didn’t hear yes, mozzarella, cheese, snacks and I think that wraps up all of my hello guys, and so it is Monday, the 21st. I did ten point nine miles on my feet on the trail. Grilling Cheese At Aldi! – More New Finds at Aldi – Keto Grocery Haul – Low Carb Haul

Here we have a haul coming to you from where all these, no, it doesn’t sound right, guys, Aldys all these Aldi’s. I know I have a few of you correcting me on my pronunciation. All these is what it is all these is how I say it, which one do you like better. Oh these, the way it’s supposed to be – or all these I don’t know, I’m anyway enough of that – let’s go ahead and get to the details.

I have some new finds guys, let’s go ahead and get through it, we’ll go, buy them one by one, all right. So check it out, I think, of these salad, kids, like shared with you guys how much I like these. These are the little salad bar brands, and this is the Asian. You don’t really want to necessarily eat the salad dressing. However, everything else is good to go. This one actually seems like it has less carrot, and I know carrots aren’t kedo, but the other thing is David, doesn’t like them.

So I picked at the Asian, the Southwest salad, jalapenos, pretty little jalapenos. These were 69 cents, a pound, then my avocados 38 cents. Today. I got a cauliflower cauliflower, it was a dollar 69, what a great deal and I got some onions, 49 cents. This was new when I check it out. We know where I am with cheese, and this looked really good. This is the cheddar truffle cheese. Let’s check it out, I did not look at the carbs, it is a hundred and twenty calories per serving at 10 grams of fat and it is zero grams of carbs and there are the ingredients.

Folks too many for me to read out to you so there you go then guys I picked up these. This is what I would consider easy lazy, convenient keto. The reason why I don’t mean to offend anybody by the way it’s just lazy keto, simply because it’s pre-made, you know your your perfect keto – would be just buying the ground, pork and making yourself some sausage, but I needed some convenience things. We’ve got a lot going on right now, including having to purchase a new truck.

Oh my gosh, the truck went out. My husband’s truck went out so we’re going to have to purchase a new truck, so this might be a couple mornings before we go out and look at trucks and grab a couple of those and go we’ll see. If I do my meal, prep it’ll be great, but I’ve kind of been behind the past week and a half on nil breath. Other thing is, I have not seen these before. There was two flavors. I happen to pick up the olive oil with a garlic flavor.

It’s nonstick cooking spray and, of course the macros are great on that pick that up again a little more lady key though this is their pepperoni. I plan on making some pizzas. I want to deliver one of them to David’s friend John, who is doing keto and he’s so cute and on how old John is, but I know he’s older than us. At least I would say in this late 60s and John calls me up Emma, tell me about your Stromboli, and I just gotten gave me the biggest thrill, oh so cute all right.

Next guys this would be an equivalent to Frank’s hot sauce. This is by Berman’s. This was 79 cents guys. I thought we’d go ahead and give it a try. We loved our Frank’s hot sauce. That would give this one the chance. This is zero grams of carbs and the ingredients are really clean. So there you go two more new items that I found at mine. Is this right here, roasted garlic with extra virgin olive oil, stop by stone mill, and it is less than one gram of carb.

Here’s the ingredients – and I show sugar, however, thought I’d – give it a try same thing here. Is this minced chili with garlic? This one has sugar as the third ingredient less than one gram. That’s someone grab my carb 5 calories and it’s going to be such a miniscule amount guys that I thought it might worth be worth the try. I also picked up these little guys. This is the stone meal Carolina, Reaper, stir in paste, and doesn’t that look good and spicy? So I got that one.

These are all new finds the green jalapeno again a new find and the yellow habanero. Oh my gosh. I hope these are spicy. There’s a nutritional information, guys 25 calories. You hear Bulli in the ground in the background. Making noise – and here are the ingredients guys it does have sunflower oil, which of course, is something that we don’t always at 1:00 in our food and the sometimes anthem gum is even questionable as well as a bargain.

Still give me a chance. I I showed you guys these in a previous hall, we were really actually liking these. These are like $ 4.99. A bit of a splurge, but it is very convenient. Here are the items that are in this particular package. This is $ 4.99 for 4-6. Ounces love that okay, guys, here’s what I’m really excited about now. You guys have seen my article in regards to the grill and cheese right.

Let me show you it looks like here. It is oven, baked cheese with aged parmesan. This package is six ounces $ 7.99 and it is 220 calories. I believe four per serving what is it 120 calories per serving so quite a bit, and I jokingly said maybe a ladoos will come to the rescue. Well, maybe all these kind of has come to the rescue. Let me show you what I found all right, so this is vegetarian, a cheddar grilling, cheese, great for grilling or frying only at County.

This is by Earth grown again, all did only at Aldi, so I’m believe I’m beginning to believe this might be something they carry regularly. So it says it’s great for salads, like croutons and as a source of protein for your burger 13 grams of protein. Let’s check it out here, it is good through December 29th, so it has a really good a shelf life there. It’s four servings calories are 200 per patty. Each patty is 2.

25 ounces, so on this little bugger it would be 220 calories for one ounce. This is 2.25 ounces, so I guess, if you wanted to cut in half, you probably could – and it is 200 calories – 2 grams of carbs here – are the ingredients? Nothing really terrible. I mean you know tapioca starch yeah, I’m not too sure about that, but not terrible. Terrible so again, how many carbs? Is it it’s 2 grams of carb for one serving? You know what it’s worth a try guys.

So this is the cheddar grilled cheese. They also have the spicy cheddar, which I and excited about alright guys, here’s what they look like. I will do a separate article on this, for you guys and do a little taste test on it, but that’s what they look like. They are fairly deep. I’m going to give that a try today, I also going to be making some pizzas, so I picked up some of the mushrooms. I can get the brown mushrooms guys, they’re a heck of a lot better on keto and the white ones, but this is what they had so I picked these up.

I want to make a little bit of creamed spinach if you haven’t tried that check the recipe out in the upper right hand, corner that will be available to you. I got two broccoli crowns. I got some pistachios for Matthew. I was at school, so I try to go ahead and make him a little crab bag so that he’d take home with him every week or when I see him alright. So then, I also have all of this shrimp and it says it’s salad shrimp, but I’m actually going to use it on some rice, some cauliflower fried rice.

I’ve got some bay scallops for the same reason that these are like 339 a package I for these avocado containers, and these are a little bit more affordable than the holy guacamole. I don’t like the flavored ones at all guys, but these are delicious, also picked up. Some cilantro a little bit of ricotta cheese. Some basic butter get your Kerrygold if you can and they actually do sell it at Aldi’s. But I just need some plain one.

I also picked up four packages of pork rinds guys these for 75 cents, today, 75 or 78 cents today, yeah, typically 99 cents that went down in price. That’s cool, always little savings and they also have the max pork rinds. Now let me tell you this here: the spicy one where it does not have multiple dextran and that does have msg so you’ll see it down here yep. It does have mint MSG in it. So those probably go to Matt we’ll see he loves pork rinds.

We all do this is for my mom look at that budget. Mint cookies also picked up heavy whipping cream, and you know what, even though these are dollar 69. I’ve shared that with you before and even at this price point the fact that they put them in this type of container that has a little pour spout. I love that also got some half-and-half check out those some more heavy whipping cream and a cabbage and look at these new finds here guys this coffee, bourbon coffee, as well as maple bacon coffee.

So here the ingredients are for this, which is coffee, natural and artificial. Flavors, so that’s questionable, but hey guys, it’s coffee, let’s splurge a little bit and here’s the second one same same difference. So though I might do a article that just does it taste test on this, we’ll see guys. So. For my milk, I do love that, but I thought it’d be nice. Just don’t have a pretty container in the refrigerator a glass jar with a lid, this carafe.

So I got me a craft. This was 399 and then I had a puppy and you guys know about the sweet, sweet bow and I’ve got Daisy and I’ve got Bulli well. Other thing is, I purchased their bed and the bed is washable the outside cover, but the guts a lot. So I thought: well, you know what this way in case he has an accident, I’m not going to give him the bed just yet he needs to go into that because he still act yep peeing on occasion, so when he grows into that, I will also I Bought two of these, I will wrap one of these around the bed, because the contents aren’t washable, but the outside of it is so.

This will protect the contents all right. So that’s my haul guys tell me what new finds you have found so anyway, guys that wraps that up have a blessed day. We were there all the time anyway. So this list will include over 60 items over $ 800 with the product of the things that we pick up at Costco, and I think it might find that it helps you if you’re not familiar with some of these products or if you don’t go to Costco.

Very often, or if you’re, not even a member, a lot of these things, you can get on Amazon, believe it or not, so you know me I’ll be linking some stuff in the description below anyway yeah. So, stick around see what all the things that we buy are and they’re, certainly even more than that at the store it’s just. This is a list of the things that we use, and this was what three trips right: three trips, three different trips and we’re combining it all into one.

Let’s take someone to talk a little bit about the store itself. We’ve been extremely busy it’s hard to film. In our warehouse one because I work there and everybody wants to chat with me, a lot of the members know who I am so it makes it very disruptive. So we’ve chosen not to actually film while were there, but we did take pictures of the products and price cards when we could, I think, we’re missing one.

Oh yeah yeah. I was putting it together before we did this article to talk about each of these items. So we’ll jump right into it copy draw, let’s start with my favorite cheese, cheese in more cheese and more cheese, that’s Stacey’s department, absolutely I’ve, always loved cheese. Since I was a little kid, we started off with our mozzarella cheese. This is a must-have in our household. At any given time it’s the basis of our Fathead pizzas, you know one of our favorites that we like to do and we did a how-to article.

That’s done very well for us, it is tapas. I usually mix up an egg with a little bit of nacho cheese for a trifle real, quick, absolutely the other staple that we like is the queso chihuahua cheese, chihuahua cheese, it’s about Wawa, cheese, yeah, Greg and Stacey. Kgp dough turned this on to that cheese and it’s definitely been a winner for Stacey. She loves that cheese and then we do taco bowls with it.

Yes are those taco bowls. We use that Kiesel yeah yeah, it’s good cheese, good, good, spicy, cheese. The Mexican cheese is another one. We love to do our tackle shows with the chocolate bowls with the flat breads with yeah. I’ve even seen, Stacey use a mission, carp shell, to make a quesadilla out of that and put it a little bit of jalapeno. Yes, yes, the next one is cheddar cheese, sugar. I can handle cheddar, you can handle again Bill likes to put cheddar on top of his chili yep.

I also put it on my broccoli and I love to make broccoli cheddar soup, with their cheddar cheese. Nope can’t go wrong with that. Can’t go wrong with each other, one of the other, quick and simple snack ideas that I always use as well as our daughters, love are. The mozzarella sticks now, don’t why are they great for snacking they’re great for homemade mozzarella sticks yeah, yeah radio. For that too Parmesan cheese, shakey cheese.

I call it. He always calls it’s tricky because you shake it. Okay, I mix this in with a couple of different recipes that I use even with the flat breads. It just gives a different texture to it, meatballs to the meatballs, and I love it with the parmesan crusted, pork, chops, cheese and texture of crust. That’s what she likes crunch is where it’s at crunches, where it’s at Thursday’s. So now it’s time to talk about the meats.

The one nice thing with Stacey working at Costco is she can get the prime picks of the rib eyes. I know everybody yeah, so we’ve gotten a couple batches of the rib eyes that have just been oh, my gosh perfection. They taste amazing. I even just did a article on how I make my rib eye steak. It’s wonderful! It’s a great treat now and then yeah. Absolutely he always asked after I buy them. He says how’d, it feel like a steak.

Yes – and I love me, the other thing I get from Costco is the chicken thighs they have the boneless chicken thighs and there’s no skin on them. I do grab some from the store that have skin on them as well with the boning, but the ones from Costco are just really nice package. You get a couple in in each package, so I don’t feel like I’m eat wasteful. I can pull out what I need and those chicken thighs are fantastic.

Another thing we get from there is regular ground beef. Now, instead of just getting a regular package of ground beef, we get the tube of ground beef, which is ten pounds. I believe yes just knock on the window, and anybody in the meat department can help you out with the tuba ground beef. It saves you money. Yeah, you get a better price per pound. We had to do the two tube they get into being 30.

40. 50 cents less per pound to do that to so, the tube is definitely worth looking into. If you’re, making a large amount, we tend to cook up that whole tube and put it into snap where and then we put it in the freezer when we pull it. When we want tacos – and we pull it when we want to make something, we also pick up the organic beef from Costco. That’s what I use when I’m going to make our meatballs hamburger patties.

They just definitely are just a really good tasting meat. I love a homemade hamburger for a quick meal bill tends to do for him and Julia the. I think it’s 1/3 pound beef, patty yeah that are possible from casco just fast and easy yeah. I like the home, cooked ones. Another thing that goes along with the meat very well is the rails, marinara sauce. We use that for our meatballs. We use it for all kinds of things.

Actually, I’ve even just made ground beef and put some rails and some shaky Parmesan cheese on it and just eat it like that, because that’s just how I roll sometimes it’s true, but the rails is great for a treat now and then, and we did pick up Recently here the beef pot roast it’s got a gravy in it and it’s got the beef in it. Oh my gosh, that’s a really nice little treat now and then to pick up.

This doesn’t really like that, but I love it. Next would be the roasted garlic sausage, it’s kind of like a Polish, a little bit like a hot dog. Oh my gosh, they’re, so good. I use them on the COS ass, a little spinning thing that cooks them up and gives them a nice crust. Love that thing another thing I always grab when I go in as a treat now man, maybe once a month I’ll, grab a rotisserie chicken, it’s already pre-made, I just strip it out.

I like to eat the thighs Stacy likes the chicken breast part, so she’ll tear that up and put it on a salad or something I just like the taste of it. I know that some people have issues with that, so I don’t do it very often, but I do like it chicken strips oh, my gosh. These are great. We use them without fredo sauce. We mix it in with a little bit of like ground, pepper and some garlic and some onion powder, because Stacy doesn’t like expiry things and it makes for a wonderful meal Stacy likes.

This is already precooked too, so you could throw it on top of the salad fast and easy just measure out a couple ounces, throw it on top that alfredo chicken is fantastic. Absolutely. I also like to do a couple ounces, usually about two ounces of the chicken strips and I’ll. Just do like a ranch dressing or Caesar dressing as a dipping sauce and I’m good to go, gives you a meal because you got a protein yeah and of course, you can’t go to Costco without buying bacon right bacon.

I buy the four packs of bacon a times. That’s the magic word of the article bacon yeah, you know we buy the four packs of bacon from Costco and Nightrain ration knows out to about once a week. The other thing for a bacon I use is the crumbles. The little crumbles I use those mainly in salads if we ever do make like a little quesadilla with that Mexican cheese or queso cheese, I’ll, throw some bacon bits in with that, of course, on the fat head pizzas, he has bacon and I do have it on The fat head – pizzas, yeah, that’s a staple got bacon, got ta, have the bacon absolutely oh and then add words to build omelets yeah.

I forgot about that yeah I put some bacon crumble, sometimes in an omelet, real, quick. This me it turns out. You know what happens is I start an omelet and it ends up being scrambled eggs. So you know he always eggs yeah. So that’s how that works, and last time I meet list would be tail off fruit. I love this stuff. I throw some of the pan with some vegetables a little bit of olive oil, so some of that gee use teriyaki sauce mix that all up cook it up.

Oh my gosh, it’s amazing! Next to a steak or a piece of chicken, it’s just fantastic! You! You owe it to yourself to try. These almonds happens to be one of my absolute favorites. I love them by themselves, but I actually really like to pair the almonds with extra sharp cheddar cheese, see that just doesn’t sound like a good combo, and I like both of those things. I just don’t think I want them together.

You know, and the funny thing is I would have never eaten them together, but I think my taste buds have changed slightly. Walnuts is another thing that we always have here at the house. I do a lot of baking with the walnuts our Kido mug cake has walnuts. Peekytoe moose has walnuts. You can’t go wrong with two ounces of walnuts in your hand, yeah. We always have 200 snack bags of walnuts and almonds in the and sometimes of academia TIFF.

We have them yeah and in the refrigerator, so there’s like a grab and go back for any of us that need to grab something to go. Yes, keeps you keeps you honest now the macadamia nuts. I have to be careful with those because our youngest daughter – yes, she tried it for the first time at Gregg and Stacy’s with Kazu Kido, I had to keep taking the bag away from her about Mike stop yeah she’s just sitting there eating them like it’s popcorn, Yeah and they’re like leave her alone, let her eat them.

I’m like no okay, it’s back to me now and these little beef sticks I find are fantastic for on-the-go. I actually grabbed the big pack. I think there’s 28 in the pack and – and I throw a couple of my car for a couple because you don’t have to refrigerate them even and and I always grab a big handful of them. And I give my daughter at college because I wanted to have something in their backpack between classes or one, not if she’s in a rush and then just they taste, wonderful and they’re, just so convenient in their own little packages.

Also, we found a new product at Costco called the keto snack mix. This is something great to sit down with a small bowl if you’re going to read like TV or something and you kind of Miss having that little snack, this will fit the bill perfectly. Also, these little cheese wisps are pretty darn good in a little Bowl. If you want a little snack, too kind of an indulgent thing, just sit down with little balls.

Those just measure him out follow the basics. Yeah next are the folio wraps. Everybody was talking about these before Costco had them, and the buzz was just crazy online about it. When we finally got him, I said: oh, we got to get them, who got trying well I’ll, tell you what the texture of them they’re very slick and smooth is not for me. I tried to do a tack on them. I tried to do some lunch meat in them.

They’re. Just not my thing: they don’t taste horrible they’re, just it’s a texture thing and I normally wouldn’t say I’m a texture person, but Stacy ate them now onto the baking stuff. For me, at any given time, we always have at least a couple dozen eggs in the house a couple dozen. What are you talking about six to eight dozen in almost any time, so maybe a few dozen more than a couple yeah we buy the organics and that’s what I use when I’m doing omelets in the morning, primarily for truffles and omelets, I use the organics any Baking thing I do the arena cakes as well.

Now I do buy the regular eggs, our youngest daughter and our old Center love Excel. It now eats up eggs right yeah. Whenever I’m making excelled, I’m usually using eight to ten eggs and they both love. It Carrie gold is another. One of our staples Billy says Kerry gold, probably more than I do yeah I do every morning for ages. I use Terry gold. He hasn’t done it in the coffee, yet he can’t have to do that boy yeah! I don’t do that stuff at Costco as well as I always have the unsalted butter.

We have quite a few recipes that call for the unsalted butter, so it’s ready yeah. So I always make sure I have that on hand and ready to go Philadelphia, Cream Cheese. An absolute staple in the house why go ahead be took dad had pizza, that’s the only thing. I know we use it for there’s a couple other recipes, but also call for the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, but the fact that is the majority of our cream cheese.

So another two bags table that we have in our house is almond flour. Many many many recipes call for the almond flour, so we always have at least two bags on and at any given time. The other thing that we keep on hand is the baking cocoa you’ve done a couple different articles with that the mug cakes things of that nature, so it’s always good to have for a sweet treat the one thing that surprised me is every time we would go To Kroger or somewhere she’d say pick up some vanilla extract and that little bottle was like nine dollars, twelve dollars, something like that right well, Tosca might be a little more expensive on the initial purchase, but what you get for that price? Amazing! Let me tell you it’s 30 bucks and after the vanilla extract yeah, I figure out how many asks you.

37. 28 bucks yeah. It definitely is a game changer when it comes to purchasing vanilla, especially if you’re going to use it for more than one recipe. The birch benders keto pancake mix is amazing. Let me tell you when we buy that stuff at the store we get a lot smaller bag and it costs eight or nine dollars. This thing is like three times the amount for just a little bit more. So definitely if you use that product, this is the way to go, get it at Costco.

Another thing we buy in bulk, obviously at Costco is my broccoli. I have five ounces of broccoli next to a piece of meat, probably at least four times a week. I, like this stuff, super easy, throw it in the microwave I split it up, and then I have a few meals. I do meal prep in containers and I set it all aside and then I eat that for the next couple days. The broccoli is awesome and then I steal the broccoli to put in with my chicken in alfredo sauce, even for your soup and for my soup.

Yep another thing to put next to a piece of chicken in the afternoon, for me at least, is the Caesar salad kit. Now I don’t use the Cutrone’s, I do use those the dressing experian there, but I really like their Caesar salad kits. Stacy does too so when we open the back, we get about three to four servings out of that bag, so we’re in the produce department of Costco you’ll notice. Everything is a little bigger.

I really like their mushrooms there I cut those up. I wash them. I cut them up, I throw I want to p.M. A little olive oil man, they’re they’re, just awesome, and the next thing on the list here is we grab and we’re going to try hava kado again, I don’t know we’ll do another article of it, but we’re Going to try them again, because I know that there’s some great benefits too, you know and they say your taste buds changed and they say your taste much change, so we’re going to give it another.

Try one more try, but there won’t be a article this time. I also grabbed a baggie, these mixed peppers now and then I just wash them up cut them up and again fry them up in a pan, real quick, so tasty so good for you really good stuff. We just tried this bag of cauliflower rice. I have not made it yet. My intention is to use a little bit of soy a little bit of teriyaki, sauce and fry it up in a pan with some butter and see.

If I can replicate something close to a fried rice, it might be disgusting. I don’t know, the other thing you can do is throw some salt, pepper and butter on it and try and eat it as a side dish and again haven’t done it yet. So let me know in the comments if you have and what do you think of it or the best way to make it. Everybody knows we’re not doing sugar on keto right. So the monk fruit from LA canto is is a great substitute.

It’s kind of like swerve to Stacie uses in her recipes mm-hmm. Everybody knows I have a sweet tooth, so I tend to do more of the sweet treats so that I don’t feel like. I need to go away from quito when I want something sweet yeah and that be used a little bit of coffee here, and there too, I actually use the monk fruit drops as well. Yeah so see there, either or depending on what we have most of at that time.

Now, with the avocados remember how we talked about trying the avocado skin, which we will do, but we do use the avocado oil and we do use the avocado spray yeah. What kind of oil I’m used for vegetables sometimes instead of olive oil and the avocado spray I use for things? I don’t want to stick like if I put some parchment paper down or some foil down and I’m going to make something in the oven like the tortilla chips or I don’t know anything, I could spray a little bit of the avocado spray and nothing sticks and That kind of replaces those old canola sprays that we used to use all the time.

Oliver can’t go wrong, use the heck out of it. I use it a lot. I do it mainly for vegetables, I’ll, put vegetables and mix them up with some garlic and stuff love. Love, love the stuff. Yes, and I use it when I do the crispy chicken or the parmesan crusted pork chops and coconut oil ain’t bad either. I’ve tried some of that in the pan and mixed up some things. It doesn’t really have like a super strong, coconutty taste to it.

To me it is pretty good and you used it for fat bombs. Yeah I’ve tried a couple of fat bombs with the coconut oil. They always call for a dark chocolate. I’m not a fan of dark chocolate, so I’m I found I haven’t, found a really good fat bomb for me with that. Quite yet, but we’ll see cilantro lime, crema, this stuff is awesome again. Greg and Stacey turned us on to this from kzp dough. We were out there in Kalamazoo doing something and we were making taco balls.

I think that day – and you know goods like hey, have you tried this so no haven’t tried, it tried it and guess what we’re buying it a pretty regular basis. Every time we make anything, it has a type of meat or type of bass with a taco ball, I’m putting that stuff on it. I love the taste. True story, true story, I see, I see we do use a lot of spices. I now make my own taco seasoning mix yep in Julie labels and Bill.

Does his chicken rub, so we always have a ton of spaces. We try to get the big bottles when we can. Paprika is one of the big ones that we can get from Casco. We use paprika often the pure sea salt is something we always have on hand and goes in almost everything that we cook a lot of the recipes that we do and definitely a staple. In pepper. We use a lot of pepper in this house. We are not afraid of pepper, not afraid of pepper.

So if I make pigs in the morning, I’m putting pepper and salt every day, yes, but lots of pepper, definitely in a lot of recipes yeah. The other thing is the pink Himalayan sea salt. We have it on hand, then you have quite a few recipes that will call for that too adds a different flavor to it. So that’s pretty good as well, not my favorite honestly, but I know it’s good for you and we do use it yeah in the recipes.

It kind of hides it a little bit right. No, I wouldn’t put that in my eggs just personally but yeah. It’s not bad when she puts in their recipe and all you did that way, sneak it in minced garlic. We use the heck out of this stuff. We do almost all the meats that we make. We use the minced garlic and on our fat head Pizza, vegetables. All kinds of places every time you turn around pulling out the mince garlic so now onto some of the drinks, we have an RO system here at home and I love it and we’ve added some minerals and some other things into that, our own filtering system.

So I tend to drink a majority. That’s a eight! Even ninety percent of my drinking is water and I drink a lot. But when we go to Costco we splurge occasionally we buy like the propel zero. I love that stuff and I really like the way that that comes in a variety pack, so you don’t get tired of one flavor. You grab one this day and you grab another one a different day and another drink we’ve tried. It recently was the I believe they call it.

Bai Bai they’re, pretty good too. They have a different taste to them, but it’s just something to throw into the refrigerator and have as a an offering or a different taste. If you just want to grab and go with something last time, the drink list is, if is, if you haven’t tried these, give them a try. Costco sells a variety pack and they’re, really pretty good. Yes, I’ll grab my drink of water, I’ll grab a bottle of water.

Take a few drinks first put, the zip is in shake it up. Trust me trust me if you have never done this before take a few drinks first put. The zip is in then put the cap on and shake it up, because if you don’t get him a mess like I did so just you know, take care of ice before key Tori needs to be a really heavy milk drinker. Yes, you do every day every day had to have my milk, but I had stronger bones.

That’s true! So now I always have a little bit of almond milk on hand great for recipes and just to have a sip of milk, so in the health beauty in pharmacy area of Costco. Two of the things that I use are the apple cider, vinegar capsules. I like those because just kids teased about the cider vinegar, so I’m trying to get the outside the vinegar in in a different form in a capsule form, so I’m trying to do good right and the other thing I use from that area is super beet complex.

I take that every day as well. For me, I use the nature’s bounty, hair, skin and nails. I’ve been using that for about six months and definitely notice the difference. Yeah, you are having some trouble of hair loss in the beginning. I think right yeah. However, I find out now that it’s pretty menopause causing the hair loss, not Kido – oh geez, sorry, but it does help your hair skin and nails alright, but it does okay, a few staples that we have that I used almost every time I do any baking is Parchment paper are usually yeah, can’t have enough parchment paper, it’s great.

So, when you’re rolling out the dough’s yeah, it’s not sticking to your rolling. Pin it’s not sticking to your hands. That’s sticking to the counter! It comes right off when you’re done baking. I’ve even used it to make bacon yeah deep, well sheet. Aluminum, foil is also something that we keep on hand it’s great when you have to let something set up, and we want to cover it when you put it in the refrigerator, and it’s also really nice to store things with as well.

Yep. Their foil is thicker. Next, on my list are the vinyl gloves bill makes fun. I don’t like to touch raw meat so, but he’s the final whoops and it works well for me, are you sold now read means I don’t like to touch the meat, it’s a texture thing, but I will tell you garbage bags. We go through a ton, more garbage bags because we’re cooking all fresh now, cooking at home and cookie, more real foods, yeah yeah, definitely stead throwing on a McDonald’s bag, we’re making all this food and then all the waste of that food or the XS or the Skins or whatever all goes in the garbage, absolutely there must have yeah, and I like that.

Garbage bag safer, archaeans well and we just go through so many of them and they were so economical compared to just going and buying a smaller package or get ripped off with us at the store. She knows that’s one of the reasons I do love Kasich. Oh, hey, it’s flu season, guys and also everybody’s all worked up about this coronavirus stuff too, but basically it is flu season. Don’t forget that? Yes, so we go through a lot of tissue in this house with the kids and everything and then when Lauren comes home she takes some tissue back to the dorms.

I think she feeds everybody else to eat it, but we do go through a lot, so we buy in bulk at Costco. We use the heck out of it and I really like it. Yeah Clorox wipes goes right along with that we’re always sanitized and everything whitening things down doorknobs. When Julie comes home from school, I cringed to think of all the things that she’s touched along the way, and I want her to wash her hands when she comes home from school.

I know that might be a little crazy, but then I grab a clerics clock and I’m getting the door knobs and anything else is she talks before she came in okay, just because I’m kind of weird like that and don’t forget to wake your fridge handles the Last two things on the list for today are not Kido but definitely staples in the household we use everybody’s advice, household, the tide and UNSTOPABLES cuz you’ve got us no good yeah.

You got ta smell, good and here’s the thing you get more for your money, more volume for the price, I believe at least at Cosmo. So when we do know, we pick up the tide, we pick up the downy or the fabric sheets. So that’s the majority of the things that we buy when we go to Costco. Hopefully you got some new ideas. You know we did quite a few items here on these last three trips that we shared with you guys.

Go to Walmart, I’m going to try it out myself.

I have no like plan or anything I’m going to go in and I’m going to see if I could get under or around $ 50, so that you can as well mimic exactly what I did and consume all your proteins, your fats and your carbs properly. We’re going to keep the sugars down we’re going to try and get high quality foods. It’s going to be difficult. It’s only $ 50 a week, but for someone that is, like 170 pounds, 160 pounds.

This is going to be ideal and yeah. Let’s get Wally Wally Wally Wally Wally, well aware, while the well at Walla Walla Walla what a work: water, water, water, water, water, okay, anyways! So first step, I’m going to show you the macro! Is that we’re going to be following here on the screen? This is very, very important. This is going to be for a hundred and seventy pound male if you want to just maintain your weight and make sure actually and gain a little bit of weight.

So this will be if you want to gain a little bit of weight at a hundred and seventy pounds very select on the carbs, fats and proteins we’re going to make it happen, boys gross, we will make it happen and the food analysis will come right. After that’s role, okay to start off we’re going to find carbs now, obviously you might want to have specific zeros. You might want to have some freakin Hulk jello in your life.

You might want to have like a lot of breadcrumb on your chicken. I don’t know what the heck you like to have for your carbs pancakes. I freaking love Peggy. I love. I love like chocolate chips, a freaking mole. I love s’mores. I love like dude. I freaking love all this, just like you, so what I really want to do is make sure that you’re getting a good carb source for the entire week, but not spending too much.

I just. I just don’t think that the Oreo O’s of I want this. Like really bad actually for myself, these are not the best for you. So let’s find value this smack it out of the park. Oh gosh, damn it easy on Jimmy, not look at on to me now. Look at her she’s smile and she’s all freaking happiness without the original syrup. Oh just chug it about plant growth, Kodiak gosh, see these are the problems when you come to get groceries like you want everything so I’ll stay focused and let’s pick it up, there’s a lot of different kinds of oatmeal.

You can get. Obviously, if you’re on a budget you’re not going to be able to get all the gluten free and the high quality organic and all these different things, I definitely do say, quick or oats – is pretty damn good you’re. Also, looking for efficiency, so a lot of people they want to be in and out of their store and make it happen. You can also get the gluten free right here. This will last you a good amount, so you have about 13 servings per container serving sizes.

A half a cup drei, so you’re talking about 27 carbs, 5 protein and 3 fat for a half a cup of dry, and you have 13 servings of that. So I do recommend getting the gluten-free quicker oats. We’re going to throw this right in here to get started with the carbs many times when we’re going in the grocery store. We find ourselves at the hostess doughnut this. I don’t think ever so you say it, but the little bite there’s! No.

I couldn’t so. I’m just kidding, but we see ourselves with the bread and we’re like yo. We need bread, brother, we’re not really going to get any bread. I know some of you might be like yeah we’re, not big bread eaters. I would rather have something from like rice or potatoes we’re going to get to that in just one. Second, if you are going to get some bread, I do highly highly suggest something mean free or not even gluten free, just something that with whole grains and seeds.

So I, like Dave’s, killer bread. I actually get this for myself. I don’t like all these ingredients right here that that kind of throws me off many many times, but there are many different types of breads. You can get that are more fresh at your supermarket. That have small, hungry small ingredients always better. I do suggest whole grain and definitely some good seeds in there as well, but yeah. No bread for us is to find the biggest freakin banana in the whole entire land.

Okay get some tamarind. Now, I’m kidding. No, really, you should go out into your front yard and get some aloe vera watermelon like veggies like it is a great source of carp, so we are going to grab one or two vegetables that you can be consuming they’re going to be inexpensive, so you’re not To worry too much, but you do want to make sure you’re getting your fiber and you’re getting very nutritious carbohydrates.

So carrots is also going to be something else that you want to keep in mind great source of a veggie. You can see every single day Your Honor, the honestly like right now. Don’t worry so much about organic, just make sure you’re getting enough in your diet and they’re, not product and your vegetables and you’re getting pretty good stuff for what’s here, so I mean you could get baby carrots if you wanted to.

It is a dollar eighty! Four for about 32 ounces, whole carrots. I definitely found that you get a little bit more out of them, so you know going with these bananas ba na na s two of them. This is going to be like probably like three bucks and you can have two bananas every single day, that’ll be about 250 calories or something like that, even a little bit more and that’s 27 carbs per freakin banana smash baby smash.

Finally, what we’re going to be getting is some vegetables if you find anything bad like a lot of veggies in there, it’s always going to be a plus. So this is one cup there’s going to be four grams of carbs there’s about 22 servings in here. So, let’s just say you have two servings every single day or three. So 7. 14 21. You have three servings of the day. That’s 75 calories, it’s about 4, 8, 12 carbohydrates, but you’re.

Getting some really really leaning lean foods in your diet. Carbs are going to be probably like 15 bucks at most really so we’re going to go ahead and grab grab one of these or, if they do have like the the broccoli. A lot of broccoli cool thing is, there’s a little bit of protein and per each of these. So the same thing: there’s 17 servants, so I’m actually going California blend a lot more bang for your buck.

Now, rice, one of the main things is: where is your rice? Coming from you, don’t really want any enriched rice. Definitely definitely do not suggest that there’s in there you know. Well, you don’t want extra you’re applying this brand. The golden star I mean. Usually I get organic California white, like all these other things, but again you might not have enough money for that. So white rice, jasmine rice and the ingredients just jasmine rice looks like five dollars and 12 cents.

This will last you a good amount of time and you’ll get a lot of bang for your buck. So look to get a good rice, not any of this exercise: jambalaya jambalaya, but and like it’s like even these, even if you want to get freaking olives. All this stuff, like it’s really not worth it with all the they put in there mustard, I freaking love mustard, I would say, like one of the recommendations, is to get yellow mustard more than any other type of monster, because they put a lot of different things In the Dijon and all that stuff and also ketchup get the ones without high fructose corn syrup, if you can see here, yep high fructose corn syrup boom stay away from it condiments.

You don’t really need too many condiments, especially if you’re trying to again build muscle or maintain a specific weight right now, we’re eating about 2600 calories for a hundred and seventy pound male, so you’re actually going to gain a little bit of way. There’s going to be a steady increase again $ 50 for the entire grocery list, I’m trying to make it happen. It’s tough but we’re getting there.

Okay. So we have a choice. We can either go ribeye steak thin for $ 14 for two pieces, or you get something a little bit better: no added hormones or steroids, no growth-promoting antibiotics or anything and get a three pound. Turkey like ground turkey. I highly suggest going this route again. This is only like nine dollars. I think you can have a good amount of food here again. Ninety three percent lean protein and seventy seven percent fat so that Lake good source of protein, you have a choice really when it comes to your proteins.

Do you want only chicken, do you want only Turkey? Do you want some beef? I don’t eat beef. I don’t believe in eaten beef, several reasons why that’s totally fine, if you disagree, but I’m here right now in the freezer section, and I found a 10-pound bag of chicken now, if you get this full 10-pound bag of chicken get to remember with every sixteen ounces Of chicken it’s going to cook down like, like your regular 16 ounce, the chickens going to cook down to about 12 ounces of actual meat.

So when you talk about 10 pounds, you’d have to do the Matt you 16 times. 10 is 100 and 60. So about a hundred and twenty ounces of chicken for the entire week except you’re way to go, this is going to be $ 18.80 for my good so for your fats, you’re always going to get some fats from your your protein you’re going to get some fats From even some of your carb products, but we want something delicious sometime.

Well, I do so. I have a couple suggestions: if you have enough money and you can swing it – a little bit get the nut, so actually there’s only 694 and it’s what definitely lasts. So it’s 16 grams of fat per serving right. So if you’re 58 grams of fat like this is actually a really really good source, I freakin. I don’t love that. That’s dripping all over me reasonably! That’s disgusting! But okay! That’s it! That’s a bit off! Let’s go to the next one: okay, oh this one’s dripping.

This is great, but this is definitely like seven nut and seed butters. So I generally stay away from peanut butter, but when you combine peanuts, cashews almonds, Brazil, nuts, flax seeds, like all these seeds and nuts together, it comes out to be an incredible incredible fat source for you that you can just add to your banana or even add Your oats in the morning, you can also add some brown sugar brown.

Sugar is really really cheap. I don’t even need to go over that, but I do suggest getting this and you if you have two servings of this a day that right there is 32 grams of fat, 14 grams of protein 14 grams of carbs. It’s a lot already and you’ll most likely get the rest. Would you say with every all the other foods that you’re eating, but we’re still going to get you one more fat source, definitely get nuts, Oh peanut pro smooth.

Do you want this yeah great? Let’s do it okay, I know I know I know you want the Oreo O’s we’re not going to do it. Gosh, damn dude. Look at these things. Let’s see, see the macros on this thing, we’re going to have grams of 25 cards one protein for one cup. It’s actually that bad is it but look at the second ingredient: sugar, canola oil, corn syrup death. Just don’t do it. Oh Chips, Ahoy, okay, a lot better! Canola oil, corn chip, cookie bits, damn know what we are going.

What you get is some either maple syrup or honey definitely would go for maple syrup. You can get pure maple syrup and the good good. The good news is that you can get something that will kind of last you a couple weeks. It’s not just going to last you one week so what kind of chopped that price in half, so you know you that you’re good, but this just kidding fifty-three carps, definitely did not know that’s going to happen.

Alright, I’m leaving okay welcome to the be Meier is eggplant. Here we don’t mess with any of the leave it 88 cents. Like don’t do that whatever you do, don’t be fun they’re going to try and get you to do that? Don’t do it! You want to find something that is as organic as possible. The cool thing about it is for every aid you’re going to get like what 3 grams of fat 5 grams of protein or 4 grams or around that area, which means, if you have say three eggs, four eggs a day, you’re solid! You have your fat. You have your protein, you have your carbs fats and protein it’s great source. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s go.

Do it foo now that I’m a let’s do a food. I can’t speak, I’m dying. Let’s go! Do a food analysis. It’s find out how much all this cost. Let’s eat for this week, shall we let’s go total here comes total is $ 58 and 54 cents they tax. Do they tax food? I don’t think they do. Man yeah, I don’t think, there’s any tax, so 58 dollars so close to 50 bucks, like 60 bucks. A week can get you pretty much everything that you need and we’re going to go back and we’re going to get like discussed some of the meals that you could be having, so that you can just square away your diet for the week each week.

Remember it’s about 170 pounds, so you might have to spend a little bit more if you weigh a little bit more and you want to gain weight. But if you want to lose weight, if you’re trying to lose fat and you’re hunter 70 pounds, when I get 260 pounds, it’s beautiful, it’s going to be a little bit less expensive. It always shifts as well. If you buy in bulk, if you go to Costco, if you go to like really big supermarkets or whatever, and you get like a 10-pound bag, you get like 20 pounds or whatever it is.

It could last you for two weeks, and actually you actually could cut your all of your expenses down even more. So. Keep that in mind when you’re choosing your budget for your food and if you, if you want to get to the physique that you want. You know a lot of it is how you’re training, of course, but also that diet and how much you’re spending on food. Sometimes you got to risk it all to get to where you want your goals to be here.

We go all right guys. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to put the MyFitnessPal right here on the screen right here. You see it okay, so, as you can see, 20 carbs left in the total day, 5 grams of fat and 1 gram of protein. So that means I ate. I still need 1 gram of protein. I ate 5 grams of fat a little bit too much and 20 grams of carbs. I still need this is actually fine. This is completely fine because you’re just going to be adjusting your macros as it goes anyways.

So, let’s just say, there’s 45 calories left in the 2600 calories that you consume. That’s fine. 25 50 is good unless you know you’re burning way. More than that, and obviously you don’t want to lose weight, you want to gain weight, so 175 170 pound Mel, we got pretty damn close. We’ve got a pretty pretty damn close to everything and I should be see on the screen. We have breakfast lunch dinner and then get the snacks.

Let me explain so when you wake up okay, when you wake up you’re going to have about 60 grams or sorry yeah, 60 grams of gluten free oats Quaker Oats. Now you can have this with water. Put a little bit of brown sugar in there that also a gesture, your macros a little bit as well, but she put into MyFitnessPal but that’ll, be a total of 40 carbs four and a half fat seven-and-a-half protein. Okay! Next, with those gluten free oats, you’re also going to have two eggs because remember we have eighteen, a so 18 divided by two.

You have about nine days worth of eggs, you’re going to have ten fat and 12 grams of protein there, okay, so that’s best meal number! One! Now before you go train whatever that that looks like for you, you can do a couple different things. I suggest having some more carbohydrates, I always love to just have a banana with two tablespoons, as you can see in the snacks, so we have one banana. This wasn’t weighed out exactly these bananas are actually little bit bigger, so the carbs might be actually even more accurate but 27 grams of carbs, perfect, very good for you before your training, with 16 grams of fat 7 grams of protein, another 7 gram grams of carbs.

So you’re going to be able to go and train and get that meal in as well after your ass, your training session, you wan na then have yeah right here. You see the turkey all-natural fresh ground, turkey. You could have about 6.8 grams per day here. We’re going to have six point three grams of Turkey: that’s a good amount of protein 35 grams of protein. The jasmine rice we’re going to have 60 grams of carbs.

Here you really want to replenish all that glycogen 4.5 grams of fat boom and then yeah. That’s pretty much going to be your your meal. After your training. Now you go to lunch. Lunch could be a little bit later. You get like 2 p.M. 3 p.M. 4 p.M. That’s completely fine you’re, going to have the California blend at veggies number. These right here. Right here so you’re going to have 3 cups of that now, the only problem is, you might run out of veggies, but that’s okay, if like these are pretty cheap, so you can go run back to the store if you need to grab those but 12 grams Of carbs right there and then with that you’re, also going to have the frozen chicken breast, so nine ounces remember you can have.

I believe what was it 17 ounces per day with with this specifically like a 10 pound tub, so that’s only 51 grams of protein 5 grams of fat. Now you can also switch that chicken with the turkey for your post-workout meal. If you want a little bit more protein, I actually suggest that as well and then to finish off that meal for lunch. You’re going to have 60 grams of carbs of the protein are sorry at the carbs and the proteins going to be four and a half grams.

With that jasmine rice now moving on to dinner dinner you’re going to have, and that could be around six seven o’clock. I generally go to sleep at 10, so I won’t eat anything two hours prior and that’s something that take very very seriously. So you can even have another snack before like after lunch and you go ahead and have a banana another banana 27 grams of carbs and then one tablespoon of the peanut Pro smooth nut.

So remember it’s this stuff right here, so pay attention on the screen, because you can see everything that I’m putting on here and then we’re going to finish off our dinner. A nice juicy delicious meal we’re going to have some frozen chicken breast eight ounces. That’s going to be 46 grams of protein 5 grams of fat, then we have the jasmine rice, another six, two grams of carbs and then we’re going to have three whole carrots with this right here now again, you might run out depends on how much each of These way, you might actually be perfect for the entire week, so around $ 58 $ 55, but the eggs are going to last nine days.

You can you can reduce that price a little bit. The oats will be perfect. The jasmine rice will last you a little bit longer, which it’ll be really good for you. All of this. The other stuff is going to last. Exactly how long you pretty much need it. This will last longer so you’ll need to buy it. You probably to buy this like every three weeks, every month or whatever or whatever that looks like.

So that’s it right there guys! That’s your total, like we just did that we did it 55 bucks for your entire macros for the week now, if you’re, if you’re heavier, obviously you’re going to pay more like this name of the game, is the name of the game. How important is your? Is your health and that’s what it comes down to we’re eating solid foods like delicious foods, good foods that are very, very healthy for us now, if you’re able to spend a little bit more money, I suggest adding some fruits in here a little bit more than Just a banana and then also mixing up your vegetables each week, it’s very, very important different type of micronutrients also, I will say this like real.

I’m not just saying this just to say this, but I have like these greens honestly is also another great way for an entire month. You’ve spent 35 bucks for the entire, like nearly the entire month. You get all your microbes, not all I’m sorry, but you get a lot of micronutrients that you, you probably wouldn’t get just eating these foods, and this is essential for just a moment just to add into your diet to make you feel a little bit better.

This has helped me honestly the reason why we created greens – it’s because everybody has got issues that I that I work with and they were all like yo. We need to come up with something: that’s really like next-level, but a good, solid price that doesn’t need to compete with anybody else because we’re on our own island, and this is why we created the greens to create new greens. So definitely definitely definitely keep this in mind.

We probably already sold out of them or we’re going to be selling out of them on July 30th, so make sure you’re staying in tune with that. But that’s like yeah five bucks for the entire month, so for the entire month, including those greens, you’re talking about gut gut healthy food, you can add some salt out. I always suggest adding some sodium to the to all of the foods that you’re consuming and then also having make black pepper, maybe tumeric.

If you get spices they pretty much last like six months to a year like it depends on what you’re buying, obviously but get something that you really enjoy and put it all in there and yeah you can get basil, you can get oregano, you can get paprika! You can get what other things do I love. I love turmeric turmeric with black peppers, a lot of studies behind that shows that it’s incredible for a lot of different things, all good i’ll get into those variables.

In other articles, i’m actually studying a lot of nutrition right now, which is really really fun, but yeah total 55 times for four weeks. In a month approximately you’re talking about two hundred and twenty dollars, plus the greens, juice 270 dollars you’re going to be feeling great. Let’s say: you’re making $ 1,000 per month, or maybe you’re, making seven hundred or a thousand to make sure that you can eat right.

It all comes down to how you want to feel and what you want to look like now, if I like, if I take off my shirt right now in order to get to this right now, it’s taking a lot, it’s taking a lot of just calculations and Making sure that i’m eating the right foods and and micronutrients, and so many different things and i’m getting stronger, but i’m also reducing fat like quicker than I ever have. So these are things that you just need to keep in mind as you’re developing trust.

The process trust the process, 100 % and keep the variables right where they need to be, but keep the variation very, very high. The more unique the foods are, better quality digestion, you’re going to have the ease of your body is going to be able to work, and you know what that means: less cortisol, less stress, less everything, more development and building for all of your muscles. KETO – More New Finds at Aldi’s – Grocery Haul – Low Carb Haul

If we have a load of countertop, that means it is a grocery haul and this one from Aldi’s – and I have some new finds for you guys. So let’s go ahead and get started all right, so school is about to start back up again and my boy is going to be heading out to college very soon and I loved my bowls from Walmart so much my microwave of the walls.

Oh gosh say that three times microwavable microwavable bowls guys I love them so much. I purchased these from Aldi’s. It is a set of four guys alright. So let me get an exact rice. I’ve got my receipt right here: the plates $ 2.99 guys $ 2.99, and how cool is that for a set of four? I’m quite sure it was one microwavable Bowl, look guys! That’s a terrible microwavable Bowl microwavable Bowl from Walmart.

I think it was like almost $ 4 for one. I could be wrong because I’m old my memory escapes me quite often anyway, I got two packages. We just spent two minutes trying to say a microwavable bowl few times, yeah, let’s get with it Alma. Let’s just stick to that. What’s important, that’s the details of my haul now so I got ta get like two of those through these bowls look at deep. These bowls are guys these are nice.

This would work really good for ramen, of course, less icky doors. We don’t do ramen, but if you have kids in college that do eat ramen great Bowl for them. Alright, I got home and Matthew was warming up some tacos, and so he got into the cheese already. This is grated. Cheese yummy also picked up four heavy with the creams. These are what a dollar sixty nine each guys in half and half is a dollar sixty nine as well.

Can you believe those prices also got this pepper jack cheese, which is a dollar sixty nine picked up? These is about two dollars. This is the snacking cheese. I think this is new at my Aldi’s. Let me know if you’ve seen it at yours. This is habanero Jack. You know me if it’s spicy, I pretty much, will love it. Macros are really really good. Zero grams of carbs, it is 80 calories ingredients, not horrible there.

We go check it out, so not bad guys pick that up again from Ali’s. I think it was like two six and somewhere around there also picked up this. This is new great from David’s lunch box, so this is collapsible. You can see it would collapse inward okay. This is a for blocking systems, so one on each side and it locks. Then you have three containers neat thing about this: is I’m going to take these out? Make up anything like this? This insert King on the refrigerator, so whatever goes in this compartment guys can be chilled with this little unit.

That would be great for David’s lunch box. Then I got a cauliflower, a dollar sixty nine each picked up some pistachio nuts for Maddie cakes, and these were sick, something I believe, let me see. These were 649 apiece also picked up some oven, roasted almonds for Maddie we got their lovely pork rinds. These are always ninety-nine cents each. I picked up a package of red onions. Look at these poblano peppers.

I got three or four of them. I have some blueberries which athletes already got one babe. I need a record. It’s like mom. I need to eat all right. So we we compromise, he left sounds like a articletape. All right guys in here are my four half and half again. The half of this will go to my house. Half of it goes to my sister toss for my mom and then I got some jalapeno peppers. Look at these green, green, green avocados: these will sit out for a while until they start to turn a manageable, edible, color and then they’ll go into the fridge Raider.

Once they go in the refrigerator, their life is extended for at least a week. Maybe more, I don’t ever buy them only when there’s a screen, but this is all they had. How much would these twenty nine cents apiece guys 29 cents apiece for this lovely avocado love that bell peppers? Here’s some bell: peppers 99 cents for a 3-pack. How incredible is that 99 cents per 3-pack? Here’s another new item that was at my Aldi’s, come and grab it.

This is some flexible, cutting mats and I’d like these because they had this little grip on there. Now, it’s not a great you know gripping system. However, maybe when I get it wet, it might work really. Well, I don’t know we’ll see, but my old ones have seen better days. I thought it was time to go ahead and get rid of them get some new stuff. Then I have some mushrooms. These were a dollar twenty, nine, each chicken add a dollar twenty nine each guys.

If you have an Aldi’s in your town, why haven’t you gone there? They had ground beef today, typically two, twenty nine, a pound on sale manager, special dollar at ninety nine didn’t get any because I just went on a splurge of the Angus beef that Randall’s had on sale. So I had ten of that. Lastly, guys here is the other new find that I had. I believe this was for 49 a package. Let me confirm yeah for 49 a package, and these are from Appleton farms check it out.

We haven’t had these before now it’s a bit of a splurge, because it’s only how much it’s only six ounces of protein, so it is extremely ass purged for us, but you know what right now Davis had a hard time putting weight back on. I swear he’s tiny he’s like 180 most days, but he does get hungry at night for snack, and so I wanted to make sure I had something that was good for him, but he could just lay down and eat, maybe grab a little cream, cheese, roll them And be done with it, so that’s! What I might actually do with some of this is is on meal.

Prep just grab these roll, some roll, some cream cheese in it and be good to go here – are the macros on it guys it gives, as well as all the ingredients for each of them. So not a bad deal guys actually pretty good. This would be considered lazy, keto form a quick, keto, easy keto, everyday keto, keeping it real keto guys. Sometimes it’s just what you kind of got ta do make things easy for your lifestyle, so everybody that it um.

There’s not a really going to be a whole lot of meal prep for this, because this is kind of just house necessities. So there we go guys here with me. The recent finds that you found at your Aldi’s that you love that. Maybe I need to pick up alright, Oh guys, show you my Brussels sprouts. Oh, I love these.
