2017-12-10 Keto Meal Prep/Vlog

I got my pre-workout here, I’m going to drink, so I went to a Brazilian steakhouse yesterday. It’s one of those places where you just sit down and they parade and meats around to you, and it was my second time being in a place like that, and I just don’t get it I mean especially being on the keto diet.

I appreciate it that that the majority of the fare was just like high-quality meat. I really get it, but I’m just still not impressed like give me some 80/20 ground beef and you know some canned chicken any day. You know those places just aren’t my jam. Okay off to the gym, if you follow me on instagram you’ll, remember that I somehow ran over my bluetooth headphones with my car a couple days ago, so kicking it old-school on the treadmill for a while.

I’m not pleased just at home from the gym and Meyer. At the gym did the standard 60 minutes on the treadmill, but I played with the elevation this time. That’s why I was able to see more variance in my calorie burn. It was great. I also signed up for the Triple Crown of running I’m in Louisville Kentucky and that’s where the Kentucky Derby is, though, in horse racing. The Triple Crown is the Kentucky Derby, the Belmont Stakes and the Preakness.

I think so in Louisville leading up to the Derby. We have a Triple Crown of running, which is just three races. The first race is a 5k than two weeks later. It’s a 10k, then, two weeks later, it’s a ten-miler, so it’s just a fun way to exercise and get in the Derby mood. So that’ll be happening next year. I did it last year for the first time I didn’t train. I didn’t do anything at all. I was like you know what I feel like running, so I signed up did all of the races, the ten-miler I’m talking about no training whatsoever, and it was one of the funnest things I’ve ever done like it definitely took a toll on my body, not as Young as I used to be, but it was so fun in something that I knew that I just had to keep doing so.

I was excited to see that the signups were back at Planet Fitness. I made sure to get signed up and I’m ready for the new year. Well, I’m just going to put these groceries up. Then I’m probably going to get something to eat, and then I will jump in the meal prep. So this is actually what I decided to have for lunch. It was my lasagna in a bowl from last week, so I just used the ground-up meat and sausage and I added some ricotta and mozzarella and put it in the microwave for a minute.

Now I’m going back on top with some parmesan and there you have it lasagna in a bowl. You really don’t even miss the noodles. This is actual meal prep. So now we’re starting off with the one pound of 80/20, grass-fed ground beef, and this is going to be used for my cheeseburger in a bowl. I make a spice mixture of cumin, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder, as well as salt, to go on the meat.

Once that’s done. I set it aside and now I moved on to the scrambled eggs that I’m going to have so I started off with 1 tbsp of ghee and now I’m throwing in 12 eggs and I’m doing what I call a lazy scramble, which is where I scrambled them Right in the pan, because I didn’t feel like getting another Bowl dirty so just scramble those on up and set those to the side as well. Next, I’m melting some butter for the keto Connect, gingerbread spice cake, I’m going to melt and Brown that butter and apparently melting butter is difficult.

So I decided to take a water break more specifically a vitamin water break. Now I’m just putting the rest of the spice cake together the gingerbread cake, so we have our coconut flour or with four tall ginger, cinnamon and allspice that we’re going to add to the brown butter can’t forget those eggs and some maple extract. Now, I’m just adding in the dry ingredients to the wet and that’s going to form the batter for the spice cake.

It turned out to be a really good consistency and also taste really good. Instead of making one big cake, I decided to make 24 mini muffins, while those are in the oven. I moved on to chopping up some vegetables, so here we have my onion and we have jalapeno and these are going to be toppings for the cheeseburger salad. Next, I am shredding up some sharp cheddar, and this is twofold. This is cheddar for the eggs in the morning and cheddar for my cheeseburger salad.

Next, I’ve moved on to the keto Connect fudgy cookies, so I’m mixing some powdered, erythritol or swerve with cocoa powder and I’m melting in the butter, eggs and vanilla. I also threw in some peppermint extract to make these mint chocolate cookies. We have the baking powder and then the almond flour comes next, given that a good mix, I sort of just formed them into ten blobs and place them on a silicon mat and put them in the oven.

Finally, we’re bringing up the rear with the cream cheese frosting for the mini muffins, okay, it is 5:20 and I’m done with mill prep for the evening. So, let’s see what we got here, all right so for breakfast or meal, one I’m going to be having the scrambled eggs that I made and some broccoli and cauliflower that broccoli and cauliflower. I just bought those steamed fresh bags from the store. So I literally just put them in the microwave and then once they cooled.

I put them with the broccoli and cauliflower, and then I’m also going to be having two pieces of bacon in the morning as well. So eggs, broccoli, cauliflower and bacon is going to be breakfast. Oh also, that cheese that I shredded right here, that’s going to go on the eggs and then for the second meal. So I do intermittent fasting, so I only eat twice a day. So my second meal is going to be cheeseburger salad, so I just take lettuce.

Take that ground beef that I made top it with bacon and cheese. Oh and that onion, that onion and jalapeno that I cut up will go on top of that as well and then as well as this like chipotle aioli. Usually I just do like mayo and spicy mustard, or something just to kind of give it like a dressing. But that is what I have in the afternoon for desserts this week. I have both keto connect. This is their chocolatey fudge, cookie not going to lie, but once on their website looks so much prettier, but these actually taste really good and I did go ahead and put peppermint extract in there.

So they’re like mint chocolate, cookies and they’re really good. Next, we have the gingerbread cake recipe they just came out with, I decided to make them into little mini muffins, and that was a score as well. We found some dessert winners this week, so that was exciting. So now I’m just going to pack all this stuff up, but in the fridge and chill out for the rest of the night. HUGE KETO Grocery Haul for Cheap – ALDI

I got a pack of the premium sliced bacon and I do have my receipt so I’ll.

Tell you how much that was. It was 349 for this. This one does have zero carbs and 7 grams back for two pieces. I have seen other bacon at Walmart and such that does have carbs so make sure you read that before you do purchase it. So I got this and then I got this bag of sharp cheddar cheese, which was $ 2.99, which is a great deal. It is 3 cups, so we got this. You always got. Ta have cheese on hand, so that’s awesome.

Whoa dropped it on the floor, and then I got this deli sliced cheese, which was $ 1.99. I like to eat this with ham or salami or any of those kinds of things just rolled up. So I like that – and I also like the Colby jack and then I got a pack of hard salami, which is my favorite 2:59 for this a lot cheaper than if you go and get like the Oscar Mayer or Hillshire brands like at Walmart. Also, it has a great zip seal and it is like vacuum packed, so it lasts a long time in your fridge and um.

Let’s look at the macros, it’s zero less than one carb for three pieces and I usually just eat three or six pieces. So one or two servings at a time, then I was a little like thrown off by this, but this is the smoked uncured ham and it was 229, which is a good deal compared to the sliced deli meat they have at Walmart, except for it has one Carbonate because they have sugar in it and it is just the regular ham, not the honey ham.

I looked at the honey ham. It had four freaking carbs get out of here like seriously, and I just got the small pack. They did have like a big one. In my cup that container, which I want to say, was like 399 the family size, but I was going to get it. The carbs were higher. I don’t understand, I don’t freaking, get it so anyways. I got these and then I got the Slim’s. The beef sticks. I get the beef ones and it’s less than one carb for one stick and it has 6 grams of fat and then 3 protein.

I like just to keep these as a snack and I’m going to the beach smell. So I’m going to bring these with you thinking of the beach, follow ukyo haters that don’t like process. I got these revelation bars also, these are for, let’s see 479, and it has seven total fat, two net carbs and ten protein. I just like these. If I’m on the run – and I need breakfast our lunch, I just like to keep these on hand.

It does taste like a slice. I have in like a candy bar, so fake Adkins at Aldi. Go get. It go check yourself. Some of that, then, I got a black of cream cheese, a dollar 29. Let’s see it does have two carbs in it for an ounce and that’s because there’s sugar in it go figure. I think the regular cream cheese like the Philadelphia brand only has I want to say one car so, but I was at all these, so I got this and then I got two bags of the right cauliflower and obviously it has one carb for three-quarters of a Cup – and there is four servings in here – so I got two bags as I said, and I’m going to make a loaded, cauliflower bake and what it is.

Is these two bags of Wright’s cauliflower, a block of cream cheese, some some cream cheese, shredded cheese and I’m going to add a little bacon on there to kind of beef up the protein and fat a little bit higher and you mix it all together and bake. It in the oven, so it’s kind of a good priced casserole, but I’m looking forward to that shadow to Keita Jinja for that and shout out to kids ginger for telling me that I’ll do you have these sweet metal, it’s called as a dirt pan.

I guess I’m not sure it looks like it has twelve holes in it, but I’m going to use this and I’m going to muse bacon cheese and eggs and I’m going to make little muffin egg muffins in here for a breakfast or lunch or whenever I decide To eat them, but they are really handy and you can just pull the stuff in here, put them in the oven and bake them and they really reheat. Well, I’ve heard I’ve made them, but I am thankful for that.

So my total here was thirty $ 1.46. If you do have all D by you, it is a inexpensive, inexpensive place to shop for products for keto. They have rice cauliflower. Now they have a lot of like things like those little snacks of snack sticks. They have heavy whipping cream anything you can want. They have great produce, so it’s hit or miss. I guess when you go and when the truck comes and all that’s good stuff, but got all that you check it out.

KETO – Grocery Haul – Daisy, Randall’s, Walmart and Big Lots.

We do this. I guess you’re just stretching doing your yoga. You got cute one Daisy, silly girl! It’s raining a lot. I don’t think I’ll make it out anytime soon. What do y’all think guys it’s raining come on. I don’t think I’m getting out today, alright, guys, I’m in the process of unloading, my groceries going to give you a haul in just a second.

I taste you in the 19th at 10:17 and I have four thousand four hundred and ninety five step. Let me finish getting everything unloaded and we’ll do our home, hey guys it’s Alma. So here we are another grocery haul guys and I’m just going to kind of talk to you from a budget standpoint. Alright, so here’s the deal guys now I love my pork rinds. I love southern recipe, they’re a little bit more expensive honey plans.

I go to Aldi’s any time soon, which is $ 0.99, and I don’t have plans on going to Dollar Tree, which is a dollar, so meanwhile, I do get these, which are a little more on the high end. Now I also have some with guys you can easily make these yourself in the microwave, but I do need to have easy grab and go things for David that are keto approved and speaking of budget guys way to the grocery store.

Look for the quick, sell meat cook that day or stick in your freezer, so David loved the eros convoy so I’ll be making that today and then here we go so I told you guys. I want to come up with my own recipe. I love Michelle. Rocks recipe the almond meal is about nine dollars, I’m going to try it with the flaxseed meal, which is four dollars so hopefully it’ll work with this. I am very excited. Both of these products are gluten free.

So that’s a good deal funny movies. Then I have egg I purchased. These are on sale. Right now check your flyers, guys these are 79 cents, each 79 cents, each at Randall’s, those the prices that we were getting earlier late last year over at Aldi than early this year, that Aldys now they’re back to like a dollar sixty-nine, each so hey, 79 cents, Apiece yeah I’m on it all right, and then I don’t know if you like gizzards guys.

I did get a lot more response than I thought I would I love them. David fell in love with those fried gizzards, so they had some quick sale so I’ll be buying those. What I’ll do is go ahead and eat those cooked up today and probably have them tomorrow, fried as well as sticking a package in the freezer and then affordable meat is always your liver, whether it be beef, liver or chicken livers, or give me you really don’t Need to be eating every day, but I’m on a kick for some reason.

Right now, and I don’t know – maybe I’m craving iron – I don’t know and then pistachios. This is not necessarily a cheap buy them, but you know check the brands. A great value is cheaper than the planters and or some of the other brands, so just check your check. Your brands check your ounces against the cost and make a good decision. This we’re actually the best ones that were roasted and salted pistachios and FS for Matthew.

Same thing with the cashews, that was the best price point, and then I have been buying the Ivan behind the blocks of cheese, the small blocks of cheese from Aldi’s, I’m virtually out. So I’m going to head pick these up. They’re pre-shredded. This one is because for Matthew he wants some tacos over the next few weeks, so I got that for him and then he also loves the pizza. So I’m going to going to make some pizza bases for him as part of meal prep, and I know guys my oven, but I think what I’m going to do is make it to fit.

My George Foreman insert deep dish insert that way. I can make his pizzas in here versus turning on the oven when it’s 108 degrees. We are rainy this week, so I got a little bit of break from the Sun and I’ll probably go ahead and do some meal prepping today or tomorrow. As far as the pieces are concerned now, so this here is a couple things for Matthew. He asked for some cheez-its for some yoohoo and taco shells.

Those are all Matthew as well as he wanted some honey, bunches votes and so got those from Matthew. Those are obviously none of those are not keto, not keto, not keto. You know, but good, miss that stuff sometimes and then got me some mini peppers. These are great for stuffing. They were actually cheaper at Walmart than they were at Randall’s, so Randall’s. So usually, this bag is for five dollars same ounces.

I also purchased these, which are cheaper by about a dollar and a half, then the holy guacamole is. I got the spicy as well as the mild. It doesn’t have a brand, it’s not great value, so I’m not really sure who it is also got a package of cauliflower. Again, I said David loves that one for us I’ll be fixing that for him again a night while I was at Randall’s, I think there sailed five for ten dollars in the bottled water, 24 count and the milk from Matthew – and I said I was set on Life drinks, but you know what guys on sale.

These are typically about 236, a piece somewhere around there. 248 depends and they’re on sale right now, two for three dollars, so I jumped on it, put those in the fridge and I’ll be good for several weeks now. But yeah, then, here guys, you know I’m off my coffee, but every once in a while when it’s weather like this, we rainy and kind of just overcast I can’t get outside because of the rain. I have some extra time to just chill out in the morning.

I would love to have a cup of coffee in bed, so I went ahead and got one package of coffee. I got ta hide this, a David doesn’t get to it, and then I got some jalapenos. I got this one which doesn’t have any sugars in it. I was really excited to see that, but it said hot on it, so I thought. Well, all opinions are very much look at the draw, so this one specifically says hot. I thought yeah I’m going to get it Matthew and I both love hot.

Well, no family. We all love hot stuff, and then I got this brand, which is our favorite brand, but anyway guys that’s in my favorite jalapenos. So that is my haul for the week guys and also pulled out some things from my freezer. I pulled out some sausage link. I pulled out some more pulled pork and I think that’s oh and some more chicken and so we’ll be eating all of that throughout the week you may have to pick up some more veggies later on the week, but I’ve still got a few things in the Fridge still have to picados from my alley tall two weeks ago and still perfect guys still a perfect, so seriously put it on if you buy avocados and they go bad frequently, stick them in a plastic bag.

Put that little puppy in your fridge and those little babies will last alright. Alright guys hope you enjoyed my haul. I ran out to Big Lots, real quick to get some cumin and while I was there, I found a couple of new finds here are some new pork skins. I have all. The ingredients are very clean, pork skins and salt. The BBQ one does have dextrose in it, not multi dextran, but it does have dextrose so pass on those and then the way I like to torture myself. You saw what I said the other day. I have an issue right now with some flower seeds.

Now these are good they’re, not as good as the Walgreens nice brand, but they’re giant seeds. You can see my fingernail here and see how big they are they’re, big seeds. So I thought maybe I would do better with seeds that aren’t my favorite seeds. Yeah we’ll see how that goes. I also came across this. What I thought was really neat: pecan, a smoked sea salt 250. We’ll give it a try. It sounded really good for my salmon right, I don’t know.

Look a dollar for track and ingredients are, and it is carbonated water and natural flavors natural flavors can, you know, be questionable, but still not bad and then 0 grams, of course, and four of them for a buck. This is actually really affordable. I’m going to give it a quick drying, it’s funny, because I hated drinks like this prior to my sugar challenge, and now, when I find them, my taste has really changed regards to the sweets. Keto and Low Carb Mini Grocery Haul – Walmart Grocery Haul

Hey everybody got a short little mini haul. For you guys I shopped at good old Walmart today I don’t know when I’m going to make it to Aldi’s most likely tomorrow or Wednesday. So we’ll see it’s Monday, the 21st. Here we go guys all right, so I got some line started pulling out lines. I’ve got one red onion one package of mushrooms, I got oh.

This is like becoming a real favorite of ours, guys poblano, peppers, jalapeno peppers and then some serrano peppers, so here’s some fresh produce here then I got this package here yeah then I got some grated: pecorino romano cheese, eight ounces and then check these out. I got there’s new packaging for the wisp containers. I got Parmesan cheese crisps, two of them, then I got their cheddar cheese, crisps, two rows and Asiago and pepper jack cheese.

Crisps, guys out. I have two packages of my lovely Brussels sprouts. Can you package of this? For Matthew to take back to the high school, then these um pepper jack snacks – these – these are really clean. Guys. Look at that pasteurized milk, al opinion, peppers, cheese, culture, salt, enzymes, whereas there’s another package that is string, cheese that has some bad stuff in it. I’ll include a clip here so just because one package doesn’t have any of the food starch, don’t assume the other one.

Well, alright, I asked about rotisserie chicken, I’m feeling lazy today, so it’s lazy, lazy, healthy keto and I’ll be making my yummy chicken and Brussels sprout anew the containers of half of heavy whipping cream. I have young Clausen Spears check that out. I also got this, which is coconut avocado oil luan is not the best bran, but I went ahead and got a little bit of this, which is avocado oil.

I have some egg whites. I got some more dippers. I check out these Mac spicy here the ingredients not terrible guys, I’m not exactly sure the effects of monosodium glutamate, don’t have to look at it, but here’s the ingredients pretty clean and go PT guys, but unsweetened, let’s see what’s in the ingredients, I never looked. What are the ingredients here over here? This tea filtered water, brewed tea, concentrate natural flavors, caramel, color and phosphoric acid.

So I don’t know, but hey it’s still better than the diet and then here’s something new that I saw at the grocery store, don’t get too too too excited guys. This is creepy nee mini egg white thins. They are ready in 15 seconds microwavable, it has eat cold or warm, no dairy, no sugar, no cholesterol. It is one piece per serving, however, guys there is 45 calories in this and there are carbs 4 grams of carbs.

Why? Because they have wheat flour in here, but I thought you know what become an flax meal. I thought it might be kind of neat for me to try to figure out a recipe for these. So here we go egg white thins and the that rat. Oh, what else I get this I’ve never had this before this is a crosscut, shank and 295 quick sell thought I’d, get it see what it tastes like. I don’t know we’ll see, never had it I’ll show you the truth.

I didn’t hear yes, mozzarella, cheese, snacks and I think that wraps up all of my hello guys, and so it is Monday, the 21st. I did ten point nine miles on my feet on the trail. Keto Grocery Shopping! With NFL Free Agent Isaac Asiata

Isaac is like just so small. I feel like such a giant. Can you please please stop being such a little guy all right, so we are going to grab some grass-fed beef, so this is Isaac’s. First time shopping, fool, Quito right! So we’re going to show you guys, take you along on the journey and show you what to get on Quito, there’s like a lot of little questions that people have so.

The first thing is meat quality because, like how many, how much meat have you been eating? Already Allah, Allah, yes, I was excited, then I was like I’ve way too many rabbis yeah. So, okay, it’s like you’re eating a lot of meat right and which is good. It has like B vitamins and all these nutrients that we need, but if you’re eating sick animals like cows, that have been eating corn and candy for real, like their feet, they’re now feeding, callous candy to fatten them up and to save money.

So they’re these animals are sick and the butchers will tell you they just like they’ll, just cut it out and just like, throw it away and then, like you, eat the rest of that. You get it in your nice. Little package in the grocery still hurt enjoy that cat cancer. You know right so and then they’re they have antibiotics and all those things. I think most people know that right so when you’re eating keto and you’re eating.

So many animals like really need to prioritize healthy animals and the biggest thing is cuz like you’re eating. What kind of steak are you eating like ribeye, right yeah? So let’s subscribe right yeah, you know I’m suffering at Harvard yeah. So he’s he’s even look at stuff. He’s like his wag, you good I’m like yes, wag. You is good right, but so you’re eating fatty fatty meat and like in our bodies, we store toxins and our fat and so do animals so think about that.

If you’re eating all this fatty meat, like you, don’t want to be eating a bunch of toxins, alright, you don’t want to be eating these like sick animals like big toxin filled fat. You want, I can eat healthy one, so we’re going to grab some grass-fed beef. All right so produce so super important to get organic produce because the stuff that’s conventionally raised, there’s like two problems with it.

One is the soils are getting more and more depleted because, like it’s awesome that we can come in this grocery store and get all the food, we want all the time right. But because of that, like the demand is so high that the farmers can’t keep up with like replenishing the soil enough so like like, if you eat a conventionally raised carrot, it literally has way fewer nutrients in it. Then a carrot did like sixty years ago because the soil is depleted right, so organic farmers like make a bigger priority to replenish the soils and then you’re also not eating pesticides so like when you’re in a ketogenic state.

It’s it’s purifying and it’s cleansing. Your healing. Your body right, so you don’t want to be putting in pesticides and things that are going to inflame it when you’re trying to do something good for yourself. So organic super importance we’re going to grab some organic avocado. Let’s just take the whole bag. Well. 1314. Parelle! Yes, I made his meal plan. These things will save your life in Quito, and I really like these little small containers, because then you don’t have like the big container that, like goes Brown halfway through start accruing crazy.

So I like, I always have these in my fridge, so they have spicy ones now or like regular ones, so we’re going to definitely get some of these okay, so butter right. Everybody knows that you should eat butter on keto. So I really like vital farms butter. Its pasture-raised, these are from healthy cows right that eat the right food and live life like they’re, suppose to kind of interesting. We were I sick, and I were just talking about his daughter when she would eat like conventionally raised eggs.

Like some, you know Walmart or something like that. She would have a reaction, but they gave her some eggs from vital farms and if you follow like the vital farms, Instagram account like they’ll go live sometimes, and you can just see the chicken was just roaming around. Like how chickens are sold to be instead of being in factory buildings with crap piled on top of each other, and you know walking around on their own feces, like that’s those eggs that you’re getting at like Walmart, so it’s reality check right.

So it’s very interesting! So she wasn’t getting a reaction when she ate the healthier eggs so kind of interesting. So I love, I love passion, pasture-raised butter from vital farms and then, let’s talk about me for a second so ghee. What ghee is I’m surprised, like some people were like what I’ve never heard of that, and so deep yeah, never heard of G, so V is like taking one step further than butter, and so all the milk solids are out of it.

There’s a it’s actually non-dairy and like Ayurveda, it’s like an ancient system. It’s like the sister science to yoga right. So in Ayurveda he is like the healthiest oil. You can have and I love it and it makes your vegetables taste so freakin good. So cook your vegetables, like crazy, a GI use those every single day so have you ever had like flax? No okay, so I love using this for like mix into like a keto meal replacement or even than a cold brew coffee.

I like to do like a cup or two of this: it’s a little bit of cold brew and it’s so good and it’s it’s really low-calorie. This is look 25 calories a cup right. So it’s really nice. That way. I only have one gram of carbs and I like flax, milk, because it has omega-3 in it so like. Why not get your Omega threes for your brain health fighting inflammation, while you’re getting your you’re like he’d, open replacements? Oh, I love this stuff, alright, so hard-boiled eggs.

These are like the perfect snack on keto and they come with a little salt packet. Super easy, so forget some of these all right. So let’s talk about oils, so the best oils to get on keto, so avocado oil. All the way I like this come from primal kitchen. It’s a first press. First cold-pressed avocado oil. This is a good like multi-purpose oil, because you can cook with it. You can do anything with it.

So avvocato is great, then, like these are really cool. They have. These are super super catered to keto, so beef, tallow and pork fat and duck fat. Thank You, epic, for making these products because, like I always heard that beef tallow was good, a good fat, you know for on keto, but I’m like where you going to get me tallow. So these are great any any. Of these, like animal based. Oils are really really good and then coconut oil.

So there’s all these coconut oils. You want to go for an organic extra virgin, coconut oil right. So it’s it’s really like you get what you pay for, if it cost more, that’s a good time get it so. Mayonnaise, please please make sure that you get a mayonnaise on keto. That’s avvocato oil face if you’re not getting avocados. It’s canola oil swimming oil, which is like corrosive to your body, okay, so avocado oil based Mayo.

I love this to pull a lime, one from primal kitchen. They have a garlic aioli. I think I have every single car yeah. It’s so good, so get some avocado oil based mayo or you can make your own if you can’t find it where you live a fortune. Avocados bone broth super good for you, it’s like healing to your gut lining so, and it also has electrolytes and minerals in it so like. If you do a fast, you could even do a bone broth fast if you’re getting these minerals and also some collagen and your gut to heal your gut.

So it’s really cool so, and it also has protein in it right. So I like kettle – and fire is great – they have all these different bone broth. This one we’re like geeking out does this one has a lion’s mane, which is super cool. I also noticed that there are some new bone broths from epic, which is pretty cool they’re. In glass containers or like that, so look for grass-fed small-batch paleo friendly, like all these, like higher quality bone rough.

So I get asked all the time about protein bars on keto honestly, like I, don’t really recommend them. A lot of them have like a lot of fillers and crap in them, and I found for most people. It will kick them out of ketosis, I mean it could be just the excess protein. It could be. The like artificial sweeteners but they’re just usually not a go on keto, but there are like keto bars stuff, that’s specifically for keto now, but like this, they don’t have.

I don’t think they have them here. So, like protein bars are kind of a no on on ketosis, look for a keto specific bar. If that’s what you want, okay, so electrolytes are so important on keto you can get depleted really fast. The biggest thing is sodium, so just making sure you’re having a good quality salt, but I also like to add, like an electrolyte supplements water plus, I admit I don’t really like drinking water – that much so if I can add some flavor and make it good I’ll Drink it, and then I get my electrolytes in one.

So I like this Ultima, replenish ER is a really good one and then there’s another one on Amazon called centerplex. I really like so electrolytes protein powder. I get asked about this all the time. Make sure that if you’re going to do protein powder, one like you got to test your ketone? So if you go super-high on protein and you’re not getting into ketosis, like probably that’s the first step to like back that now, a little bit I think, he’s going to be.

Fine obviously has like a lot of muscle and a lot of like body to support right, so we are doing protein powder with him. I, like ones that are grass-fed and super clean and don’t have a bunch of fillers and crap, and this one has like four grams of net carbs per serving. So if you’re going to do protein, just make sure you’re testing your ketones to see if it’s you’re actually still seeing it ketosis, but I would say, for most people like especially women, you probably don’t even need it for Isaac and he he needs it.

KETO – New Finds at Aldi including Low Carb Ice Cream – Keto Haul

All these be patient with me guys it’s a new thing to Texas. Certainly a new thing to our town, all right so check these out guys good morning, a slow-cooker breakfast I mckormick. How cool is this can’t believe he didn’t give me the receipt, so I can’t give you prices on there, but I will add: the prices is the next time I go I’ll check everything out, don’t think these were much though so check these out.

This is a slow cooker. Breakfast is the ultimate egg casserole for your slow cooker and check out the ingredients there. You go nothing terrible in there guys and it is three grams of carbs, but you do have the onions and stuff like that and there. So I’m assuming that between the tomatoes, the bell peppers and the onions and you’re saying Alma just put the real stuff in there. I know, but sometimes this is nice to have when you don’t have the fresh stuff on hand so check it out.

I got three of those now this isn’t exactly new, but I did want to get this something to be making some pizzas. So I got this and let me tell you, I saw some the other day. I can’t remember it was, but it was chorizo and mozzarella. Oh divine now here is a gourmet, spreadable cheese. This one is bacon and cheddar. I did not check all the ingredients guys. This is for my son who’s coming up for game day, so I thought he might enjoy this and I got some onions, taco style, cheese for the egg casserole and so typically guys shred shred shred.

If you can, I’ve tried to get a lot better about doing that, and then this is her David. His skin that’s been really sensitive lately, so I picked this up. It is a cheese. I know this was $ 7.99 and this is their baby laundry detergent hypoallergenic. So we’re going to try and high efficiency so we’re going to give that a try, also some cleaner. You guys saw this on a recent haul, pick these up again some spicy cheddar grilling cheese.

30 Day Keto Diet Results – NOT What I Expected

My name is Scott, and today we’re going to talk about the ketogenic diet challenge. I went through four mental health reasons. That’s what those 30 days of vlogs were all about. What I was trying to do is experiment and see. Does food have an impact on my mood now? The answer is obviously it does. Obviously it does, but I was looking for ways that the ketogenic diet would increase.

My energy overall mood how I felt in the mornings and what it did was actually something that I didn’t expect. I’m going to talk about three things that the ketogenic diet basically cured in 30 days. It’s pretty remarkable and then I’m going to talk about what foods. I’m introducing now that I’ve already introduced and what the effect has been so far, because if you follow me on Twitter and an Instagram and stuff, you know I’ve been talking about man.

I just want that coffee. I just want a nice old-fashioned, plain donut: how about a maple dip, how about a vanilla dip? How about an apple fritter? I was craving some of that stuff and well I’m going to tell you what I’ve introduced and what the effect is. But first the three things: oh and also blood, test results too. You can check this article out. I was in the hospital cuz. I fell off my bike and what they do is they take your blood when you’re in the hospital see if everything’s a-okay and it just so happens.

I wanted to do that anyways for the ketogenic diet. So I’m like hey nurse, May please have those test results. Can I have a copy of that now? This doesn’t include like B vitamins and things like that. You need separate tests like for an actual physical to get those, but there’s pretty cool things in this blood test that I think you’ll find very interesting, because the ketogenic diet, man that’s a way different way to eat.

Then I was used to like I was pretty high carbon when you’re doing 70 % fat 20 % protein 10 % carb, I was barely doing 10 % carb there. It was very, very different and the blood tests actually surprised me. So you ready sit back. Relax. Take your pants off if you haven’t subscribed please subscribe. Let’s do this, the first thing the ketogenic diet cured at around day. I think it was around day 15. After the keto flu after I felt terrible, the big cure was my allergies, seasonal allergies. Now I can’t remember a time where I didn’t have seasonal allergies, where my eyes weren’t itchy, where my nose wasn’t running or plugged where my ears and and the roof of my mouth, weren’t itchy, it hasn’t happened and that’s a result that I didn’t know.

I didn’t expect that to happen, and let me tell you going through a summer and not having to sneeze not having to take allergy. Medication was awesome, like I go to bed and I can actually breathe through my nose for all of you who suffer from seasonal allergies. It’s like going to bed and you have to breathe through your mouth and you wake up with the dry mouth the Pastis. This was a treat. This was a real treat and again from an early early age.

I’ve been taking arias, Claridon doesn’t work, for me. Arias is the one allergy medication that I take. That just does wonders I’m spitting everywhere and I was just so surprised by that result, so surprised and so happy. So that’s number one: seasonal allergies gone with the ketogenic diet. Gone number two. This isn’t really a cure, and this was pretty much an obvious thing, because my my calorie intake, I don’t think, was as high when I when you go off carbs as you can see by the vlogs.

If you I’m going to, you know, put a link up here where you can see every single vlog I did for the 30 days, and you can see how I’m pissed off at the beginning, going through keto flu there’s times of depression times of more anxiety times Where I’m just like this diets stupid and then other times where, after the keto flu I get used to things, get used to the habit, you know eating differently, getting used to cooking differently, buying the right vegetables buying meats, finding them on sale.

You get used to the whole thing after just a few weeks, but the one thing was: my calories were definitely lower. At the beginning I had to eat non-stop. I and I was telling Michaela who introduced me to this diet and told me to try it. She was like yeah you’re, going to like be hungry a lot of the time at the beginning, your body’s just not used to it. My body was craving carbs and I’m just like use the fat for energy.

You idiot my body wasn’t listening for a while. So what it did is uh for all you, ladies or gay men, I’m going to show you my stomach now, it’s nothing serious okay, but I had a beer belly before the ketogenic diet, not a beer belly, but I had a kangaroo pouch. I was growing a Joey in there and from the reduced calories, but also you talk to anyone. You reduce carbs, your stomach gets flat man, it gets flat.

So that was what I saw even around week. One flatter stomach and no bloating after eating huge improvement, huge improvement, so I just want to show you like: that’s pretty cool right and I’ll do a little flex like guys, I haven’t done a sit-up in a month a because that accident bruised my ribs right. I don’t know if you can see that that’s my hip, but that was all bruised. My ribs are still bruised here, so I’ve been able to work out, but look at that man that’s crazy.

Now, if I push out that’s the push out, that’s the push out, but you’re never actually going cool like when you’re walking around right. So that’s pretty cool. What do you think I do a little twist. You know it’s all lighting at the end of the day and I’ll have to make this a thumbnail. So I get a click or two but um guys like in all seriousness, not to flaunt or beep, be cocky about how my body looks.

You know, I don’t do that type of thing, but I wanted to show you and you asked for it again. I should have done it before thinking. If I have any pictures of a before, I probably do, but I did lose 10 pounds on the keto diet and the 10 pounds were on. It was honestly in that stomach area. That’s where you know, women get it in the hips and men get it right. In the bellies right in the lower abdomen, so that was pretty cool.

What do you think? That’s pretty cool, so we’re at no allergies. That’s number one awesome number two belly fat, gonzo, number, three headaches headaches! Now: here’s the tough thing! Here’s! The tough thing! I got a pillow about a week and a half into the ketogenic diet, a new pillow, a Casper pillow, but I was sleeping at my parents place. I was sleeping at friends places, so I had different pillows throughout the month and I was still getting no headaches in the morning in the afternoon night.

Never never, and let me tell you I would get headaches often in the morning. Ketogenic diet, no headaches! No headaches. Can you believe that now I want with these three three cures? I’m not I’m not advertising. Any diet like I’m. Never one to be like carbs are bad like to eliminate this or go vegan or go carnivore. Do this and that I’m just sharing my own experiences here and with these three improvements, that’s pretty awesome, that is pretty cool just after 30 days of eating differently.

I don’t know what the long-term effects of keto are well I’ll talk to I’ll talk to you about the foods I’m reintroducing, but that’s so cool that is so cool. Cuz, usually I’ll, have a headache in the morning. Just it feels like inflammation. That’s what it feels like and with the weather to certain certain weather, cloudy weather, I don’t know different pressures in the air. I get headaches for 30 days, not a headache, even during the kedo flu, not a headache.

So that’s cool. Those are the three things. So we have allergies, no bloating and a flatter stomach and no headaches, that’s really cool. So next I’m going to go through introducing my foods and last I’ll show you my blood results. It’s all available in the description, but I was craving doughnuts. Carb withdrawal is a real thing and you know people get hangry and maybe people before their morning, coffee, they’re, less they’re, impatient and they’re not fun to be around that’s carb withdrawal. Man like I was feigning for a little bit. I was pissed off. I was really mad about having to eat so much at the beginning, but let me tell you the one thing I wanted more than anything was a doughnut.

I wanted a doughnut and I haven’t had one yet, but what I have introduced slowly but surely, is Mikey Mikey genic diet was different than most because most people stick on the dairy, coz dairies great for fat, a bunch of cheaters, but I didn’t do dairy. I didn’t I had no fruit, not a single fruit. This was meat and veggies. That’s it that’s it oils, of course, oils ruj and water. No coffee either no bullet coffees, no butter in my cup, my coffee.

None of that, because that’s a big thing with keto as well doing the bullet coffees nothing. So what I wanted to introduce first was fruit. I first had a plum waited a day had a banana and a peach waited two more days, no reaction, so good news. Those three fruits like I miss bananas. I would have a banana every single day, at least two bananas and no reaction whatsoever. Fruit, a ok, second beer.

I had a beer and no reaction whatsoever. I waited a few days right. The taste was delicious. I’m trying to think of what beer I actually had no jeez. It was at the wedding, it was a Sleeman, it was a sleeve and yes, I could have chosen a cool, Ontario craft brew or something from Toronto. It was a Sleeman, but it was delicious. It was delicious and it was out of wedding. So maybe I sweat I danced.

I had lots of food. I didn’t eat carbs there during the meal, but the beer success so we’re at fruit beer, a ok haven’t, had a bagel or any bread or anything whatsoever. But the other thing I did have was oh wait. Let me just think, oh right, sorry, the bread that was just a lie. I had a burger with the bun burger with the bun and phone. Please and no reactions whatsoever didn’t feel groggy didn’t feel any adverse effects.

I know what you’re thinking like yeah – maybe I would have, if I did this – maybe for a two-month period or three months like do 90 days and then go back to the original diet um. But I was definitely in ketosis man like oh, it was the best feeling when I woke up one morning and wasn’t starving that happened at around day 26 27. I woke up, and I wasn’t starving like I would get up in the morning and I’d be in pain because I’d be so hungry and after, like you know three weeks, I wasn’t starving.

That was a great feeling, but so I was definitely in ketosis, but the bread didn’t do anything and the last thing that I reintroduce was sauces. So I did catch up and this barbecue sauce that was fairly low sugar. But I I dipped chicken and a burger in there, and that was it now I the way I did the burger was no sauce on the burger, so I could see how the bun is just alone and then reintroduce sauces on their own.

I was very careful about this no reactions whatsoever, but remember this is mental health. I did the ketogenic diet for mental health reasons not to not to lose weight, not to see what my workouts would be like, and energy levels that way pumping iron. Although I, my energy, wasn’t great the whole time, but this was for mental health and as far as anxiety or anything like that or depression, no real benefit with the ketogenic diet, no big benefit, because I was feeling good from the beginning.

Now, as I told you all before, the real test would be going off antidepressants and maintaining the ketogenic diet and that’s something I’m still debating and I’d appreciate your balanced opinion there and don’t go after me about that. But it’s a big decision because I’ve gone off antidepressants before and I’ve almost died and I know the withdrawal effects it’s like well. If you’ve gone through that yeah, I don’t need to describe it.

So last but not least, this is very uncut. Let’s go through the blood results now, as I said before, the nurse was nice enough to give me a copy, I’m trying to figure out how to best share this with you guys they measured sodium potassium chloride, total co2 glucose levels and creatinine. I believe: that’s how you say it: creatine, creatine, NIEM, so sodium perfect and my meals. I added salt on everything since with carbs and breads you’re, getting a lot of salt.

That way, you do need to salt your food with the keto. That’s one thing I learned potassium on the high end, but right on chloride, perfect glucose was on the low end, so they give you a range of four moles per liter 27.8, and I was at four point six. So the nurse did say that was on the lower end, glucose and well, obviously, I’m not getting the carbs so that I think that makes sense or maybe I wasn’t full keto.

I don’t know those experienced or maybe a doctor is reading. Please, let me know creatine, which is creatine. You get all that from meat right. That was at 84 out of 112. So that’s a perfect range. I just want to talk about the things that were high for me. It with this blood test, so red blood cell count, was on the height like it was too high. So they give you a range of four point, three to five point: six e 12 per litre.

Don’t know what that means anyways. It was five point: six for red blood cell count was high, as well as which is cool MP v MP V stands for the platelet volume, the your blood platelets and how large they are – and I was these were big, and if something is again, I was Talking to the nurse MPV, I can tell you exactly what that means mean: platelet volume, average platelet volume calculated measurement of the average size of platelets found in the blood and is typically included in the tests as part of the CBC.

So what this means, if it’s high it says, normally occurs when your body constantly creates new platelets because of a continual loss of existing platelets. This can be caused by things like recent surgery, infection inflammation or from heavy blood loss. So I didn’t lose any blood, but I’m thinking maybe inflammation could have had something to do with this, although with the lack of seasonal allergies, like allergies, it’s a it’s an immune response right, so I’m thinking the inflammation my immune system went down, but who knows, I Know I’m kind of talking out of my ass here because I’m not a doctor and I have absolutely no medical training when it comes to comes to blood tests.

But if you know more about this stuff, please comment below. This is a this is a dialogue. So please help me out a little bit if you find this interesting and the other thing that was high was monocytes ABS monocytes, when they’re high, a heightened percentage in your blood, can be caused by chronic inflammatory disease such as inflammatory bowel disease. So another thing with inflammation: isn’t that interesting, two of the things in my blood that could be caused that are high, that could be caused by inflammation.

That is very interesting, isn’t it so those are the blood results. Blood tests, white blood cell count was perfect again. I talked about the glucose being perfect. I said red blood cell count was perfect and that’s about it, so that was the ketogenic diet. There’s the three cures: that’s the reintroduction of food. So far so good again, I’m not going back to heavy carb anymore. I told you I’d update you on that, I’m not, it doesn’t make sense and I’m definitely not eating dairy again.

I don’t miss it. Do not miss dairy, I don’t miss cheese. I don’t miss milk, I don’t miss yogurt, don’t miss butter. None of that. So excuse me, dairy, is something that I’m fine with missing out on. That’s a big inflammatory thing I guarantee. If I reintroduce dairy allergies would come back. I could probably experiment with that for sure, but I just have to go. Buy dairy. I don’t really want to buy stuff and then the blood cell or sorry the blood tests all seems good right, except for the the high the high parts, but the nurse said.

That’s like honestly, nothing to worry about we’ll see if I’m dead within a week. Please call for help now. That’s so that’s the 30-day challenge. Everyone Kido I’d, highly recommend it if you suffer from seasonal allergies. If, if you want to try something different for anxiety for depression right for for any kind of physical illness that you have um, I’m all about just trying everything attacking something that you suffer with from every different possible angle and see what works and diet for the Most part is something that people don’t really think about and that we don’t experiment with which is actually pretty nuts.

Let me tell you it wasn’t fun for the first two weeks, but it’s two weeks out of your life man. It was definitely worth it as an experiment and I’m going to change the way I eat for the rest of my life a burger here, and there is great, but as far as heavy passes and dairy sauces and cheeses and candy, it’s just not worth it anymore. It doesn’t do anything for me so like I would keep this diet altered version where you know I can have.

I can still have fruit, which is fantastic, but I do it just from the seasonal allergies point of view and the headaches pretty awesome and I’m pretty excited. So I hope this gave you some motivation to to try this yourself. I know a lot of people who are following the vlogs everyday, we’re doing their own challenges. Please comment. KETO – Aldi Haul with a few new finds – Shopping for the Family!

Alright! So there’s my personal stats. I have not tested any of my blood Sugar’s today I am still fasted. My meal was around six o’clock last night 6:30.

I am just what five hours away no four hours away from a 24-hour fast, so not bad guys, not sure what time I’m going to eat cuz, I’m actually getting a little bit hungry alright. So what do I have here? Alright, I have my college boy home. Yes, as I go through this hall, guys, I’m going to show you all the new finds at Aldi’s. Alright, so first thing I got from Matthew is some garlic bread, as well as a regular specialty bread, the specialty bread I figured he could use with this strawberry cream cheese spread toasted up in the morning and have a little snack or throughout the day.

I also got him a little bit of trail mix, some cherries. I might actually have a couple of those we’ll wait and see cuz. I won’t be able to sneak any berries in during my June challenge. Then I also got these. These are like $ 0.99, guys great little price for a snack for Maddie cakes and I got the milk chocolate covered as well as a white fudge. Those are for Matthew, pretzels. Alright, I also got more happy news.

There were sixty nine cents, a pound. Two of these packages of peanut butter for Matt and look at these avocados, ten of them, thirty three cents, apiece guys remember, put these back in your plastic bag, stick them in your fridge and they will keep for a good two weeks. Promise you a good two weeks: alright got some bay scallops. You know what that means. I’m I’m making some fried rice at well. Fried Collard rice.

I’ve got two packages of chicken thighs got plans, for that is our recipe that you guys have not seen. I’ve never made, I don’t think I’ve seen anything on it and fingers crossed it works out all right, then. I also got this for Matthew, which is some chocolate-covered almonds, and trust me. These snacks, here that I have gotten from Matthew, will probably last him at the entire summer between the trail mix, this the peanut butter, and this would probably last him all the way through.

I guess I won’t have to be buying much more because he would actually prefer fruit, so don’t think I’m just shoveling junk food in my child. Really, I really don’t this isn’t new that these individual ones are and the fact that they’re refrigerated I meant to get one out, so I could drink it on my drive home and I forgot to so, but anyway, these are the better black tea and no artificial Sweeteners, no, nothing zero calorie, all right, and then I got David some of these cherry tomatoes.

He loves cherry tomatoes, and here are some new finds at Aldi’s at least at my Aldi’s. They now are carryin chia seeds. These were about 369. I think for this package really good, affordable price there, guys, along with this new, find another fun, is brown flaxseed Sky’s whole brown flaxseed, that’s a new find, as well as the milled ground flaxseed. Now I won’t be using a lot of this for me, but I’ll probably make it some recipes for David that will be using the flaxseed, but another new fine guys check this out.

Look at this kosher Spears of fresh packed, my yeah. We love pickles in our house. I’ve just bought some but Matt’s here, so I’m sure he will go to town on these as well. All right also picked up some pistachios for Matt and David. These are with sea salt. I got some more of the air days. Walking Bali salsa, I needed some more Himalayan salt, so I got that I picked up two heads of cauliflower: one of these heads are going to be used with this chicken dish and the other one is going to be used with a nother chicken casserole dish that I’ve made in the past David just loves it guys, so I will put a link to that recipe up a pregnant corner, since that recipe will also include these lovely broccoli heads all right.

In addition to this, I got some sour cream. I got some feta and this feta is a little bit different. This is brand new. This M has tomato and basil. Doesn’t that look good so excited to try that I got some of my standards, which are the pepper, jack, pepper, jack, pepper, jack, Cole guy? So you noticing something: no cheese, no Jesus, then I got my favorite. You guys have seen this. They had a garden blend as well as a tomato basil, but I picked up the pepperoni marinara, oh good stuff and then some goat cheese and this one is far like an herb.

Then here are some more new items that I found at Aldi’s. Yours may carry this definite are keep in mind is a new store. It just opened up in what October. I think I think it was October anyway. This is new. The sunflower oil I’ve not read a whole lot about this guys. If you can tell me the benefits of sunflower oil, but be great, if not well the next time, I make something that has it I’ll share it with you, so we got that also previously they did not carry any avocado oil.

So I picked up some pure avocado oil. Yes, I picked up some in my last haul at Walmart, but I went ahead and got some more cuz. I go here’s this hadn’t seen these either. I hope it tastes good. This is extra virgin olive oil, chilli and garlic flavored. I got plans for this just wait and see guys, wait and see. So I got two of those and one of their balsamic, so hopefully we will enjoy those. These were like three a little over three dollars.

They were really great. Then I picked up some Duke’s mayonnaise Duke’s does not carry sugar in it. It does have soybean oil oil in it and if your thyroid suffer, you really shouldn’t use it. Six packages of pork rinds guys, that’s a constant, my house. We love our pork rinds. These are the Clancy brand from again Aldys do not buy their flavored, one guys has a motto dextran in it, and this one here guys you’ll see it is fried.

Pork skins and salt clean, clean, clean serving so let’s check it out. Seven servings for this tiny little bag. What are they talking about? The crazy seven servings yeah? I could put that bag away in a day, but I digress, twenty-nine cents, a package, twenty-nine cents for this guys, look at that twenty-nine cents. The great deal on broccoli crowns. Those were 79 cents, each guys for this package, 79 cents such a great deal, half and half.

I do not get the heavy whipping cream because you saw I got that over at my lovely Walmart. Then I have two packages of blueberries it was limit to, and I think these are like a dollar 49 yeah a dollar 49 each. I got some mushrooms. I got some more Brussels sprouts, a pineapple for Maddie, cakes cuz. He loves it and cilantro. So I’m going to get this put away and show you a few more things and I got be right back guys, so I put away most of the perishable items.

So here is the rest of my home. I have three: can three packages of water? This is their purified water with minerals, added forte. Add it’s BPA free, so I got three of those I think these weren’t dollar, eighty, nine or, and then lastly, guys I got some of these silicone. Such you can use these on top of food dishes that have been prepared and or when you get to the microwave, to keep any splatter off.

Then I got these. These are actually ice trays silicone. However, I’m going to use these to make a dessert for David and that dessert I’m going to use one day to test my blood Sugar’s and maybe see what it does on my scale as well, and I’ve been wanting one of these forever. Look at that. A cherry pitter, yes, yes, hello friend, can them a little meat, masher? Okay, they call it a chopper. I call it a masher mash away mate and that my friends wraps it up.

Alright have a oh one, more thing. Lastly, guys I have a little gadget. I had a return at Walmart and I grabbed some of these, so mine are disappearing. I’ve told you guys I sweat, sweat, sweat when I walk on the trail, so I always have a hanky and they usually match what I’m wearing. So I got a camo. I got this lovely little guy, I got Alabama roll tide roll and then this pretty one and they were on clearance $ 0.

Grilling Cheese At Aldi! – More New Finds at Aldi – Keto Grocery Haul – Low Carb Haul

Here we have a haul coming to you from where all these, no, it doesn’t sound right, guys, Aldys all these Aldi’s. I know I have a few of you correcting me on my pronunciation. All these is what it is all these is how I say it, which one do you like better. Oh these, the way it’s supposed to be – or all these I don’t know, I’m anyway enough of that – let’s go ahead and get to the details.

I have some new finds guys, let’s go ahead and get through it, we’ll go, buy them one by one, all right. So check it out, I think, of these salad, kids, like shared with you guys how much I like these. These are the little salad bar brands, and this is the Asian. You don’t really want to necessarily eat the salad dressing. However, everything else is good to go. This one actually seems like it has less carrot, and I know carrots aren’t kedo, but the other thing is David, doesn’t like them.

So I picked at the Asian, the Southwest salad, jalapenos, pretty little jalapenos. These were 69 cents, a pound, then my avocados 38 cents. Today. I got a cauliflower cauliflower, it was a dollar 69, what a great deal and I got some onions, 49 cents. This was new when I check it out. We know where I am with cheese, and this looked really good. This is the cheddar truffle cheese. Let’s check it out, I did not look at the carbs, it is a hundred and twenty calories per serving at 10 grams of fat and it is zero grams of carbs and there are the ingredients.

Folks too many for me to read out to you so there you go then guys I picked up these. This is what I would consider easy lazy, convenient keto. The reason why I don’t mean to offend anybody by the way it’s just lazy keto, simply because it’s pre-made, you know your your perfect keto – would be just buying the ground, pork and making yourself some sausage, but I needed some convenience things. We’ve got a lot going on right now, including having to purchase a new truck.

Oh my gosh, the truck went out. My husband’s truck went out so we’re going to have to purchase a new truck, so this might be a couple mornings before we go out and look at trucks and grab a couple of those and go we’ll see. If I do my meal, prep it’ll be great, but I’ve kind of been behind the past week and a half on nil breath. Other thing is, I have not seen these before. There was two flavors. I happen to pick up the olive oil with a garlic flavor.

It’s nonstick cooking spray and, of course the macros are great on that pick that up again a little more lady key though this is their pepperoni. I plan on making some pizzas. I want to deliver one of them to David’s friend John, who is doing keto and he’s so cute and on how old John is, but I know he’s older than us. At least I would say in this late 60s and John calls me up Emma, tell me about your Stromboli, and I just gotten gave me the biggest thrill, oh so cute all right.

Next guys this would be an equivalent to Frank’s hot sauce. This is by Berman’s. This was 79 cents guys. I thought we’d go ahead and give it a try. We loved our Frank’s hot sauce. That would give this one the chance. This is zero grams of carbs and the ingredients are really clean. So there you go two more new items that I found at mine. Is this right here, roasted garlic with extra virgin olive oil, stop by stone mill, and it is less than one gram of carb.

Here’s the ingredients – and I show sugar, however, thought I’d – give it a try same thing here. Is this minced chili with garlic? This one has sugar as the third ingredient less than one gram. That’s someone grab my carb 5 calories and it’s going to be such a miniscule amount guys that I thought it might worth be worth the try. I also picked up these little guys. This is the stone meal Carolina, Reaper, stir in paste, and doesn’t that look good and spicy? So I got that one.

These are all new finds the green jalapeno again a new find and the yellow habanero. Oh my gosh. I hope these are spicy. There’s a nutritional information, guys 25 calories. You hear Bulli in the ground in the background. Making noise – and here are the ingredients guys it does have sunflower oil, which of course, is something that we don’t always at 1:00 in our food and the sometimes anthem gum is even questionable as well as a bargain.

Still give me a chance. I I showed you guys these in a previous hall, we were really actually liking these. These are like $ 4.99. A bit of a splurge, but it is very convenient. Here are the items that are in this particular package. This is $ 4.99 for 4-6. Ounces love that okay, guys, here’s what I’m really excited about now. You guys have seen my article in regards to the grill and cheese right.

Let me show you it looks like here. It is oven, baked cheese with aged parmesan. This package is six ounces $ 7.99 and it is 220 calories. I believe four per serving what is it 120 calories per serving so quite a bit, and I jokingly said maybe a ladoos will come to the rescue. Well, maybe all these kind of has come to the rescue. Let me show you what I found all right, so this is vegetarian, a cheddar grilling, cheese, great for grilling or frying only at County.

This is by Earth grown again, all did only at Aldi, so I’m believe I’m beginning to believe this might be something they carry regularly. So it says it’s great for salads, like croutons and as a source of protein for your burger 13 grams of protein. Let’s check it out here, it is good through December 29th, so it has a really good a shelf life there. It’s four servings calories are 200 per patty. Each patty is 2.

25 ounces, so on this little bugger it would be 220 calories for one ounce. This is 2.25 ounces, so I guess, if you wanted to cut in half, you probably could – and it is 200 calories – 2 grams of carbs here – are the ingredients? Nothing really terrible. I mean you know tapioca starch yeah, I’m not too sure about that, but not terrible. Terrible so again, how many carbs? Is it it’s 2 grams of carb for one serving? You know what it’s worth a try guys.

So this is the cheddar grilled cheese. They also have the spicy cheddar, which I and excited about alright guys, here’s what they look like. I will do a separate article on this, for you guys and do a little taste test on it, but that’s what they look like. They are fairly deep. I’m going to give that a try today, I also going to be making some pizzas, so I picked up some of the mushrooms. I can get the brown mushrooms guys, they’re a heck of a lot better on keto and the white ones, but this is what they had so I picked these up.

I want to make a little bit of creamed spinach if you haven’t tried that check the recipe out in the upper right hand, corner that will be available to you. I got two broccoli crowns. I got some pistachios for Matthew. I was at school, so I try to go ahead and make him a little crab bag so that he’d take home with him every week or when I see him alright. So then, I also have all of this shrimp and it says it’s salad shrimp, but I’m actually going to use it on some rice, some cauliflower fried rice.

I’ve got some bay scallops for the same reason that these are like 339 a package I for these avocado containers, and these are a little bit more affordable than the holy guacamole. I don’t like the flavored ones at all guys, but these are delicious, also picked up. Some cilantro a little bit of ricotta cheese. Some basic butter get your Kerrygold if you can and they actually do sell it at Aldi’s. But I just need some plain one.

I also picked up four packages of pork rinds guys these for 75 cents, today, 75 or 78 cents today, yeah, typically 99 cents that went down in price. That’s cool, always little savings and they also have the max pork rinds. Now let me tell you this here: the spicy one where it does not have multiple dextran and that does have msg so you’ll see it down here yep. It does have mint MSG in it. So those probably go to Matt we’ll see he loves pork rinds.

We all do this is for my mom look at that budget. Mint cookies also picked up heavy whipping cream, and you know what, even though these are dollar 69. I’ve shared that with you before and even at this price point the fact that they put them in this type of container that has a little pour spout. I love that also got some half-and-half check out those some more heavy whipping cream and a cabbage and look at these new finds here guys this coffee, bourbon coffee, as well as maple bacon coffee.

So here the ingredients are for this, which is coffee, natural and artificial. Flavors, so that’s questionable, but hey guys, it’s coffee, let’s splurge a little bit and here’s the second one same same difference. So though I might do a article that just does it taste test on this, we’ll see guys. So. For my milk, I do love that, but I thought it’d be nice. Just don’t have a pretty container in the refrigerator a glass jar with a lid, this carafe.

So I got me a craft. This was 399 and then I had a puppy and you guys know about the sweet, sweet bow and I’ve got Daisy and I’ve got Bulli well. Other thing is, I purchased their bed and the bed is washable the outside cover, but the guts a lot. So I thought: well, you know what this way in case he has an accident, I’m not going to give him the bed just yet he needs to go into that because he still act yep peeing on occasion, so when he grows into that, I will also I Bought two of these, I will wrap one of these around the bed, because the contents aren’t washable, but the outside of it is so.

We were there all the time anyway. So this list will include over 60 items over $ 800 with the product of the things that we pick up at Costco, and I think it might find that it helps you if you’re not familiar with some of these products or if you don’t go to Costco.

Very often, or if you’re, not even a member, a lot of these things, you can get on Amazon, believe it or not, so you know me I’ll be linking some stuff in the description below anyway yeah. So, stick around see what all the things that we buy are and they’re, certainly even more than that at the store it’s just. This is a list of the things that we use, and this was what three trips right: three trips, three different trips and we’re combining it all into one.

Let’s take someone to talk a little bit about the store itself. We’ve been extremely busy it’s hard to film. In our warehouse one because I work there and everybody wants to chat with me, a lot of the members know who I am so it makes it very disruptive. So we’ve chosen not to actually film while were there, but we did take pictures of the products and price cards when we could, I think, we’re missing one.

Oh yeah yeah. I was putting it together before we did this article to talk about each of these items. So we’ll jump right into it copy draw, let’s start with my favorite cheese, cheese in more cheese and more cheese, that’s Stacey’s department, absolutely I’ve, always loved cheese. Since I was a little kid, we started off with our mozzarella cheese. This is a must-have in our household. At any given time it’s the basis of our Fathead pizzas, you know one of our favorites that we like to do and we did a how-to article.

That’s done very well for us, it is tapas. I usually mix up an egg with a little bit of nacho cheese for a trifle real, quick, absolutely the other staple that we like is the queso chihuahua cheese, chihuahua cheese, it’s about Wawa, cheese, yeah, Greg and Stacey. Kgp dough turned this on to that cheese and it’s definitely been a winner for Stacey. She loves that cheese and then we do taco bowls with it.

Yes are those taco bowls. We use that Kiesel yeah yeah, it’s good cheese, good, good, spicy, cheese. The Mexican cheese is another one. We love to do our tackle shows with the chocolate bowls with the flat breads with yeah. I’ve even seen, Stacey use a mission, carp shell, to make a quesadilla out of that and put it a little bit of jalapeno. Yes, yes, the next one is cheddar cheese, sugar. I can handle cheddar, you can handle again Bill likes to put cheddar on top of his chili yep.

I also put it on my broccoli and I love to make broccoli cheddar soup, with their cheddar cheese. Nope can’t go wrong with that. Can’t go wrong with each other, one of the other, quick and simple snack ideas that I always use as well as our daughters, love are. The mozzarella sticks now, don’t why are they great for snacking they’re great for homemade mozzarella sticks yeah, yeah radio. For that too Parmesan cheese, shakey cheese.

I call it. He always calls it’s tricky because you shake it. Okay, I mix this in with a couple of different recipes that I use even with the flat breads. It just gives a different texture to it, meatballs to the meatballs, and I love it with the parmesan crusted, pork, chops, cheese and texture of crust. That’s what she likes crunch is where it’s at crunches, where it’s at Thursday’s. So now it’s time to talk about the meats.

The one nice thing with Stacey working at Costco is she can get the prime picks of the rib eyes. I know everybody yeah, so we’ve gotten a couple batches of the rib eyes that have just been oh, my gosh perfection. They taste amazing. I even just did a article on how I make my rib eye steak. It’s wonderful! It’s a great treat now and then yeah. Absolutely he always asked after I buy them. He says how’d, it feel like a steak.

Yes – and I love me, the other thing I get from Costco is the chicken thighs they have the boneless chicken thighs and there’s no skin on them. I do grab some from the store that have skin on them as well with the boning, but the ones from Costco are just really nice package. You get a couple in in each package, so I don’t feel like I’m eat wasteful. I can pull out what I need and those chicken thighs are fantastic.

Another thing we get from there is regular ground beef. Now, instead of just getting a regular package of ground beef, we get the tube of ground beef, which is ten pounds. I believe yes just knock on the window, and anybody in the meat department can help you out with the tuba ground beef. It saves you money. Yeah, you get a better price per pound. We had to do the two tube they get into being 30.

40. 50 cents less per pound to do that to so, the tube is definitely worth looking into. If you’re, making a large amount, we tend to cook up that whole tube and put it into snap where and then we put it in the freezer when we pull it. When we want tacos – and we pull it when we want to make something, we also pick up the organic beef from Costco. That’s what I use when I’m going to make our meatballs hamburger patties.

They just definitely are just a really good tasting meat. I love a homemade hamburger for a quick meal bill tends to do for him and Julia the. I think it’s 1/3 pound beef, patty yeah that are possible from casco just fast and easy yeah. I like the home, cooked ones. Another thing that goes along with the meat very well is the rails, marinara sauce. We use that for our meatballs. We use it for all kinds of things.

Actually, I’ve even just made ground beef and put some rails and some shaky Parmesan cheese on it and just eat it like that, because that’s just how I roll sometimes it’s true, but the rails is great for a treat now and then, and we did pick up Recently here the beef pot roast it’s got a gravy in it and it’s got the beef in it. Oh my gosh, that’s a really nice little treat now and then to pick up.

This doesn’t really like that, but I love it. Next would be the roasted garlic sausage, it’s kind of like a Polish, a little bit like a hot dog. Oh my gosh, they’re, so good. I use them on the COS ass, a little spinning thing that cooks them up and gives them a nice crust. Love that thing another thing I always grab when I go in as a treat now man, maybe once a month I’ll, grab a rotisserie chicken, it’s already pre-made, I just strip it out.

I like to eat the thighs Stacy likes the chicken breast part, so she’ll tear that up and put it on a salad or something I just like the taste of it. I know that some people have issues with that, so I don’t do it very often, but I do like it chicken strips oh, my gosh. These are great. We use them without fredo sauce. We mix it in with a little bit of like ground, pepper and some garlic and some onion powder, because Stacy doesn’t like expiry things and it makes for a wonderful meal Stacy likes.

This is already precooked too, so you could throw it on top of the salad fast and easy just measure out a couple ounces, throw it on top that alfredo chicken is fantastic. Absolutely. I also like to do a couple ounces, usually about two ounces of the chicken strips and I’ll. Just do like a ranch dressing or Caesar dressing as a dipping sauce and I’m good to go, gives you a meal because you got a protein yeah and of course, you can’t go to Costco without buying bacon right bacon.

I buy the four packs of bacon a times. That’s the magic word of the article bacon yeah, you know we buy the four packs of bacon from Costco and Nightrain ration knows out to about once a week. The other thing for a bacon I use is the crumbles. The little crumbles I use those mainly in salads if we ever do make like a little quesadilla with that Mexican cheese or queso cheese, I’ll, throw some bacon bits in with that, of course, on the fat head pizzas, he has bacon and I do have it on The fat head – pizzas, yeah, that’s a staple got bacon, got ta, have the bacon absolutely oh and then add words to build omelets yeah.

I forgot about that yeah I put some bacon crumble, sometimes in an omelet, real, quick. This me it turns out. You know what happens is I start an omelet and it ends up being scrambled eggs. So you know he always eggs yeah. So that’s how that works, and last time I meet list would be tail off fruit. I love this stuff. I throw some of the pan with some vegetables a little bit of olive oil, so some of that gee use teriyaki sauce mix that all up cook it up.

Oh my gosh, it’s amazing! Next to a steak or a piece of chicken, it’s just fantastic! You! You owe it to yourself to try. These almonds happens to be one of my absolute favorites. I love them by themselves, but I actually really like to pair the almonds with extra sharp cheddar cheese, see that just doesn’t sound like a good combo, and I like both of those things. I just don’t think I want them together.

You know, and the funny thing is I would have never eaten them together, but I think my taste buds have changed slightly. Walnuts is another thing that we always have here at the house. I do a lot of baking with the walnuts our Kido mug cake has walnuts. Peekytoe moose has walnuts. You can’t go wrong with two ounces of walnuts in your hand, yeah. We always have 200 snack bags of walnuts and almonds in the and sometimes of academia TIFF.

We have them yeah and in the refrigerator, so there’s like a grab and go back for any of us that need to grab something to go. Yes, keeps you keeps you honest now the macadamia nuts. I have to be careful with those because our youngest daughter – yes, she tried it for the first time at Gregg and Stacy’s with Kazu Kido, I had to keep taking the bag away from her about Mike stop yeah she’s just sitting there eating them like it’s popcorn, Yeah and they’re like leave her alone, let her eat them.

I’m like no okay, it’s back to me now and these little beef sticks I find are fantastic for on-the-go. I actually grabbed the big pack. I think there’s 28 in the pack and – and I throw a couple of my car for a couple because you don’t have to refrigerate them even and and I always grab a big handful of them. And I give my daughter at college because I wanted to have something in their backpack between classes or one, not if she’s in a rush and then just they taste, wonderful and they’re, just so convenient in their own little packages.

Also, we found a new product at Costco called the keto snack mix. This is something great to sit down with a small bowl if you’re going to read like TV or something and you kind of Miss having that little snack, this will fit the bill perfectly. Also, these little cheese wisps are pretty darn good in a little Bowl. If you want a little snack, too kind of an indulgent thing, just sit down with little balls.

Those just measure him out follow the basics. Yeah next are the folio wraps. Everybody was talking about these before Costco had them, and the buzz was just crazy online about it. When we finally got him, I said: oh, we got to get them, who got trying well I’ll, tell you what the texture of them they’re very slick and smooth is not for me. I tried to do a tack on them. I tried to do some lunch meat in them.

They’re. Just not my thing: they don’t taste horrible they’re, just it’s a texture thing and I normally wouldn’t say I’m a texture person, but Stacy ate them now onto the baking stuff. For me, at any given time, we always have at least a couple dozen eggs in the house a couple dozen. What are you talking about six to eight dozen in almost any time, so maybe a few dozen more than a couple yeah we buy the organics and that’s what I use when I’m doing omelets in the morning, primarily for truffles and omelets, I use the organics any Baking thing I do the arena cakes as well.

Now I do buy the regular eggs, our youngest daughter and our old Center love Excel. It now eats up eggs right yeah. Whenever I’m making excelled, I’m usually using eight to ten eggs and they both love. It Carrie gold is another. One of our staples Billy says Kerry gold, probably more than I do yeah I do every morning for ages. I use Terry gold. He hasn’t done it in the coffee, yet he can’t have to do that boy yeah! I don’t do that stuff at Costco as well as I always have the unsalted butter.

We have quite a few recipes that call for the unsalted butter, so it’s ready yeah. So I always make sure I have that on hand and ready to go Philadelphia, Cream Cheese. An absolute staple in the house why go ahead be took dad had pizza, that’s the only thing. I know we use it for there’s a couple other recipes, but also call for the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, but the fact that is the majority of our cream cheese.

So another two bags table that we have in our house is almond flour. Many many many recipes call for the almond flour, so we always have at least two bags on and at any given time. The other thing that we keep on hand is the baking cocoa you’ve done a couple different articles with that the mug cakes things of that nature, so it’s always good to have for a sweet treat the one thing that surprised me is every time we would go To Kroger or somewhere she’d say pick up some vanilla extract and that little bottle was like nine dollars, twelve dollars, something like that right well, Tosca might be a little more expensive on the initial purchase, but what you get for that price? Amazing! Let me tell you it’s 30 bucks and after the vanilla extract yeah, I figure out how many asks you.

37. 28 bucks yeah. It definitely is a game changer when it comes to purchasing vanilla, especially if you’re going to use it for more than one recipe. The birch benders keto pancake mix is amazing. Let me tell you when we buy that stuff at the store we get a lot smaller bag and it costs eight or nine dollars. This thing is like three times the amount for just a little bit more. So definitely if you use that product, this is the way to go, get it at Costco.

Another thing we buy in bulk, obviously at Costco is my broccoli. I have five ounces of broccoli next to a piece of meat, probably at least four times a week. I, like this stuff, super easy, throw it in the microwave I split it up, and then I have a few meals. I do meal prep in containers and I set it all aside and then I eat that for the next couple days. The broccoli is awesome and then I steal the broccoli to put in with my chicken in alfredo sauce, even for your soup and for my soup.

Yep another thing to put next to a piece of chicken in the afternoon, for me at least, is the Caesar salad kit. Now I don’t use the Cutrone’s, I do use those the dressing experian there, but I really like their Caesar salad kits. Stacy does too so when we open the back, we get about three to four servings out of that bag, so we’re in the produce department of Costco you’ll notice. Everything is a little bigger.

I really like their mushrooms there I cut those up. I wash them. I cut them up, I throw I want to p.M. A little olive oil man, they’re they’re, just awesome, and the next thing on the list here is we grab and we’re going to try hava kado again, I don’t know we’ll do another article of it, but we’re Going to try them again, because I know that there’s some great benefits too, you know and they say your taste buds changed and they say your taste much change, so we’re going to give it another.

Try one more try, but there won’t be a article this time. I also grabbed a baggie, these mixed peppers now and then I just wash them up cut them up and again fry them up in a pan, real quick, so tasty so good for you really good stuff. We just tried this bag of cauliflower rice. I have not made it yet. My intention is to use a little bit of soy a little bit of teriyaki, sauce and fry it up in a pan with some butter and see.

If I can replicate something close to a fried rice, it might be disgusting. I don’t know, the other thing you can do is throw some salt, pepper and butter on it and try and eat it as a side dish and again haven’t done it yet. So let me know in the comments if you have and what do you think of it or the best way to make it. Everybody knows we’re not doing sugar on keto right. So the monk fruit from LA canto is is a great substitute.

It’s kind of like swerve to Stacie uses in her recipes mm-hmm. Everybody knows I have a sweet tooth, so I tend to do more of the sweet treats so that I don’t feel like. I need to go away from quito when I want something sweet yeah and that be used a little bit of coffee here, and there too, I actually use the monk fruit drops as well. Yeah so see there, either or depending on what we have most of at that time.

Now, with the avocados remember how we talked about trying the avocado skin, which we will do, but we do use the avocado oil and we do use the avocado spray yeah. What kind of oil I’m used for vegetables sometimes instead of olive oil and the avocado spray I use for things? I don’t want to stick like if I put some parchment paper down or some foil down and I’m going to make something in the oven like the tortilla chips or I don’t know anything, I could spray a little bit of the avocado spray and nothing sticks and That kind of replaces those old canola sprays that we used to use all the time.

Oliver can’t go wrong, use the heck out of it. I use it a lot. I do it mainly for vegetables, I’ll, put vegetables and mix them up with some garlic and stuff love. Love, love the stuff. Yes, and I use it when I do the crispy chicken or the parmesan crusted pork chops and coconut oil ain’t bad either. I’ve tried some of that in the pan and mixed up some things. It doesn’t really have like a super strong, coconutty taste to it.

To me it is pretty good and you used it for fat bombs. Yeah I’ve tried a couple of fat bombs with the coconut oil. They always call for a dark chocolate. I’m not a fan of dark chocolate, so I’m I found I haven’t, found a really good fat bomb for me with that. Quite yet, but we’ll see cilantro lime, crema, this stuff is awesome again. Greg and Stacey turned us on to this from kzp dough. We were out there in Kalamazoo doing something and we were making taco balls.

I think that day – and you know goods like hey, have you tried this so no haven’t tried, it tried it and guess what we’re buying it a pretty regular basis. Every time we make anything, it has a type of meat or type of bass with a taco ball, I’m putting that stuff on it. I love the taste. True story, true story, I see, I see we do use a lot of spices. I now make my own taco seasoning mix yep in Julie labels and Bill.

Does his chicken rub, so we always have a ton of spaces. We try to get the big bottles when we can. Paprika is one of the big ones that we can get from Casco. We use paprika often the pure sea salt is something we always have on hand and goes in almost everything that we cook a lot of the recipes that we do and definitely a staple. In pepper. We use a lot of pepper in this house. We are not afraid of pepper, not afraid of pepper.

So if I make pigs in the morning, I’m putting pepper and salt every day, yes, but lots of pepper, definitely in a lot of recipes yeah. The other thing is the pink Himalayan sea salt. We have it on hand, then you have quite a few recipes that will call for that too adds a different flavor to it. So that’s pretty good as well, not my favorite honestly, but I know it’s good for you and we do use it yeah in the recipes.

It kind of hides it a little bit right. No, I wouldn’t put that in my eggs just personally but yeah. It’s not bad when she puts in their recipe and all you did that way, sneak it in minced garlic. We use the heck out of this stuff. We do almost all the meats that we make. We use the minced garlic and on our fat head Pizza, vegetables. All kinds of places every time you turn around pulling out the mince garlic so now onto some of the drinks, we have an RO system here at home and I love it and we’ve added some minerals and some other things into that, our own filtering system.

So I tend to drink a majority. That’s a eight! Even ninety percent of my drinking is water and I drink a lot. But when we go to Costco we splurge occasionally we buy like the propel zero. I love that stuff and I really like the way that that comes in a variety pack, so you don’t get tired of one flavor. You grab one this day and you grab another one a different day and another drink we’ve tried. It recently was the I believe they call it.

Bai Bai they’re, pretty good too. They have a different taste to them, but it’s just something to throw into the refrigerator and have as a an offering or a different taste. If you just want to grab and go with something last time, the drink list is, if is, if you haven’t tried these, give them a try. Costco sells a variety pack and they’re, really pretty good. Yes, I’ll grab my drink of water, I’ll grab a bottle of water.

Take a few drinks first put, the zip is in shake it up. Trust me trust me if you have never done this before take a few drinks first put. The zip is in then put the cap on and shake it up, because if you don’t get him a mess like I did so just you know, take care of ice before key Tori needs to be a really heavy milk drinker. Yes, you do every day every day had to have my milk, but I had stronger bones.

That’s true! So now I always have a little bit of almond milk on hand great for recipes and just to have a sip of milk, so in the health beauty in pharmacy area of Costco. Two of the things that I use are the apple cider, vinegar capsules. I like those because just kids teased about the cider vinegar, so I’m trying to get the outside the vinegar in in a different form in a capsule form, so I’m trying to do good right and the other thing I use from that area is super beet complex.

I take that every day as well. For me, I use the nature’s bounty, hair, skin and nails. I’ve been using that for about six months and definitely notice the difference. Yeah, you are having some trouble of hair loss in the beginning. I think right yeah. However, I find out now that it’s pretty menopause causing the hair loss, not Kido – oh geez, sorry, but it does help your hair skin and nails alright, but it does okay, a few staples that we have that I used almost every time I do any baking is Parchment paper are usually yeah, can’t have enough parchment paper, it’s great.

So, when you’re rolling out the dough’s yeah, it’s not sticking to your rolling. Pin it’s not sticking to your hands. That’s sticking to the counter! It comes right off when you’re done baking. I’ve even used it to make bacon yeah deep, well sheet. Aluminum, foil is also something that we keep on hand it’s great when you have to let something set up, and we want to cover it when you put it in the refrigerator, and it’s also really nice to store things with as well.

Yep. Their foil is thicker. Next, on my list are the vinyl gloves bill makes fun. I don’t like to touch raw meat so, but he’s the final whoops and it works well for me, are you sold now read means I don’t like to touch the meat, it’s a texture thing, but I will tell you garbage bags. We go through a ton, more garbage bags because we’re cooking all fresh now, cooking at home and cookie, more real foods, yeah yeah, definitely stead throwing on a McDonald’s bag, we’re making all this food and then all the waste of that food or the XS or the Skins or whatever all goes in the garbage, absolutely there must have yeah, and I like that.

Garbage bag safer, archaeans well and we just go through so many of them and they were so economical compared to just going and buying a smaller package or get ripped off with us at the store. She knows that’s one of the reasons I do love Kasich. Oh, hey, it’s flu season, guys and also everybody’s all worked up about this coronavirus stuff too, but basically it is flu season. Don’t forget that? Yes, so we go through a lot of tissue in this house with the kids and everything and then when Lauren comes home she takes some tissue back to the dorms.

I think she feeds everybody else to eat it, but we do go through a lot, so we buy in bulk at Costco. We use the heck out of it and I really like it. Yeah Clorox wipes goes right along with that we’re always sanitized and everything whitening things down doorknobs. When Julie comes home from school, I cringed to think of all the things that she’s touched along the way, and I want her to wash her hands when she comes home from school.

I know that might be a little crazy, but then I grab a clerics clock and I’m getting the door knobs and anything else is she talks before she came in okay, just because I’m kind of weird like that and don’t forget to wake your fridge handles the Last two things on the list for today are not Kido but definitely staples in the household we use everybody’s advice, household, the tide and UNSTOPABLES cuz you’ve got us no good yeah.

You got ta smell, good and here’s the thing you get more for your money, more volume for the price, I believe at least at Cosmo. So when we do know, we pick up the tide, we pick up the downy or the fabric sheets. So that’s the majority of the things that we buy when we go to Costco. Hopefully you got some new ideas. You know we did quite a few items here on these last three trips that we shared with you guys.
