How To Make A Strawberry Bourbon Fix | Drinks Made Easy

I mean it’s so simple. Just about any bro could claim to have made it up. You know what I mean: bro cool bro to build the strawberry bourbon fix you’ll start with two medium strawberries. Now, if you have a really massive strawberry, you can use one of those or a bunch of small ones.

You can adjust as to what you need. I’m really going to muddle the heck out of this next we’re going to add 3/4 of an ounce of fresh lemon juice, 3/4 of an ounce of fresh, simple syrup, which is just equal parts by volume of sugar and water and 1.75 ounces of bourbon. Now, if you want to make this a bit stronger, you can always go up to 2 ounces or dial it back to one and a half. If you want to make it a little bit, lighter cap that off into a shaker tin, that has no ice just to integrate it all.

Now we’re going to pour the contents of this into an old-fashioned glass and fill it up with shaved ice and as a little tip if you want to smooth out the top of your drink, if you have any bits of ice that are poking out, etc. Using the bottom of a disc spoon can give you a nice even level, surface garnish, with a strawberry and a little disc spoon, and there you have the strawberry bourbon fix thanks.

You know the cayenne pepper, that’s the pedal.
