Those myths are lying to you in that first article. I shed light on things like eating fruits and whole grains overloading on protein and giving up fatty foods all popular nutrition myths that are dead wrong, and you had a lot of amazing feedback on that article, because my subscribers want to know the truth about health and Wellness, even if the truth is the opposite of what they know so today I put together another article to debunk more nutrition myths, but first I’ve got a question for you.

Sure those drinks, tasted, pretty good and advertisers – have done a remarkable job, positioning them as essential to athletic performance. But the truth about those synthetic electrolyte drinks and even the more natural ones is this: you don’t need sports drinks to stay hydrated now, maybe you’ve noticed them giving you a boost of energy. Well, I’ve got news, that’s not the electrolytes! That’s the sugar! I’r serious! Those healthy sports drinks are loaded in sugar, not great for anyone who wants to feel their best seriously.

They just counteract the great workout you just had it’s so not worth it, but what? If you’re, really working out hard and sweating up a storm? Are you actually throwing your electrolytes out of balance? Well, maybe in fact some experts swear that you need to replenish electrolytes throughout your workout, but honestly that depends on how hard you’re working out and your diet and a number of other factors.

So if you’ve hit the gym hard start by rehydrating yourself, the old-fashioned way with good old water. Now, if you do find yourself feeling a little light-headed or loopy even after drinking water, you might need a little more of a boost and the best place to start with is sodium chloride. That’s right! Iodized table salt mix a little bit of salt into your water or just eat a hard-boiled egg with salt you’ll feel better fast and you won’t cancel out your workout with a water bottle full of sugar either and yes up above I mentioned a hard-boiled egg.

As a great post-workout fuel, which brings me to nutrition, myth number two number two myth: egg yolks are bad for you. I know I know the classic weight loss. Breakfast is an egg white omelet. It’s true egg. Whites are high in protein and low in calories. Well, egg yolks have a bad reputation thanks to the cholesterol content of the yolks. The truth about eggs is this: eating food with high cholesterol will not give you high cholesterol and, if you’re, someone who throws out the egg yolk and just eat the white you’re, throwing out the healthiest part of the egg.

In fact, the ball, the nutrients in eggs, are found in the yolks, including vitamins, minerals and the healthy Omega fats that keep you vibrant. As you age, in fact, I suggest making your omelets with more yolks than whites. Not only will your breakfast be more delicious in my opinion, but there’ll be more nutrient rich. Now, speaking of breakfast, let’s talk about myth. Number three breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Now, I’m not going to tell you to skip breakfast every day because breakfast is delicious, but the truth in the matter is, you can skip breakfast and live a healthy long life. In fact, the healthiest people do skip their morning, meals pretty regularly, and you know what they’re fine, because the time you eat doesn’t matter at least not as much as what you eat so for best results. I suggest eating breakfast somedays and skipping at other times.

In fact, that’s the basic premise behind intermittent fasting, which keeps your body on its toes and may even support weight, loss and longevity, so look into intermittent fasting and don’t feel pressured to eat a big meal for any meal. First thing in the morning now, one of the hottest topics in nutrition is actually one of my favorite things to talk about and eat carbs, which brings me to myth number four.

You should eat as few carbs as possible. Now I’ve done a full article. Talking about this, but it’s too important to ignore, so it’s worth mentioning again, there’s no such thing as a no carb diet, at least not a well-balanced one. In fact, some of the most nutritious foods on the planet, including those leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables, contain carbs. Not to mention polyphenol recruit resistant starches like sweet potatoes and just about anything that isn’t pure fat, so unless you’re, somehow getting away with just drinking olive oil and not eating any solid food, you’re eating carbs and you should be carbs – are great for your health.

Provided you pick the right ones, sure you shouldn’t be eating cake, candy or tons of bread, but don’t be afraid of veggies in season fruits or things like sorghum and millet. They’re, delicious and they’ll support your health rather than destroying it. Now, before I go, there’s one last health myth: I’ve got the bus because it’s one of my all-time favorite drinks. Coffee, that’s why I need to put this one to rest once and for all myth.

Number five coffee is bad for your health. Honestly that couldn’t be further from the truth. Coffee is fantastic for your health. It’s incredibly rich in polyphenols to support your health and studies have shown that coffee is great for everything from focus and energy. Obviously, to blood sugar regulation is keeping you sharp as you age. It’s a superfood, not a junk food, so why does coffee have such a bad reputation? Well, if you’ve ever looked at the nutrition labels on one of those blended drinks at the coffee shop, you may already know the answer.

It’s not the coffee, it’s the stuff! We add to it think, a one dairy, artificial, flavoring and tons of sugar I’m serious. Some of these coffee shop drinks have as much sugar as a piece of pie or a scoop of ice cream, and people are drinking one too, even three of them a day. Not great right so go ahead, drink that coffee, just drink it black or look for healthy ways to spice it up like unsweetened, coconut milk, a little Stevie or cinnamon or some fresh spices.

What we eat on Keto | Keto at BJ’s and Sprouts | Vlog

If you’re new to our blog welcome here are two crazy Keita’s. We do different things like product reviews. We do recipe articles. Sometimes we do vlogs like this. We talk about various keto topics and then every Monday we sit down on the couch for keto in the couch we just kind of talk about. What’s going on in our lives for the week, you can find us in different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and we have a website which is too crazy, ketones calm and that’s we’re going to find all very different recipes.

So today’s article is going to be a little bit different. It started out as a like what I eat in a day, vlog and then things kind of got hectic and one day rolled into another and it kind of turned into article of shenanigans article shenanigans that we went to the post office.

We went to bj’s, we went to sprouts and then we also included a little bit of what we ate in there so part of the fact that, throughout this article, we’re wearing a lot of different sets of clothes, all kinds of things. Oh, let’s get into the article every morning. She needs to run around and make noise very proud of it. It’s new to her, but it was actually in the bottom of the closet because they were like deep discounts.

We bought a bunch of them and what are you doing? I have a recipe articles are very doing this morning. Okay, she’s, like I can’t do it that I have a recipe on making you cringe. Okay, what is that? It’s called how Rachel does as if is so. First, you got to get your bottle. Opener read autumn hito bar / read autumn key to a bottle opener. That was like genius. I’ve heard a like think about doing that totally genius.

This. This recipe show love to write. This will make her cringe. So you, then, you put your zip fist, I’m starting the day with a Limone zip is this: is my group, after fruit punch after fruit punch and we’re out of fruit punch, because we drank all those now we’re down to the moans it fizzes on sale at Costco – and so I just ordered you, some fruit punch and I ordered meal alone, stay off my Lamone, that’s my new grade no too bad, and I always like to do this in a mason jar.

That’s my favorite way to drink as if this, and then you just stir it. No, we do not you shake it. It even says on the tube shaped vigorously right autumn: hey Rachel, yeah we’ve got mail, you want to go, get the mail. He owns this couch. She knows she’s not supposed to be on it. What can we do for the family? We got to get everybody on. I love it. Her mom is on and actually her mom had type 2 diabetes. So just like my mom and was able to get off medication, so that was it. That’s a huge big record for you makeup pouches. I guess! Oh, my goodness! Oh my gracious, so she recently did a Dollar Tree haul and I saw these little these little guys. Even in her in the thumbnail – and I saw a present them – and I was like oh my gosh – it looks like me and Joe.

I have to get these so bad. Look at this even a purple background and I have not been able to find it at our Dollar Tree. So awesome. I don’t know with the purple background, just like purple kind of goes good. Oh my gosh, I love sweet and strong. Oh my gosh! This is awesome, Wow Rachel’s, all about postcards. Oh, this is beautiful. Oh my gracious! I love this. Oh my goodness Christi! Thank you! You go! Oh yes, oh my gosh.

Oh my gosh! This is totally going in my purse right now. Thank you. Let’s go to BJ so that we can wipe our buds. Yes, please hey not for nothing but we’re in BJ’s and it’s October 15. It’s Christmas time, it’s only the middle of October. There is only one thing that Joe is brand loyal over and that is his toilet paper only by style. You know why why? Because it’s a thousand sheets laughs along there and the bottom line, is it’s only getting flushed down the toilet, so I don’t need expensive stuff on my, but you don’t want like a comforter.

No, what’s wrong with you. You know what the problem with that giant thing in pepperoni. I would absolutely deed that entire thing in like a day. What is that called javelin javelin? Here’s something interesting in the Monster Energy section. It’s like it’s kind of like a kind of thing. Yes, is it’s healthy energy, no calories, no sugars, no carbs! It’s 17 dollars for a pack of 12. So that’s about three dollars.

Cheaper than z-bo yeah see the energy drinks, but I don’t think I would like any one of those flavors. They do have all the monsters, though I actually want to try some of these flavors, because this is like much cheaper than drinking the bangs we’re going to have to try some monsters. I’m just can’t commit to an entire case. There’s a lot of them. Look at all of these different flavors – I don’t that one I think, has sugar, but this one is zero sugar and this one is zero sugar.

When we were at, he talked on the one. I liked him the last time I tried him. I thought they tasted like battery acid a little bit so here’s something that I see a lot of people drink this sparkling ice they’re having a 24 pack for $ 15. That’s looks super cheap. You get eight cranberry, frost, eight women, lime and eight ginger lime. We’ve! Never tried them, I’ve never tried it. Let’s try it we’re going to spend $ 15 and trying to no we’ve never tried it.

This is a lot of beverage. We could not keep this stuff in the house. I think Anthony drinks it I do. I think he’s got a straw in the bottle. I told him he’s going to start paying for because every time I turn around like, I can’t find it. He uses the whole bottle in, like one city he’s like that old lady. That puts it on everything, so they have giant boxes of table salt. I think that they need to bring in Redmond grill salt and have their paint buckets of salt.

Here we actually have to order more we’re like halfway through that ten pound bucket already you’re spilling all the salt everywhere clean up on aisle 30 look Rachel. It’s junk food disguised as health food, organic peanut butter. I need this for a recipe. This is actually pretty clean: five total carbohydrates, three grams of fiber, the only ingredients are peanuts and sea salt and then you have Jeff made from peanuts and sugar.

Oh Rachel. I don’t know what you’re going to do, but we’re almost out of root beer, zva you’re, going to have to go to all these other flavors yeah cuz, there’s only two six-packs left and a half of those are mine. No, yes, any root beer, no you’re going to have to drink Cola. No, do you hear Anthony practicing, really good, it’s getting ready for Wednesday. What are you getting ready for here? I am working on our review article from the killer Creamery that new salted camel flavor interesting.

I want to see the word I would describe. It is interesting. Yeah wasn’t bad. It was just a very interesting flavor. You know it kind of reminded me of when we used to make Vitamix ice cream, this of an add broccoli and things like that, I’m trying to hide the good stuff from the kids. So this is my awesome. Look at that. It’s like the length of a cruise ship, actually sometimes I’m still turning on my third monitor and then I’m having my basically four monitors.

Oh my gracious! That’s only if I’m really getting into something, but this is why I like this monitor because, like working on a article, I have this entire timeline going. It’s Mission Control, but it’s nice because I can have this and then I can have like my color correcting on the side or I can like break it down into three windows or two windows, so it’s actually doable. It’s super helpful. It’s definitely making things because before I’d have to have like window on top of window – and it would be like this much smaller window like I’d – have like that’s what it would look like and obviously now with the way I have it is, you can see everything Just by like expanding it, look at how much more I need to see.

What’s going on. Oh my gracious, are you really going to do this podcast, I’m like so excited? I can’t believe this and I’ve got a little bit of like armpit, sweat and like diarrhea. You know how, like you, get excited and yeah like I’m too excited, I think so we are going to hit the sprouts because believe it or not. We have no eggs left in our house and I looked online last night say: who’s got eggs on sale and they have pasteurized eggs, buy one get one free, so we’re headed to sprouts.

So it’s probably super embarrassing going around inside of sprouts with me because I’m wearing like pajama shoes like house shoes, but like slippers for going to bed. Why? Because I about took off the back of my heel trying to walk out the door this weekend and like yeah, so my butt is healing, but my foot now is gone and it really hurts putting on shoes so long as you’re not wearing Crocs. No, I probably should have Crocs if I had Crocs at least they would be actual plastic shoes and not free shoes like these shoes, but it is what it is.

Everybody says Crocs are like super comfortable, but they just look ridiculous and I crack up every time. I see that picture of like if you keep wearing Crocs your foots going to turn into this. I mean: isn’t that picture ridiculous. You think that could actually happen. Yeah Anthony just bought a pair of Crocs and I just keep making fun of them for him because he brews always like Crocs are silly looking.

You know, but you get a girlfriend and all of a sudden everything that they say makes sense we’re going into crowds. Yep she’s actually wearing house slippers to go food shopping and sprouts. At least I have a bra on so we here in sprouts – and this really intrigued me look at this organic sprout of our pumpkins. He barges five ingredients. The only problem is, I turned it over to look at the nutritional label and it’s as good as 18 total carbs per bar 250 calories.

They look at this zero grams of dietary fiber and the ingredients are sprouted pumpkin seeds, flax seeds dates raw agave nectar. So what I understand is how is there no fiber in this when it’s got flax seeds in it? This product is more like it sprouted organic flax, snacks, which is going to be kind of similar to my one ingredient, flax crackers, but look at a spicy fiesta. Look at the ingredients here prior to flax, seed, sprouted, sunflower seeds, lime juice, sprouted sesame seeds, the cilantro ski slope, garlic powder, spices in jalapeno, seven total carbohydrates per serving five grams of dietary fiber and there’s three servings in this bag.

We are going to try that this is the kind of stuff that just really upsets me. Chicken chips sounds build, fried chips, look at the ingredients. First of all, it’s got 10 grams of peda hydrates and no grams of fiber. It’s chicken chips and tapioca flour expelled us hi away the sin far away. Absolutely you go hit with baking chips. Why do I want piglets bacon tears, especially at 15? Okay, we’re done in sprouts.

We tried to film some things in there, but there was like somebody in every single aisle yeah. They were like demoing like Laura bars everywhere and we used to eat those. Are you still in love? Laura bars, pre keyed out. I didn’t think they were that tasty, but it was kind of like that was health, food yeah. So let’s go over what we got so I got some of this topo Chico topo chica. I don’t know buddy keeps talking about how like great it is, and so was on.

Sale was like $ 3 for the four bottles. It’s like, I guess a Mexican like mineral water like that, and this is a natural grapefruit flavor. It says twist of grapefruit. Unfortunately, like I don’t have a bottle opener with me: we need when I autumns bottle opener. Oh yeah. I don’t know why we carry one with us, we’ll have to try that later we’ve got go wrong: Organic black snacks yeah. So I did a little shot of this inside because I saw those coconut there’s pumpkin seed bars.

Yes, oh great again, I was like how does something have flax seed as the second ingredient and it has no fiber. Then you look at this something’s, not right and the flax seed. It says: there’s 5 grams of fiber, so something’s not right. So we got two flavors spicy psst pizza, I’m more thinking about trying to duplicate this than anything getting hot in the car because we’ve the air conditioning off next up.

I got some loose tea, oh yeah, because we used to go to what was that Teavana. All the time, and now they don’t yeah and I had bought Rachel like some nice teapots or anything like that. I’m going to turn the air conditioning on so it may get a little while with the wind, I’m sorry, but it’s I know, and I have a sweatshirt on because I’m freezing in the store and I’m boy so we’ll turn it up a little bit.

So we got some pepperoni. This is from natural originals, Dietz and Watson yeah. I want to make a pizza, so I was like. I definitely want some pepperoni and I didn’t look like the little dollar bag of garbage. From that doesn’t hurt my feelings. Then we got some Brazil nuts. They were five dollars off yet paint a pound, eight dollars a pound for Brazil nuts, so I bought like 3/4 of a pound. I’m just going to have to be careful because I can easily eat this entire bag.

In a sitting me too, and I think a quarter of a cup of Brazil nuts has like 250 calories. Something else that I could eat in one sitting would be this package of pastrami yeah, I’m in the mood for like a Rachel sandwich. Yeah like topples with some caraway seeds or something in there, and then you know like some of our sauerkraut with pastrami. Yes, I forgot Swiss cheese down. Well, there’s all these across the street, so without Swiss cheese.

All right so then we’ve got some bacon, jalapeno cowboy burgers yep. There was no deal. I just really liked them $ 5.99, a pounds. Then we got some uncured applewood smoked, bacon, yeah. Their bacon is really good. It wasn’t on sale of like $ 8 a pound, but it’s really good. I don’t know if it’s Lucky’s, good they’re, paleo bacon, is pretty yeah. I really like this stuff here we got like this was the deal of the day a lot of it had the asparagus was on sale, four pounds for $ 5, and this has burgers has been working out, but you had to buy four pounds, but one pound Was three dollars and 99 cents is buy one time for $ 3.

99 or buy four pounds for five dollars, so we will be eating asparagus for the next couple days. Yes, I see you complain, yeah, that’s because you look at the size of this asparagus like right. It out usually they’re like half the size of a pencil, and these things are like twice the size of a Sharpie magic marker. I know they’re like huge, so yeah we got don’t feel a little girly man that can have like a fight.

So that’s what we got at sprouts, we’re going to go home. I think, is that everyone well, we did get something else yeah. So we didn’t I’m not this catch, it’s not bad. I got it really for the kids, because there was a coupon for two dollars when it descends. It was $ 5.99 marked down to three dollars and 49 cents and they keep eating all of our good catch. I can’t complain but like they’re eating all my alternate sweets catch up, which is $ 9 or $ 10, a bottle and Anthony uses like a half a bottle on a burger yeah and every time I go to get ketchup, there’s no ketchup, no more for you! So this stuff, I thought it was interesting to the ingredients in this tomato puree, which is water tomato paste.

Then it has apple vegetable puree, which is carrot, butternut, squash and spinach, and then they have vinegar, salt, onion powder and allspice, so nothing bad. No so it’s 1 tablespoon as a serving size, 10 calories, 3, total carbohydrates, 2 grams of sugars, which is coming from the fruits and stuff. So it’s not bad, but I bought it because it was a dollar because you know mark 350, 50 coupons. So here you go Anthony I like that you can still coupon on keto yeah, so I’ll try it.

But then I got this little cup of sunshine. Basically, because I was like I like the title says: it promotes a good mood kind of like you. You are what you drink and then we got like a crap ton of eggs yeah we got eight dozen eggs, they were buy-one-get-one-free they’re medium-sized, which I was kind of bummed about that, but hey $ 5.99 for the large size or $ 4.99 buy one get one Free for the medium-sized going medium we’re going to go medium, and just when I need three eggs.

Only four and I had like such a save in that shopping cart. I actually went to go pick up. One of these and the whole thing turned over and dumped out and there was eggs all in the basket and not one of them broke nice nan scale victory. Well, we’re going to go home and cook cuz we haven’t eaten. We were like so nervous by doing a key to connect podcast like we get a chance to eat. Yes, it was all sweaty in like ya scared, but excited so tabatha really wants Roscoe’s catnip toy, even though Roscoe actually stole it from charity.

So I am NOT going to lie. That is a pretty beautiful sight right there. These cowboy burgers are so colorful yeah. It was time to get into Rachel here. Is your lunch it’s time to relax in bed? Yes, that is a cowboy burger, 302 piece. The three pieces of asparagus from sprouts and in a mutant piece of asparagus, a couple eggs, mayonnaise and some bacon and a healthy Rachel. This thing is awesome: it’s an experiment, I’m working on it! It’s work in progress.

It’s like pizza, pollo parts, Wow, crazy, good! I know you’re in bed, it’s like 8:30 at night. I don’t know if you’re interested after we’re done eating, but I can take out the frost. Look what I found in Publix wow. You can’t have it unless we get up and do a review article of it, but you’ll get an entire double serving of it. I mean well sorry about the multi day. What was supposed to be full day of eating that turned into two days of nonsense.

We had a good time with it, though we got to go to BJ’s, we’ve been playing around Wendy, monitor, we had beau as a visitor, yes and we did eat other stuff. We’ve been working on a pizza pull apart, so good, but we just wanted to eat it like a film on it. So I promise next week we’ll get back into our standard full day of eating vlog yeppers. 2018-01-28 Keto Meal Prep/Vlog

If you follow me on Instagram, which you should at read out on pedo you’ll, see that I went to midnight bingo last night I won, which is dope only hundred and fifty dollars. I had to split the pot, but that’s fine. It was a really fun time, but I also had my first unplanned cheat meal, so I knew there was going to be pizza and everything – and I was like: oh no, I’m not going to eat, I’m going to be fine, but as the night went on it Became clear that I was like nah, I’m doing this, I’m hanging with the crew and I’m going to enjoy it.

So that’s what I did. There was Pizza Hut. There was brownies, there was caramel corn, there were fries, I mean, and it was delicious, like you know, hashtag no regrets. The thing is. If you also read my weigh-ins once you should um, you know that I weigh in on the first of the month. So that means February 1st is coming up on Thursday, but I’ve been doing like quasi weigh-ins. You know for throughout the month and honestly, I’m still at the exact same weight like I’ve lost no weight whatsoever, which I mean coming off a 15 pound loss for December.

Like I get it, you know, I’m not too upset weight, loss is linear or weight loss is not linear, I’m still making great progress. So I was just like this. Cheat is not like it’s going to derail any other progress. I’ve made for January cuz. I haven’t made it, you know now it wasn’t ideal, but at the same time you know I’m not letting it faze me. It’s not throwing me off track, I’m right back on today.

I’m going to go really hard today, so Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, see if we can get anything off for Thursday, but I mean even the fact that I’ve been able to maintain this whole month like 178 pounds. That’s a miracle, so I am just super proud. So I’m just going to have to recalculate my macros, you know adjust do what you’re supposed to do when you hit a stall and keep it moving. Super tired right now, only guys about like 5 hours of sleep, but I’m up and at them.

I know I say this every week but like super simple meal, prep, I’m just going to do ground, beef and eggs and like I literally, have no idea what I’m going to do for my second meal. So hopefully, Meyer will give me some inspiration, but I’m headed to the gym right now got my pre-workout and going to get her done. Let’s go Jesus, be free, workout, say no: Oh, okay, it’s a little after 5:00 and I am done with meal prep and I killed it today.

So let’s take a look at what we got. First, we have the scrambled eggs and ground beef, never changing it. Then we just have that random pulled pork and that bacon and cheese fried rice that I’ve just made up off the top of my head, and that is so good. Next we got my trail mix, then we have the keto connect chocolates, like I said I put them into the mini mold, so they come out in like little tabs and they are so good they’re, like my new favorite thing ever in fact, I think I’m just Going to go ahead and eat this one quality control, it’s chocolate in it’s a little salty, it’s a melty! If cold, I love to keep them in the freezer.

Keto Meat Prep | What we eat on Keto | Shopping Vlog

If you’re new to our blog, welcome here on two crazy kilos, we do different things like product reviews. We do recipe articles, sometimes we vlog our days. We talk about various keto topics and then every Monday we sit down on the couch for keto on the couch.

We just got ta talk about. What’s going on in our lives for the week, you can find us in different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and we have a website which is too busy, keep us calm and that’s going to find all the different recipes. I just realized that today is the first time we’re able to vlog in the car, with it’s stationary not have to have the engine on the air-conditioner it feels so nice outside and even though I’m probably like over killing it. Here. With my sweater weather, we got ta get it while the getting’s good, it’s like 70 degrees outside so anywhere else in the country. You know they’re going. Seventy degrees is not sweater weather, it is shorts weather, but it’s what I got and I got to work with it.

So we are going to kind of do a hodgepodge vlog. Today we have a bunch of stuff to do it’s a Monday. I did all my work this morning. I’ve got a turkey in the smoker because we’re going to work on some recipes throughout the week on what to do with your leftover, turkey. What do you do with leftover? Turkey? That’s got a few different ideas. One of them is using my new cross and making like a turkey potpie.

Oh, I can’t wait for that, so that was one of them we’re doing a meal prep. I just did a bunch of ground beef and then, when I get home after we go to the store, we’re going to make some ground beef meal, perhaps okay, and what else we doing we’re going out to eat we’re going out for lunch. We’ve got a lot of food going on yeah turkey, ground beef and going out to eat and going out to eat, and then we’re also going to go to sprouts to get a couple things for our cell, because I noticed they have the horizon heavy whipping cream.

On sale for just $ 2.99, a pint and that’s like cheaper than the non-organic brand and dude, we can go through it, especially with our with Thanksgiving coming out. Yes, should we stock up on our heavy cream? So, let’s get to the store? Oh wait before we do look what came in the mail today in the mail today, I’m so excited about this so found out about this from vivj, and I immediately went ordering it.

This is super coffee, we’re not affiliated with them, but I love super coffee. I’m like living off of this stuff, both the super coffee and the super creamer and you’re. Like the super creamer, my super car, I really like the the creamer, the maple pumpkin one, I’m going to be so sorry to see you go yeah, just under two cases. Left then you’re then you’re in trouble. So this is super coffee. This is like going to the store and buying one of those little Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts one, something like that, but mint chocolate chip is like your groove.

Oh yeah, I’m excited about this. I know they do cost about $ 3 apiece, which I thought was really expensive until I saw that the Dunkin Donuts ones are like 2 dollars and 80 cents. All of these things are expensive and they, the Dunkin Donuts ones, have like 50 grams of sugar in them. So nutrition on this once is it a new flavor any calories in the entire bottle? We got a plane flying over us. I hope they’re going somewhere.

5 grams of total fat, 10 grams of protein, okay, 1 total carbohydrate, not net carbohydrate, total carbohydrate, mind the whole bar ratios. Here’s the ingredients – and this is what’s really nice about it. They don’t even put like a bunch of nasty sweeteners or anything. So you have organic Colombian coffee, whey, protein concentrate or coconut MCT oil, monkford, natural chocolate, flavors, natural peppermint, flavors, natural flavors, potassium phosphate, GLE and gum organic, green coffee caffeine.

So it’s not chocolate chip, it’s mint and measurement. It’s mint chocolate peppermint a white chocolate peppermint. Well, I wouldn’t take a sip for this, so as far as I know, the company’s not actually selling on their website, you have to find it in the store or, I believe down below. I found it on a website called Oasis snacks. Okay, I think I think the thing is, if you spend $ 40 or $ 50, they gets $ 40.

You get free shipping, I, but I think they also don’t ship for free to California for some reason and that OS a snack seems to have like the inside track on a lot of snack food. Again, it is not overly chocolaty, which is really which is good for me. It’s it’s like coffee drink with a hint of mint chocolate, just a hint of mint Wow, just enough yeah that big swig that is good and that coffee is good cuz.

I’m I’m a coffee, aficionado yeah, so I’m going to come in and weigh on on the coffee. Flavor, it’s good. The coffee flavors is really good. Yeah I’ll leave a link for always and snacks, which is the only place that I know that you can get it online again, not affiliated, but we really like these and they have a lot of coupons for that place too. You may have to hide some of those. I only have two cases: let’s go to the store, talker dudes we’re actually going out the together for once these menus are very well loved.

Well, it’s like a lunchbox place. Have you’ve never been here? If you guys don’t have a Tucker dunes near you, they have a lot of good burgers. We’ve actually had this burger like before Kate out. Judging from this much marks, a lot of people have tried it yeah. So this is what we’re going to get it’s like. The most keto burger on here at six lights, to make in sunny egg to slice through the American and the cheddar and Tucker sauce get it.

So I know that we are helping the environment with these paper straws, but the things that, like just dissolve in your mouth, while you’re drinking, not my favorite thing. It’s so take a look at what we got here. We both have the same exact thing so into 1/2 cup burner. It has 6 slices of bacon, it has cheddar cheese and American cheese. I mean American cheese, isn’t the greatest I actually forgot to.

Usually, I tell them to likes about each other American cheese and just to all cheddar who wasn’t thinking that we’ve got an egg on top, not Rachel’s favorite super runny, but overall the burger is amazing and I am ready to get started so clearly that was terrible. Yeah we were just a little hungry like that, took less than five minutes to finish that burger finish, so we went to pay and the bill was $ 10 cheaper than is supposed to be, that’s not bad.

So the girl said that, on Mondays, the Mondragon’s were only $ 10 and set up the team, but we have a $ 30 gift card. They have to use the entire thing, so we’re just going to get another one and take it home and split it. For dinner sounds delicious. Okay, we just got two sprouts, we’re going to run in and grab a couple of things that we have coupons for and some things that are on sale and I’m excited that we’re actually going to be shopping on a full stomach.

Yes, we’re not going to buy anything, we’re not supposed to be eating strategy, so we’re here at sprouts and we found this Chompy. So how do you guys keep asking us to review this, but I have to tell you I’m looking at this ingredient label and I’m not super comfortable with it. I mean yes, it is only 66 calories. 2 grams of fat 8 grams of protein 7 total carbs 5 grams of fiber, so it’s only 2 net carbs per slice, but I’m not really comfortable with looking at these ingredients.

You’ve got soy flour, vital wheat gluten wheat, starch, wheat, protein wheat flour and then soybean oil, cinnamon salt, cultured wheat, vinegar, yeast, raisins enzymes. I have really worked hard to get we out of my diet, so this is just a little bit too much wheat for me to consume even for just trying it for the blog. Now we don’t want to completely disappoint you guys, so we are going to pick up these and review these.

These are leg fins and they’re, expensive, they’re $ 5.99, but we are going to review these because I know a lot of people keep asking us about them and I’m comfortable with these ingredients. So take a look at the ingredients: egg white, whole egg, cauliflower powder, olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, spices, citric acid, we’re going to get these, try them out and then we’re going to see if we can duplicate them.

How do you know looking at Aikido? Grocery cart in sprouts, you have a ridiculous amount of heavy whipping cream and sausage and eggs. These eggs are on sale $ 2.99 a dozen. Only in this store, the heavy cream is three dollars, and the expiration date is the end of January. I think we’re going to go home and just fill our pool up with it yep then we got some bacon and these are on sale and there were two dollars: two four five.

So we’re going to get a whole bunch of them and stick them in the freezer, especially with the holidays. So you guys know how much I like the KY two super creamer, that is the pumpkin spice, but I’m going to try this one, because I have been drinking quite a bit of the Chi 2 and this is only 15 calories for two tablespoons. So I know it’s good not going to be as creamy, but we’re going to give it a shot.

So I’ve been meaning to try this stuff, I’m so excited they actually have it. This is Death. Wish coffee. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this stuff. It is like supposed to be the world’s strongest coffee on the back and even says it’s highly caffeinated, so we’re going to get this. It is a little expensive, but we never go out for coffee anyway. It’s $ 20 for this bag. Definitely a keto grocery haul.

Joyce meyer would be proud. I put my cart back so, as we have said in numerous articles, if you don’t like the weather in south florida, wait a minute it’s hot out now it’s 80 degrees. When we left the house when we left the house two hours ago, it was 70 degrees. It’s now 80 at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Here’s the worst part is the windows are all open in the house, and the air conditioner is off.

Oh no, we may be going home to a boiling room. The kids are home, though, so maybe they were smart enough to close the windows – Oh probably not doubtful, so I think everybody was looking at us like we were a little crazy. We spent a hundred and forty dollars in sprouts, which sounds like a lot, but I don’t think it’s a lot for sprouts no, and I think that we have enough begin to feed it army yeah.

So, in addition to what you saw at the very last minute, Rachel found they had their canned organic sprouts, brand pumpkin dollar. Here, dollar a can. That was like a dollar a can savings, so we bought 10 cans of it just number one for recipes number. Two to just have throughout the year, because sometimes it’s hard to find canned pumpkin down. Well, we’ve got Thanksgiving coming and I’m sure that mom is going to want a pumpkin pie yeah.

So, in addition to that, we bought six dozen eggs because the eggs were marked from $ 5.99 and dozen to $ 2.99 a dozen. This store only pasture-raised a lot of heavy cream a lot, but the expiration dates the end of January, and it was two dollars off a container and we go through a lot of heavy cream or knows we cook with a lot of heavy cream. We also bought a couple pounds of the sugar free bacon, and then we got that sausage, which is normally like five dollars for like one tube of it, was on sale two for five and it’s really good, because there’s like no chemicals or anything in it, we’re Going to make balls so I don’t think we have to go to the farmers market.

I got what I needed here: cuz we’re going to go home and make a shepherd’s pie as one of our meal prep for the week. So I needed cauliflower and some carrots and I just got the Nerds Browns. So we were going to stop at the store and look at a table. Maybe we can still stop real, quick, we’re not going to be here very long right. They have a lot of heavy cream in here. Well, maybe we should take that back home and then go back out.

Let’s do that, let’s do it. We got a table. Let’s go look at that and then we’ll go over what our meal prep is. So it was a busy day and, like you know, we went out to eat, we went food shopping, we were meal prepping and we decided after we went to like sprouts, let’s go and look for a table because we wanted something for our studio. This is like a really tall, it’s hard to tell with the article and like all the lights and everything, but it was this really cool bar table and it’s even got this cool bench.

Let me show the bench like: it’s got this really cool bench. Do you have pajama pants on now? That’s okay, so we needed a new table because, like we were dealing with like an old little dining room square table and so and we we have like tons of little folding tables to like put junk on. You know when we’re doing articles and for you to like teeter-totter your computer, computers are like piled on top of boxes, which were not sure when we’re live-streaming and stuff.

I guess we were really one of like a long table and we were going to build one like out of like an old door or something like that. Yeah we decide we have. This place was called rooms to go, but they have an outlet center and so Rachel’s like oh, I went with my mom the other day and we saw this table. I want you to see it. It was beautiful, it’s gorgeous, but nice and tall. The price was ridiculous: it was $ 300 for the base for the table and then the benches were $ 300 apiece and we’re like yeah.

We just can’t afford that yeah, even if we just got one bench that was going to be what $ 900 yeah. So what we decided we were going to do was I photographed everything, because I’m super handy and I own like every tool in the world when it comes to woodworking, several routers and how many routers. But we took like every photo from every angle and I’m like I’m going to go home and I’m going to build the table, I’m going to duplicate it with the exception of the iron bar.

That goes around the bottom to your feet, which I really wanted. But yeah, but I’m like I can build that table from a couple hundred bucks. Maybe yeah. You know maybe a little bit more, but it’s going to be some time consuming, but I knew I could do it and like then, we’ll just buy the bench because they had two benches. They had the one that we got, which was 300 and then they had another one that wasn’t as nice for 200.

More like we’ll just buy that bench and he was like if I could just keep the wood budget to 500 bucks. If I could just keep the table budget right at 500, right we’ll be good, we’ll be good as we’re leaving. I was like let’s just look at like they’re scratching, didn’t show room right, not really thinking that we’re going to find much and we were just. We were looking to see if they had any benches or barstools so that, instead of getting the bench, we could get like a couple of bar stools or something like that had we wanted something like table like bar, but we were in like making do right.

Um and there in the middle of the showroom, was our table right, not one like our table the table, the table, they won’t wanted, and I mean the only thing that is wrong with it and I’ll put a picture up right here was the corner of one Of the barstools has a tiny little tear in it but like I can fix that and give a leather repair kit and fix that, and I couldn’t believe my eyes. They were like the table is five hundred dollars, and that includes two benches and upgraded benches.

So I’m supposed to be like twelve hundred dollars for this whole nice table and everything and we paid 500 bucks. God is good, which I mean it is a lot of money like we have not bought furniture for ourselves in eight years, yeah B. Usually we good – and that was the Big Lots. Yeah like our old dining room table, came from Big Lots like when we got married, and I think that that was like a Christmas present from your mother yeah.

I think it was him, so a lot of our furniture is always like hand-me-down. I think it’s like the first, like new piece of furniture that we bought together, I think possibly because are done, are big. I built right, I’m holding our home master bedroom piece. I built it’s got a nice credenza in the back, what a storage unit the kids beds. I built our entertainment center I built so this has got to be really nice that you don’t have to try to find more time to build something yeah, that’s what I’m excited about because, like we have a lot going and it’s exactly one, so I mean God Really answers prayers, you’re right I mean this is exactly what we wanted and it was the price was, was something we could actually afford.

So yeah great guy – it’s not here, because we have all the lights on and have the air conditioner off. But what was really cool about and we’ll show you we’re going to go? Show you guys the meal prep that we different we can Anthony helped. I actually cuz. We were going back out to get this like. I had him make the shepherd’s pie. I had already brown at the ground, beef and I was like here’s. The cauliflower just make the shepherd’s pie follow the recipe from our website.

He likes cooking, he loves to cook. But what was really cool is again. We only needed one bench. Cameras on that side. We’re sitting on this side road. We need a second $ 300 bench for the bench matches the bar height in our kitchen, perfectly, which we’ve never had bar stools, that are the right had the wrong size, because the barstool we were using matched the table that we were using before for this, which Was like one of those like what does it called counter height yeah like a counter, is laughs that anytime, you were sitting right yeah.

You are always at the kid table because you always were like this little right trying to eat your food, so God just it was awesome home awesome. So look at this. Isn’t this cool look at how this thing perfectly matches the bar height for the kitchen? So you used to only have those two little bar stools. Now we can actually have three or four people even sit here if they’re, like kids or something so come sit down and we’ll sit on this side for once ignore our dirty kitchen, and this is the meal prep.

Look at this is our carb splurge for Thanksgiving. You look like a pumpkin, it’s a kabocha squash. Oh my gracious. We have been looking for this forever. It’s not like zero carb, but it’s not ridiculous, but I’m going to try it and we’re going to have that for Thanksgiving. It looks like it thinks it’s an avocado, yeah, okay, so here’s what we got! First of all, we have a turkey finishing up in the oven.

I had it on the smoker and then I’m just finishing up in there, because I turn the smoker off, because I was out of pellets, so we have over here the taco pie, which is a fan. Favorite fan favorite. This is a shepherd’s pie, sort of using ground beef. We didn’t use ground lamb because we bought five pounds of our six times around beef at Costco, and then we have everybody’s favorite, cheeseburger casserole casserole and we just grabbed some a bag of the Costco bacon bits that are already cooked for this one.

Only because we had the bacon, we bought the bacon at sprouts, but since we were running around buying a table and everything else tract, I didn’t feel like baking anything so that is our meal preps. We have these three things. Each one of these has eight servings. Then we have an entire turkey. It was like a 16 pound turkey that we got at Walmart for $ 8.00. It was like and it wasn’t even a bad brand.

I don’t remember, was it butterball, it was and that’s the thing with the turkey like the value is awesome. When you touch them on sale, they were selling it for 50 cents, a pound or like how do we know we bought two of them and like we’re? Not even making one for Thanksgiving we’re just like we want some turkey now is the time of year to get it, and it’s going to stretch so far I mean in the past.

We used to go to all these like the day after Thanksgiving when they clear them all out and there’s taken like eight dollars off and you pay like five dollars. A turkey we’d buy six or seven yeah and stick them in the freezer, because a lot of people don’t know like we learn that from because we knew people that worked in the warehouses, yeah and those turkeys are in the freezer. At the like grocery store warehouses.

For two or three years anyway, I couldn’t believe that but yeah, it’s true, so keep it frozen. It’s been frozen, yeah. So for the rest of my mail, you saw what we ate for lunch. You ate some breakfast right. I paid a couple of eggs, so you had some eggs and stuff and then right before we left. I had four leftover wings from Saturday when we had those wings stopped, because I didn’t eat all my wings and then I’m going to finish off.

I’ve got about 3/4 of a pound of ground beef. If you can see there, I’ve got two tablespoons of the Rao’s tomato tomato sauce on here uh-huh. Then I’ve got two tablespoons of ricotta cheese because I had some left over from making our recipes and stuff way down. Then I’m going to eat some keto brick. This is a cookies and cream one and your coffees over there and I do coffee. You know it’s not a o’clock at night, where I’m coffee is this: the new County at the firm’s yeah, that’s and then I’m having a cup of coffee with one serving three tablespoons of the tie to the cream, one, the sweet cream.

So this is really good. It’s nowhere near as creamy, obviously as the the Chi maple pumpkin, one yeah, but it’s not as many calories, either 15 calories. What is it one serving two serving this two tablespoons? It’s one carb yeah. It was one color yeah, so you know not quite as good, but it’s another thing. If you were going to have multiple cups of coffee like rachel is per day, we figured we try it.

It was the same price, so I think you actually got it on sales. Just five bucks. I probably usually lean more towards the Chi, especially if you can get it on sale, so I did want to mention real quick before we close this vlog out. We keep talking about the Oasis snacks, which is where I’ve been getting the super coffee from, because sometimes it’s cheaper than buying it directly from Chi, which is really weird and they’ve had all of the new flavors.

While right, we were getting ready to close this out. I know it’s not quite as interesting as some of our other gloves, but it’s just been a hectic day, so I think we’ve gotten a lot accomplished because we don’t have to do any cooking for the rest of the week.

You know maybe a little bit of vegetables and some eggs or something like that, but the main meal for the boys are done. It’s just nice to know it’s over yep and we can do some filming. We have some product reviews to do. We’ve got some recipe. Articles we’re going to do this week and we got ta get ready for Thanksgiving. I know I’m so excited well. What we eat on Keto | Keto shopping at Sams Club

So it is January 2nd number two and we are on day two of our 30 days or 31 days, actually of Quito, ciao and Quito. Brick. Only now we’re doing this actually not as a challenge. It’s actually a fast for us. We do a fast forgot. Every single January, so this year we decided no food, just quito Chow in Quito Bronx, so we need butter yeah. We made a bunch of Quito Chows to get us started, but I’m out of butter, so we’re going to head to Sam’s Club because I don’t think we’ve ever done a Sam’s Club haul, no or key doubt because in addition in eating butter, we still have to Get some food to do some meal prep for the boys, and I think the easiest thing is to buy a bunch of sleeves of burgers and cook them ahead of time.

Heck. Yes, and this way they could just kind of grab them out of the you know refrigerator whenever they want grabbing it. Speaking of the refrigerator, I actually cleaned and rearranged our refrigerator. What, in anticipation for having to have a whole bunch of keto Chows made up? Usually, it’s really scary in there, it’s really scary and loaded with a bunch of stuff. I found a lot of stuff that I just tossed like.

Why do we have condiments that are like 5 years old? Let’s take a look at their fridge. Ok, so take a look at that we have taken over the inside fridge how much less scary than usual. So all the condiments are over here and pretty much. Every condiment in our house is keto friendly, with the exception of Anthony’s, barbecue, sauce and Anthony’s. Maybe cereal and he’ll never use so, but this is Anthony’s favorite ketchup and this is absolutely cute.

Oh we’ve been getting that at sprouts, but he’s got his heavy cream. We’ve got some waters and lots of keto Chows and then down there. We have a keto chili. The kids are eating and those are our leftover wings from New Year’s Eve that we can’t eat but they’re going to enjoy now here’s what we did with the keto child, because Rachel and I are on two different sets of calories. All of them are the same.

Every one of them is made with three and a half tablespoons of butter, and then what I’m going to do is when I need to drink one, I’m just going to grab it melt down another tablespoon or two tablespoons of butter and add it in this way. We don’t have to worry about which one is Rachel’s and which one is mine. Well, the chocolate talk is Rachel’s. Well, that’s the other thing I did not label them, so it’s kind of like grab one and guess what you’re drinking hope is not like chicken.

When I’m expecting chocolate, there are some chicken ones in there. One of the things about coming over here, I forget, is that there are all of these fast-food restaurants in this complex, like there’s a taco boat here and there’s all way of Tropic all over here, and it just makes me realize like. When is the last time we went in to talk about we used to like live in Taco Bell, I remember one New Year’s Eve.

We ordered the entire menu. That’s right. I remember that actually said. Let’s just order the whole man we ate the entire menu. That was pretty bad few years glad you didn’t do that we used to like live and Taco Bell, and I can’t even think of the last time we had that kind of stuff. Well, it was cheap. We were in our minds, feeding a family of five, but it was garbage and as soon as they aged 15 minutes later they were hungry again yeah and now there are some key dough options at Taco Bell.

But to me like Mexican food means tortillas. It means enchiladas and all of that stuff is obviously no good. You got a stitch like the salads, the fajitas stuff, like that. Well, I like wrapping taco meat inside of the cheese wraps. Yes, what will you see as soon as you walk in? It’s definitely the first of the year, because it’s all meal replacement look at that protein shake slimfast, keto premiere protein in sure acting quest bar and keto hydrate.

What is this? Look at that 12-pack, zero, sugars per bottle, BHB salts away? Second, so it’s got bh bees in it; where’s the ingredients in this filtered natural spring water, citric acid, malic, acid, natural flavor, BHB salts Wow, at least $ 20.00. It’s three total carbs per bottle. It’s a really cool thing: good cook! It’s a 120 piece meal. Prep set $ 25 $ 25. Look at all that stuff. You get you get these different bowls, divided ones, three divided two divided single ones and then the round plates.

That is a great deal if you’re getting stove on keto and you want to start like meal prepping and making sure everything is ahead. 60. You know 60 containers, 60 lids reusable up to 10 times. Maybe this they’re, even selling toilets in Sam’s Club, now look wait till it’s something we don’t have to buy anymore. You don’t know more fabric, softener balls, lots of balls, so this is meal prep container I like, because my kids cannot always be trusted to bring it home, so I don’t want to buy expensive meal prep where and then never see it again.

So this is some disposable ones. Just nine dollars for 25 pack cannot stand plastic silver, with the exception of a really heavy-duty spoon like that. Those I like Chipotle, has the best disposable spoon on earth. So this is something that’s needs by the kids really like spaghetti. Noodles but we don’t buy spaghetti noodles, traditional spaghetti, noodles anymore and keep them in the house, but these are just nice grabbing the zucchini and yellow squash spiral.

The ingredients are only zucchini and yellow squash total carbs 3 grams dietary fiber 1 gram. Let’s get some of those because, even though we’re not eating we’re still not buying or preparing non keto food, look what we found it structurally! Oh and it’s on sale, look at chef, Jimmy gourmet butter, pick 3 and save you get three of them for $ 20. One of these things are not like the other ones. Obviously we’re not going to be eating honey butter, another one, this strawberry, honey butter, love that one we can have that one look at this one.

This one is actually really really good. Okay, so we’re going to give them some burgers we’re going to get a bag of these sirloin beef patties. These are 85 1516 dollars, so it’s less than a dollar a burger and then Chris from Kyoto Chow said these things are really good, especially when you put them on the smoker. So you get 15 burgers with the cheddar and bacon and it’s 16 bucks. So we’re going to get these chicken vests it’s $ 19 for 10 pounds of the Tyson chicken bus, but since they’re on sale we’re going to get these they’re like antibiotic free chicken breasts they’re $ 3.

50 off. So it’s twelve point: eight for five pounds a little bit more money, but they’re, no antibiotics ever and they’re individually wraps that’ll be really good for them Rachel’s. In luck, they have Scott toilet paper. Here you go. You can wipe your butt again. Here’s what we came for butter, it’s a little bit more money than BJ’s or Costco. Actually, it’s like a dollar more, but we’re here. So we’re going to get we’re going to need a lot.

So let’s get the wheat packages, that’s a lot of butter! So here’s where you want to be a little bit leery of convenience products, so these are chicken fajitas. It’s like it’s just the meat. But if you take a look at the ingredient, there’s boneless skinless chicken, breast with rib meat, water, but then there’s also potato starch. Yeah and dextrose, so it’s just chicken fajitas, but it’s three carbs per serving and there’s 11 servings in this bag.

So he says: there’s only three ounces who’s only eating three ounces of chicken. I just recently bought these in all these and it is a lot cheaper, but these parce some awesome pickles. If you want something on the go, so here’s some convenience chicken I can get behind. It is a little pricey at $ 10, but they’re already cooked six. Fully cooked chicken breasts and look at the ingredients, just boneless skinless chicken breasts water, and then it contains 2 % or less of the following vinegar, salt and natural flavors.

So Wow take a look at this. This is four pounds of bacon $ 19, which actually is a really good price. However, we paid $ 25 to make nine pounds of bacon, and ours doesn’t have sugar in it. Look Rachel, it’s a single serving for blue cheese for us. Sam’s Club has stepped up their game with the lunch meat. Take a look at all of this. I think we’re actually going to get some of this turkey breast and we’re going to make a keto lasagna.

That’s actually a really good price for like non grass-fed grass-finished, but two dollars and 30 cents a pound and it’s 80 percent. Usually you see that kind of price, and it’s for the 75 25. Oh here we go Rachel. Take a look at this. Do you know that is not something I went. Oh, it’s a beef toss. It’s a tongue, they have beef tongue, they have tripe, they have ox tails. This is awesome. I would just like to say thank you, God with her fast Rachel.

While they have Waterloo and that’s actually a really good price – seven dollars in eighty eight cents for twenty four cans. So that’s like what three fifty a 12-pack a little bit more than that, but you have to drink strawberry yeah! I’m not a big fan of strawberry sparkling water, but they also have this. This is a new one. Maybe we should try this one twelve. Ninety eight for a 15 pack for 16 ounces a little bit expensive, but they have watermelon blackberry and pineapple its water infused with fruit essence and the ingredients are purified water and natural flavors and there’s nothing in it.

So the only thing is: that’s not sparkling water. It’s regular water. They also have lots of other sparkling waters. They got Stan Pellegrino. They got bubbly another one, though look at this you’re going to have to deal with the raspberry which not a big fan of the raspberry 788. They have Lacroix. So they’ve got a good collection here. Bing look at this. None of the other wholesale clubs have this.

They have bang and it’s actually two out of my three or four flavors and two of them are my favorite. I love sour heads. I love the blue Roz. The cherry limeade is really good too: the Purple Haze, I’ve, never I’ve actually tried and that’s a great price 3398 for 24 cans. It’s a dollar forty to a can churros heard of a heart healthy breakfast! So take a look at this, so you have this version, which is the members mark, and this is you know, obviously the sam’s club brand of peanut butter, eight total carbohydrates, two grams of dietary fiber, and I believe that this one has sugar in it.

Doesn’t yeah? Look at that roasted peanuts, sugar, palm oil and sea salt, but then you’ve got Smuckers natural, peanut butter, 190, calories, seven, total carbohydrates, three grams of dietary fiber, two grams of sugars, which is just coming from the peanuts. But the ingredients are just peanuts and salt. What are you looking at? What we used to feed our children all the time, Chef Boyardee, look at these look at the little ingredients.

I have totally given this to my children. Modified corn starch soybean oil, dehydrated onion, caramel, color, high-fructose corn syrup Wow. That list is ridiculous: 33 carbohydrates in one cup and our kids used to eat like five cups in a sentence maybe spam, they got some spam over there, I loved it in the ingredients. It says mechanically separated chicken, it’s almost like they want to emphasize like this hurts it hurts it chicken to make this well.

This is pretty good look at this. They have Buffalo Wild Wings, they have the sauces, they have the parmesan, garlic and the honey barbecue. Unfortunately, we can’t eat the honey barbecue because it is 17 total carbohydrates in a serving, but you can have the parmesan garlic on keto. It’s only three total carbs in a two tablespoon serving look. How much because blueprint is so much better. They can’t keep it in stock once you upgrade, though we used to actually buy this stuff and eat big giant cans of this nacho cheese sauce right now, this is nacho cheese.

I can’t even believe it take a look at the list of ingredients. This is obviously before we ever looked in ingredients. Look at that list of ingredients for cheese wow. This is so disappointing. I saw this. I was like avocado ranch. Yes right, right, look! Look water, soybean oil. Obviously this is not a hava kado ranch dressing. I don’t even need to look at the recipe ingredients, I’m not buying it when the second ingredient is soybean oil.

This is something we like to have in the house just for, like emergencies, when you’re making a quick recipe that needs some crumbled up, bacon bacon emergency, but we don’t buy it a lot because it is expensive at $ 10 for this 20 ounce bag – and it’s Simple to make your own, but it’s not a bad thing to just keep in your house for, like that occasional point where you need something quick. While this is awesome, sam’s club is carrying organic spices.

They have organic garlic, organic ginger, organic onion, ground pepper. They have cumin cinnamon. This is really really good. So this is a really good price on avocado oil. It’s this blue D re, and this is cold-pressed at its $ 7.99 for a liter, that’s actually a really good price. So unfortunately they have a big beef. Jerky selection, but the only one, that’s any good. Is this Dukes? The good news is there’s three bags inside of here for just 870 once it’s on clearance.

That is really good. I’m seeing something else over here, though, I think we need to get these to make our own look at that pickled egg frightening. I still want to try to make them how’s the pickled sausage. What’s the ingredients in pickled sausage, mechanically separated chicken, pork, pork parts, water, soy, protein, concentrate salt, flavorings, sodium phosphate, sodium are with rob a paprika and sodium nitrate.

There’s only one carb, but I’m seriously afraid this used to be one of my James. I never lies there. Rachel there’s something that you won’t eat. Even if you weren’t Kido, I worked in a day care center and we ate so many goldfish crackers. I can’t eat them anymore, even the smell of them. That’s really good! 16:48 for his book. We got a bunch of burgers for the boys, we got the chicken to make it super easy, so nobody has to do a whole bunch of cooking toilet paper.

We got toilet paper, so we can wipe our butts again but as we were checking out, I never noticed this before. I don’t know if you can see this, but I saw my picture on my Sam’s Club card. I will put a copy of it up. There. Take a look at that. Oh, my goodness, look how fat I was when I got this membership card. It’s like Santa wow. I was fast, so we got home from Sam’s Club yesterday, after a very respectable hall, I think yeah.

I think we have a good Hall they’re, starting this stuff up their game a little bit when it comes to the keto game. We haven’t visited sam’s club and quite some time, and I think that in 2020 we may be frequenting there, a little bit more. At least yeah, they definitely are not as good as Costco, but it’s starting to come up a little bit, especially considering Rachel found out that they sell free punch, only zip vests okay.

So that made me super happy and they’re right next to a whole thing: yeah, because we only go to that area when I have to get a whole food. So, at least maybe if we go to Whole Foods, will kind of just go right next door and run into Sam’s Club there’s also a mall there. Yes, so we got home from Sam’s Club and then we decided the last minute Rachel had some shipping today shipping and we decided hey.

Let’s do a live stream which I’m so glad we did, because I missed everybody yeah. That was a lot of fun, but in the midst of all that we forgot to wrap up this vlog, so you know Friday we’re actually getting ready to go to a wedding, I’m not wearing this wearing a dress for some friends of ours. So we’re going to head to the wedding, but we wanted to wrap up this vlog you’re, not wearing that. No, I’m not wearing this, although this is a cool shirt that I got from readiness, let the hunger games begin and it’s basically a shirt for fasting for a 72 hours, fast Wow I’ll be doing a 72 hours fast.

They are doing one this month and I may do that in the midst of ya know our keto chow only challenged. I like it so for dinner. Yesterday, like when we got home, I ended up having a raspberry cheesecake, keto Chou um, and I had 50 % of a cinnamon crunch, ki Tobruk. That was what I ate yesterday. Well, I had chocolate mint delicious. I love that. I don’t have to wait from a shamrock shake until March.

You can have it right now. We need to make some work. You know jobs, though, because when you’re doing 3 a day you go through them very quickly, so I’m having like 15 of them made up is not lasting, very long yeah because we’re not going through three day we’re going through six right by day. I didn’t want to say got these. This was actually when I had so we showed it on our live stream, but if you didn’t see our live stream, these are red and salt bricks, and these are really really helping me not eat.

So whenever I feel like eating or just get the urge to have something in my mouth, you just kind of lick on it, I can tell you what they’re addictive they are really really addictive. Now I have one in a little baggie in my purse and I love it that thing’s going with me everywhere and when you first put it in your mouth, it’s a little sweet and then you hit the saltiness. But it kind of weird like as soon as it hits your tongue, it’s like sweetness and then some saltiness.

Well, when you don’t have contaminated, you know: ancient sea, salt right, it’s delicious yeah, you know, and just they last a long time. So just you know this little brick that I’ve got here. I’ve been working on this one for over two weeks, Wow, so they last a long time, but redmond finally has released him so that you guys can get them as well, and this is what it comes. Like it’s a big bag, I don’t even know how much this bag weighs, but it’s pretty heavy.

Oh it’s right! On the front. It’s 26 ounces of salt. You can take a little hammer like I did, and just chip off one you don’t have to like carry around this giant thing like I like having this thing, because I don’t know just fits in your hand well, but they’re, all different sizes, like here’s one in This bag – this is a bag. Here’s one here have mine concealed in my purse. There’s a big giant one like this, so it literally just big pieces.

Look at this one, just big pieces of salt. I actually think they’re beautiful if you’re somebody that enjoys looking at like quartz yeah, it’s gorgeous right and it’s kind of cool. When you look at this one and look at the one that I’m not licking on. So you look at all the minerals and stuff, and that’s not amazing – and we learned something recently from Chris from Peter Chao – is that if you’re using pink salt, if you want to know if it’s real pink salt that you’re really using a good mineral salt, put It in water and if, when it dissolves, if there’s no stuff in the bottom, like pieces of sand and grit and that kind of stuff – and it was a faker and it’s a fake, so it’s a real mineral salt.

Are you telling me that my TJ Maxx and Dress for Less pink Himalayan salt, maybe like lying to me, possibly it’s possible, I’m not going to say that for sure, but it’s possible we’re doing a scientific study. 2018-01-21 Keto Meal Prep/Vlog

That’s not pink! For once. I have a really simple meal. Prep it’s going to look similar to last week, but I really enjoyed what I had last week. So if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I will catch you guys along the way off to the gym y’all. It is 1 o’clock, I’m just now getting home from the gym in the grocery store, and I am annoyed at life all because of these things like I needed some more low-carb, tortillas and so mired and have the brand.

I was looking for the mission that normally has three grams of net carbs, so I went to buyer and they didn’t have them oh into Walmart and then finally, I had to go to Kroger and I don’t know if they changed the formula or whatever. But now they’re 4 grams of net carbs and we used to call it a 10 pack. Now they only come in an APEC. This was $ 5. I am so annoyed right now, but I needed these I’m going to have to reevaluate my use of tortillas.

From now on, because I am over it, but I’m just about to eat something and read TV and try to relax, and then I got a short milk wrap today. First up we have bacon, I’m not going to lie. I still don’t feel like. I have the art of making bacon down so this week I tried it in the oven and I’m going to say that it’s probably my favorite way to make it from now on. So there we have it next, as usual, scrambled eggs.

I make these with a tbsp of ghee, so it’s a dozen eggs with some ghee in the pan, and I found that I like making them low and slow it takes longer, but it really makes them creamy and delicious and that’s the way I prefer them now. This is the spice mixture that I use for my meat. It is a teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, a teaspoon and a half of salt and two teaspoons of chili powder, and I also throw some red pepper flake in there as well, because I can never have it spicy enough.

So I just grind up my beef this week the cheese of choice is mozzarella, so I found that I like to buy it and grade it myself and next up. We have jalapenos so here on building my Pete Cydia, so it’s a quesadilla but with pizza. So I start with the tomato sauce half of the cheese, a serving of pepperoni. Next we have that jalapeno, my favorite pizza of all time is pepperoni bacon. There you go in jalapeno, so I decided to replicate that on a tortilla next, the remaining pizza sauce and the rest of the cheese, and then I pop it into the oven and hope it turns out: hey guys, it’s 4:30 and for some reason I am just Like mentally and physically exhausted, not my best work today, I will tell you um for breakfast, just scrambled eggs and ground beef.

I really liked that last week for lunch, I made pizza DS I’ll. Let you guys know how those work – it’s basically a quesadilla, but with my pizza filling, so I’m actually really excited about that, even though you might not be able to tell right now. I haven’t even worked on the desserts yet but like I have to take a break like I don’t know what’s going on, but I just can’t be in the kitchen anymore: I’m going to be making the keto Connect, peanut butter or ice cream, Snickers fat bomb and Just the peanut butter and just the chocolates that I made last week so the keto Connect chocolate bar both really good, and I made you that today I may do that tomorrow morning, like unless I get a second wind or something I’m done.

I might just like crawl into bed. I have no idea what’s going on. I really think this, like tortilla gate 2018, like really put a damper on my spirit, so I’m going to try to get a second wind, but regardless I just want to let you know that I finished most of the meal prep, so thankfully I did get that. Second, wind, so I was able to move on to the keto Connect chocolate bar. I am chopping up the dark chocolate, as well as the cacao butter and then adding the coconut oil once that comes out of their microwave.

I hit it with a little bit of sea salt and a splash of vanilla, give that a good stir to make sure that all the fat mixes with the coconut oil. Next, I hit it with a tablespoon of swerve and I like to pour this in slowly, because, if not, it will all clump in the bottom of the cup. So now I’m putting just about a teaspoon in each of the 24 mini muffin tins. While that’s in the freezer, I moved on to the ice cream, Snickers fat bombs by Aikido Connect.

The first layer is peanut butter, protein powder and I use water and stevia. I put that in the freezer and moved on to the next layer, which is peanut butter. Butter and sugar-free syrup that next layer, after it comes out of the microwave, looks really caramely and you’re supposed to wait until the first layer hardens. But I was tired and over it and I decided to just clump it in with the first layer still not being set all the way, but it actually turned out pretty good.

Next, I take a handful of peanuts and just put a couple in each fat bomb to give it some extra crunch not going to lie. I ate the rest of the peanuts, in my hand, put it back in the freezer, and the third layer is two tablespoons of butter and two ounces, or one ounce of dark chocolate. After that comes out of the microwave I hit it with about 20 drops of stevia. I, like it, spicy and I like it, sweet finally spooning that on as the third layer after they come out of the freezer, as you can tell I’m not even making sure that the bottom is completely covered.

I am just trying to get done and the second wind she did find. I sat down for a little bit now. I feel a lot better. As you can see, I knocked out the key to connect chocolates. I’ve made them into like little chocolate tabs using my mini muffin, silicone, mold and they’re amazing, and that’s probably my favorite way to make them from now on. Also, you saw, I got really lazy with the peanut butter or the Snickers fat bombs um.

The good thing is, even though they look horrible they’re going to taste good. So that’s all that matters, but I am really done now and I’m just going to sit down and relax. Thank you for reading. What’s up family, I’m ray and I’m Joe, and we are two crazy kids. If you’re new, to our blog, welcome here onto crazy heroes, we do different things like product reviews. Every single time we upload a new article, you’ll be alerted to yeah. So it’s Wednesday we took the day off because I actually had to leave early morning prayer this morning dude. So you were out early yeah. I’ve been up since 5:00 a.M. Wow and I was going to vlog when I first woke up and I’m like yeah. That’s not happening so it’s now like 9:30, but we’re going to vlog anyway. We’re going we’re doing this.

I actually slept in later than normal this morning, because it’s Wednesday and Monday, my mom had cataract surgery on one of her eyes and we had to be like at the doctor’s appointment like really early, and then we had to follow up on Tuesday. Again, we had to get up like really early. So today I was like I pushed that snooze button like 50 times. What is the point of the snooze button? You don’t know it gives you like that false little sense of like reward reward.

I don’t get the snooze button at all to me. It’s the most annoying thing in the world. It goes off at five o’clock. You hit the snooze button at 5:05. It goes off again by the time you finally fall back asleep. That stupid thing is going off again, it’s it’s just a procrastination like adrenaline rush that you’re like okay, I’m getting away with something I’m getting away with something you’re really not because then you wind up having to like race for the rest of your day.

They just opened up a sprouts near us finally, and we had 45 minutes away, so it opened up like the week before the threat of the hurricane yeah, so we’re going to head over there now. Are you super proud of me because my mom visited this? Like a couple of weeks ago – and I didn’t go with her – I was like I’m saving myself for Joe well.

I did look online and saw that there were a couple of things on sale. So I’m glad that you waited to go with me good yeah. All right, let’s do this so Johnson, it uh we made it to sprouts and even though wear my jacket cuz, I know it’s going to be cold in the grocery store, I’m wearing my two crazy Keenan shirt and I’m actually going to be cold. I know somewhere in my sweatshirt, and I am like really pleased with the quality yeah.

These came from Amazon and it is a super good quality. I’m like really really happy with the part they’re not like itchy and weird, and the neck isn’t like choking me like all good things yeah, because before we even like put them up like on to Amazon, to actually sell which we order them for ourselves. So, like. Oh, let’s make sure that it’s good qualities going to be wonky, but no they’re good and they seem to be like true to size, yeah so yeah.

I think you’re wearing this all and it’s the ladies small and then this is the large yeah. So we’re going to head in the sprouts I’m going to drink a little bit more of my bank, I’m like addicted to these things like this is like not a good thing. We avoided them for a long time because people had said that, like once you bring them into your life, you won’t be able to function without them and like yeah yeah I mean there’s, the ingredients are okay.

They’re, not the soup, we’re cleanest, but they’re, not bad. I mean it is sweetened with slick erosive. You don’t like sucrose, you might not want to use them, but also and remember a lot of I see online. All the time people are talking about sucrose label. Sucrose is Splenda. No, it’s it’s not it’s. Splenda has suckler in it, but it also has a bunch of other stuff. I honestly don’t drink them that much just because they’re super sweet, they’re super sweet like almost overly sweet.

You drink one every couple days and the only reason I’m drinking them is because a few weeks ago they GNC had that they were selling them for a dollar a dollar. So we literally like we’re like 8 GS within like three miles of our house. We literally – and it was a limit of like four or something that are six. They have a limit yeah, so we, like literally all of us, were going into every GMC and getting the limit for the day.

So we ended up with, like I don’t like 40 of them. Oh my gracious, but you know yeah. Now I think once they’re gone, I don’t plan on like loading up on them. Honestly, I think, as far as like an energy drink goes, I like the stevia energy, drink or Z via this w bran energy drink, and actually the only place that we’ve ever been able to find them in a store front have been sprouts. Yes route tell them.

We usually get them from Amazon and have them dropship to the house, but I’m hoping that sprouts hasn’t, but maybe they have a different flavor or something yeah. I like the zvo ones. These actually give me too much energy, sometimes yeah, like you’re, like oh, my gosh. What am I going to do? There’s so much ladies, give you the perfect amount of energy. They have done a lot of funny articles about like people punching trees, and I mean just being an idiot like just a jokey one like Caleb was showing me.

One was like bang and like makes me act like a crazy person. So let’s go in we’re going to see, I don’t think I’ll, be able to film in sprouts we’ll see if we can kind of sneak stuff, but it will at least show you what we get when we come out. Yes and then now we’re going to go hit, you want hit dollar treaty we’re going to hit all these, then we’re going to home and film some articles and we’ll show you what guy we’re going to eat for lunch later today. So they have the Petersons brand stuff: we’ve got Peterson’s hot dogs, Peterson’s bacon and Peterson’s sausage.

Patties love it. This is actually a really good price on this premium crab. It’s like grill crabmeat, the claw meat, and it’s only ten dollars talking about doing a article on these fake meat point things they have the beyond me and they have the sausages. They have light light and the light light which I think is really expensive. But at six dollars I don’t know, I think we should try it. You want to do a article on fake meat Rachel.

This is some of the best coffee creamer. There is, and it’s on sale for 49 – probably the safest way for me to bind that zero $ 0.99 like single, serve things. I think we’re getting a little far now, if you can come up with a chocolate D spread Joe, that could have way less carbs than this, because this has 10 carbs for a tablespoon.

This is our second favorite and butter, and it’s on sale for $ 1 off of time, so we’re going to get something while we’re on and I think we’re going to try there geek. I started to get like really scared, because, like look over here, it was like 849 on sale. I was like is that a dozen? But now we have a that’s an incredible deal 399 for the happy egg company way to achieve it.

The awesome, but we have 12 dozen eggs in our refrigerator right now. I don’t think we need any eggs. What is this one? The farmer’s hen house that looks cute is this true lime, true orange they’re, coming out with seasoning blends lime, garlic and cilantro or orange ginger, get that orange ginger. It comes out hey. We know these guys. They go together like awesome and awesome. They even have the LA cantos chocolate chips.

Yes abou, those you’re interested, I know on the website. They only sell them in like packages of eight or ten you can buy in here now $ 9. It is so nice to start seeing more and more keto products in the stores drop enough, BOM calm. I do think it’s cheaper on the website, though, and we have the a coupon code. It’s too crazy, Cheetos they’re, coming out with, like a coating mix almost like reminds me of like shake and bake.

So they have this one they’re suggesting goes with like coconut shrimp. They have a recipe on the back. This one is if you’re wanting to make pork chops she’s basically shaken though, and this one is for avocado fries. What’s the ingredients almond meal, flaxseed, paleo powder, herbed, salt, free, all-purpose, seasoning, nothing, bad! I think we should try one of these. What is it 3? Total carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber on this one: let’s try this one, because it will do this.

One is 3 and 2. I bet you could do a chicken with this also so excited because cauliflower tortilla was and then I turned it over and a serving size. There’s 22 net carbs in a serving size like I could eat this entire package. But, like ya know, oh my goodness, I know we don’t need any TV. I have a wall of ZD abut. Look at this, so the six packs are on sale for 399, but the 10 packs are on sale for 3 and refine sic├ín.

The best price I’ve ever gotten is 60 cent suggest what see all those 10 packs I’m buying every one of them right now. Vivia wall, so probably joe, is going a little crazy, but this is the best deal on TV we’ve ever seen. We actually even gave a 12-pack to another lady because she was like. Can I have just one so Sacha Inchi is something that you see in a lot of products and it’s got some great macro, so you’re, looking at 13 grams of fat, 9 grams of protein there’s five total carbs and five fiber.

So this is fantastic they’re! Actually, really delicious, but they’re kind of expensive. It’s $ 24 for this jar, which honestly isn’t terrible. I mean, if you buy macadamia nuts you’re going to you know, spend that much. I would get them, but I don’t feel like spending $ 25 right now and as I’m spending all that money on vivia right, the same thing for Mocambo beans. Look at this. It is ten fat. Six protein you’ve got 12 grams of carbohydrates, but nine Dara, Terry dietary fiber and the serving size is 12 of these giant beans, and it’s actually got some great serotonin compounds.

Omega-9 fatty acids, it’s the 30 % fiber. I hope we don’t run out of zviad Joe. They were looking at us a little crazy buying all that dvi-i look at his crazy. However, the deal was so good and it was either what ten, ten four three, ninety three, ninety nine or you could have six for 399, and I was reading people pick up. The six-pack it happened all of the time when I worked at Party City, though they they have a standing deal that you would get like.

If you buy one thing of cups, you got another package for free and all of the time people would be like. I don’t want the free one. I don’t want the second one cuz, I don’t know where I’m going to store it, and it’s like how about like, given to somebody. I don’t know where we’re going to store all the vivia. But how do you think I went down, but I felt bad so, as I’m loading up literally every 12-pack, they have there.

We were shelf coloring. This lady comes up and she’s like. Are you buying them all and on my wall? Oh yeah, I’m like what flavor do you want? She was like just one root beer. I’m like okay! Here you go. I felt bad that that is my favorite, but we don’t want somebody going without well. She was the only smart one that I saw actually buying the 10 pack. She picked up the six pack and then wait wait.

A second is that right. Why would I want to pay the same amount for less? It made no sense, but I readed like four people doing, but I actually was talking to a Publix cashier, and she said that that was something that she saw. All the time to where they’d have like buy one get one free for like toilet paper, and I don’t want the free one and they they were like now I’ll just want the one: let’s go over quickly, what we bought.

So we don’t make this too too long, so we got we’re going to try there cheese, cheese, snacks, cheese bites yeah, they had these cheese bites. They were on sale for two dollars: a bag. Actually, what a try one and we got. What is the day we got cheddar and I think one of that flavor was massive, but these are the just. The ingredients were red, cheddar cheese, which is milk, salt, lactic, acid, microbial rennet, and that’s it and carotene for coloring.

They seem like they’re just slightly smaller and poofier, but it’s a hundred and fifty calories per serving there’s two servings in the whole bag. 12 grams of fat, zero, carbs, 11 grams of protein. Those are good cause, you’re, really good. My grilling up mmm, like some of the best we’ve, had very buttery. Okay. What else we got in that bag? We got yeah. We showed this. That’s our second-favorite butter, it’s about never on sale, but it was until cheaper than carry gold to that.

We got some. Okay, so I bought this air chilled Organic ground chicken. It was on sale for like four dollars off a package, and you know what I’m doing this. Can you guess I’m going to try to duplicate the real good jalapeno poppers, but actually make it so that you can taste the cheese and jalapeno? Oh, if you do that, I will be so happy. That’s what the purpose of this is and then we got look. Some raw shrimp yep, so this shrimp was on sale like seven dollars off a pound, so I bought two pounds of it so that we can make our jambalaya that we’ve been making.

Oh, it’s so good! Then we got some bacon yeah bacon. Did you see this deal on the bacon? I did not five dollars off a pound for the uncured bacon, so I bought two four two two two two two pound packages BAM. So we had four pounds of die and we got some of your creamer. Well, the creamer is kind of for you. We got two of this one, for this is the best creamer. This is the chi-chu ki tu and a serving sizes, three tablespoons and it’s got MCT oil in it.

It’s got some protein in it: 50 calories per serving five total grams of fat, three grams of protein, zero carbohydrates in three grams and three tablespoons, and it is super they have the name right. Yes, super the ingredients in this purified water whey protein concentrate cream, coconut MCT, oil, monk, fruit, natural flavors, now the natural, vanilla, flavor, natural, flavor, potassium phosphate and gle and gum we got one of the haystacks I like that flavor, but I don’t know why.

But I’m not a huge hazelnut creamer fan I should be. This is the same company that makes us super coffees which I’m in love with, but I could never find like less than three dollars and fifty cents in it yeah that’s an invention when we just make our own but yeah this stuff really good. It was on sale like two dollars off and did you see the only reason we bought three of them expires May of 2020? I really feel like we’ll drink it, but so long as you don’t open it it.

Don’t you open it. It’s going to go bad. So the key is: don’t open until you need it, so you know you’re going to use it nope. So I’m interested though what is everybody else’s? Favorite creamer flavor, like I like hazelnut you like vanilla, you like mocha, I like vanilla, I like hazelnut, I’m not a aged mocha, so comment down below and let us know what do you like to put in flavor your coffee with yeah? What else we got? We got a whole bunch of these guys yeah I bought like these were on sale, three four five, which is about 30 cents, 40 cents less than we normally take.

I like to treat myself with them every once in a while. We don’t buy a lot of them, so I think I bought like 10 of them or nine of them. I think I bought. We got some of the good tummy, I think heavy whipping cream. This is I like this one at organic pasture-raised. It doesn’t have any care gained in it, they use Galang gum instead, and so we do sprightly spring for this, especially if we’re making some Aikido Chow ice cream.

It makes a huge difference: d yeah. We got some gooey normally by the oldies key, but this one was on sale. I wanted to try this one, because this is the refrigerated and it’s usually expensive. It’s vital farms. Yeah. Do you wan na? Do this? Oh yeah sausage. We got this sausage. It is so hard to find sausage that doesn’t have sugar or dextrose, or something like that. Usually we just end up dealing with that and now we’ve got to find a whole new sausage place and meat place where our meat place.

Penn Dutch announced yesterday they’re going out of business like today, yeah. Yes, we have to find a new place. I think we’re going to go a lot more to like us wellness and like and a butcher box, because after them that was the next cheapest. The only reason we didn’t do, a lot of stuff from you know, butcher box, and us wellness is because you can heat pan Dutch prices, yeah and and easy access like you walked into the store the same day and got it yeah.

But us wellness and butcher box, their prices actually be Costco prices a lot of times. It’s amazing they’re really good deals it well. I will link down below. You got some oil, oh yeah. We needed some more coconut oil spray. We just use this for, like our waffle makers and stuff, like that, we got some of this new season yeah. We can saw that this season Rachel found this. This looks really interesting, maybe put on some chicken or some steak or something I’m excited to try it.

I almost want to like crack it open and see what it tastes like right now, but it’s orange orange ginger. I bet it’s good. Let’s try it they’re all thinking we’re gross for them for sanitary. Hmm! I don’t need that for food. That is good. It’s uh, curry, good. It is I like some curt stuff, especially if you’re doing like a an orange chicken yeah. That’s what I’m thinking great for our ice cream. It’s good and honestly.

I use this when I want to be more heavy-handed with a creamer like a latte, because this is it’s a serving sizes. Eight fluid ounces. Now, I’m not going to use eight fluid ounces in a coffee, but I might want to have more than a tablespoon or two in a coffee, and this is one carbohydrate total and one fiber, so zero carbs. This is, you know, really fun memories. This is really good if you want a latte, if you miss Starbucks right and you want a latte where it’s 3/4 milk, like we usually use like 14 or 18 ounce mugs yeah 8.

Ounces of this add in your coffee. Maybe a few drops among fruit sweetener. If you want this is our favorite one from them. This is the coconut almond milk. They also have almond milk unsweetened. I was going to say you got ta check the label on the back. They also had a couple of flavored varieties, they all have sugar and it all has sugar in them and then they also came out with a creamer yeah. They shelf-stable like a creamer, but I looked on the back and the carbs weren’t great on that.

So I would stick with this if you’re interested this is pretty much we use. We’ve walked away from by buying the almond, milks and stuff like that, because again, there’s no cure gain in this, and the KeyArena seems to like be funny with us, sometimes cuz. I love the the super coffee. I love the creamer, it’s delicious, but sometimes I want I want to. I want a long run, a lot you know, or I have multiple cups of coffee, as we well know like a ton, so I can’t afford to have you know two or three tablespoons of heavy whipping cream 14 times a day right now.

This is lunch. Lunch / dinner, so we’ve always gotten the Whole Foods one. So I figured let’s try the sprouts version. Yeah bacon Halep got a two bacon, jalapeno cheeseburgers mmm, and then I got two of this was the cowboy burger, oh yeah, blue cheese, cowboy burger. That’s what I want: no, no, no we’re not doing that. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to make one of each one today, okay, then we’re going to split it, so we each get a half and then we’ll have the other ones tomorrow, because I need to be able to taste both yeah and we Have hard time sharing? Yes with it’s like hey, that’s your dinner.

You know we kinda have a buddy there’s nano, so I think that is everything that we got we ended up. Are you ready? I know Irene want to say it out loud. We spent two hundred and thirteen dollars, which is a lot of money for us to go grocery shopping, but we haven’t been grocery shopping in like since the last time we did a article. I almost think we went with you guys last time, yeah, it’s been at least a month yeah.

You know I mean there. We may spend like just buying some like little stuff here and there maybe 20 to 30 dollars a week, but we pretty much stockpile stuff in our freezers whenever something’s on sale or like zeebee, or something like that. Because of all of this money that we spent. I think like sixty eight dollars of it was just on the cbs-tv Imani, but we’re good on TV for a long time. One would hope I would well we’re good on my flavors, but Maria tells God I 50 % of what we bought.

There are Rachel’s flavors yeah. Well, when the lady said like can I have a root beer and I was like you want ginger, ale and she’s like no root beer, ginger ale, it’s like no root beer. Do I think you want ginger ale, it’s delicious! That’s Rachel’s! Favorite flavor great beer, so we’re going to go home, we’re going to unpack we’re going to make our launch and then we have some filming some other articles to do including a keto chow ice cream yeah.

Well, we got home from sprouts and I went to make the burger is that way, bah and we remember, we have chicken wings. I completely forgot that we went to Buffalo wallings. We actually treated ourselves for dinner last night. Yes, well, they actually have like a deal going on, but you have to eat there in the restaurant yeah, so they’re dealing with buy-one-get-one-free wings is you have to eat in the restaurant but of course we’re Rachael and gentleman we always find a way around it.

So we order like an alarming amount of wings at once, and then we just take you know a bunch of at home, but it always scares the waitress a little bit well, we ordered like two larges in two mediums, knowing that we were only going to eat Like eight or nine wings, apiece like how hungry are you and then we brought them home because we usually like to crisp them up more. They never can cook them as crispy as we want them anything we’re weird but yeah.

I like I’m crunchy. We tell them extra, crispy and they’re still not crispy enough yeah yeah, so we brought home wings. So we have wings so we’re going to eat these and then we’ll probably eat those burgers later on for dinner sounds good and since we haven’t eaten, we may also have the keto Joe as well. Yes, so see how we have to figure out our macros for the day, because we are in like day three of our reverse diet, so we got to make sure we hit all our macros right.

So I did want to say before we wrap it up, though, in the vlog, when we were in sprouts, we showed you guys that I forgot the name of it that other meat not to beyond me, but the other one that they had there. We were going to get that and sample it and tell you guys what we thought, but it had way too many carbs. The beyond me only has like three carbs in a serving, but they didn’t have the burgers.

Well, they didn’t have the burgers and it wasn’t on sale. They only had it like the one-pound tub yeah and it was like ten dollars. So we’re going to wait and as soon as we can find the beyond me on sale, we are going to sacrifice our bodies and eat a non meat, burger, hey even dr. Barry said he was going to at least try it there’s no way, I’m ever giving Up meat for beyond me: well we’re going to try it anyway.

I feel like Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation. Where he’s like, were they heavenly kind of a contest between, like you know, not meat and a hamburger, and this guy is like trying to elevate it with all of these different flavors and toppings and things it’s like everybody’s, like yeah, hamburger, wins yeah, so yeah we’re Going to look for that on sale as soon as we get it, we will definitely do that and in the meantime, what we should probably do is go try one of those Burger King ones, yeah like the impossible Burt.

I think it’s called the impossible burger. So we’ll see if our Burger King has that that’ll be another article coming up awesome. Well, I’m ready to eat. We got a set of wings here. The other sets in the air fryer, but we’re going to start here yeah. So that’s going to end today’s article. Nelson sit, sit, okay, plop down Milton plop down Madi girl, Maddy Madeline Madeline, look up! Look at your mother, Madeline sit Madeline, look at your mother, hmm! Okay! Now you plop down what just happening morning guys it’s a little later than usual, but that’s okay. I’ve already been super productive today. First thing I did was wit to go, take the recycling out and then I went to Costco today.

I only bought that same ground beef that I bought last week, because I’ve decided I’m having the exact same thing that I had last week like so I did intermittent fasting last week. I did a 20-hour fast and a 4-hour eating window, and that was tough, but it was also very amazing, like it was very. I don’t know what word I’m looking for. The only thing I can think of is calming. It was just calming to know that there were strict rules about when I could eat so I had to shut my mental crybaby up and it was 11:30 and it’s like wow, I’m hungry, but it’s like no girl, you’re, not eating till 2:00, so get over.

It focus on something else and move on, and that’s precisely what I did and I was successful every day and I was really proud of myself so this week, I’m just having pretty much the exact same thing. I’m going to have some cheese sticks and then bacon and hot dogs which were just amazing and then I’m going to have some ground beef. But this time I am in the mood for like cabbage. I don’t I’d, have no idea why? But I’m going to FRA me up some cabbage to go with it.

I am very excited about that and then just some bulletproof coffee that preferred keto collagen was amazing. The chocolate kind, at least the vanilla, didn’t really taste like anything, and I was just like I mean I’m okay with that, but the chocolate is delicious, so I’m going to have some more bulletproof coffee and then some more whipped cream and some more jello like that’s. It I am reintegrating Devia back into my plan.

Okay, guys it is time zip fish shake, but before that I want to open up, I had a package in the mail from Shelley Shelley. Thank you so much I’ve been kind of feeling around and I’m just like. It’s the zip is because I don’t want to Roulettes um zip is, if I got some in here. I would much rather use this, so I am going to open this thing up and see what it is. Oh, it’s a car. Is I’m going to go to the gym? I’m still going to go to my er, that’s where I’m going to get a majority of my stuff and then we just have a busy day as usual. Let’s do it hey guys in true fashion. I am at work because what is a weekend, you know, I technically hit 20 hours at 12:30 p.M. Today. I stopped eating really early yesterday, so my eating window technically opened about an hour ago, but I’m not hungry, so I decided not to eat.

You know leaving the house, I was thinking like. Oh my eating windows open like I could grab a couple. Cheese sticks and you know and eat them technically like within the rules, but I was like I don’t want to break my fast for some cheese sticks and I’ll tell you. That’s contributed a lot, a lot to the Xero app. I know a lot of you have heard of it, but it is an app that tracks your fasting Brooke.

This turns the whole thing into a game, as you can see, it’s green because I’ve hit over 20 hours. This is really neat. It really helps me become accountable and you know, as you’re, seeing the little dial fill up and you’re seeing the countdown you’re just like you know what I can make it. Those extra 20 minutes 30 minutes like so I really like this app. It’s called 0ze ro. So I’m just going to get to work for a little bit and then I will eat when I get home.

Okay, guys, I am done with meal prep. I really didn’t want to do it today, so I am very proud of myself for powering through and it turned out great it’s delicious, so I’m so excited to show it to you. First of all, just look at all these meats right here – oh my goodness. Okay, so first we have zip is, and then we have our cheese sticks. Next we have coffee with all the fixings. So that’s going to be this cashew milk, the Kido of chocolate collagen and some butter right there and then there’s.

My sweetener also sweetener for the heavy whipping cream, the chocolate heavy cream and then for my meals, I’m going to be having some hot dogs and bacon with some mustard and then the main attraction. Oh, my goodness, this ground beef again, but this cabbage you guys I just fried that up in like three tablespoons of butter and oh my word, it’s so delicious. All I add it with salt and pepper like I am very excited about that.

But each serving is six total carbs. So, like that’s what you get for eatin vegetables, but like hash tag worth it and then I’m going to be covering my beef in sour cream and some more butter winning overall today was a great productive day. I am happy to be sitting down relaxing for the evening, I’m probably going to put together more furniture cuz, like the furniture never ends, don’t forget to check out my what I eat Wednesday article to see how I put this all together.
