This is my first visit to your blog, and I wanted to say that I like this food article explaining the health benefits of various foods. A book I find very useful when I want to explain the nutritional value of food to my readers is called Earl Mindell’s Food is Medicine. Besides being a best selling author, he is a registered pharmacist, and a professor of nutrition.
I also pay keen attention to what is happening in the US because I lived and worked there for 13 years. Like you I find the swing to the extreme right by the Republic party to be very troubling for the future of democracy in America.
Stay safe in these troubling times of Covid-19

Thank you for the post. It has been a month since you commented. Can you believe how much has changed?
Thanks for the follow, on my second blog, Amanda. My main blog is Something to Ponder About, so I hope you follow along there too. It seems like we have food and politics in common, so I look forward to reading more of your posts. I love that my diet has most of these foods incorporated in it, already. Except pumpkin seeds are only an occasional food. I will try to eat more.
