Could Probiotics Improve Your Mental Health

Some probiotics are also being called psycho biotics and they are now found to be a powerful way to improve mental health. Probiotics are widely known as friendly bacteria that help maintain a healthy digestive system. They also boost immunity and many health care. Practitioners recommend you have them daily now.

Researchers think some probiotics can also improve mental health and they have come up with a new term for them. Psycho biotics a review article that was published online in the jun 2013 issue of Biological Psychiatry, says psycho biotics are live organism that, when ingested in adequate amounts produces a health benefit in patients suffering from psychiatric illness, specifically depression, aura their stress-related disorders.

According to alan see, logan a naturopathic doctor and co-author of your brain on nature probiotics help to balance gut microbiota bacteria inside our stomach. These bacteria do a lot, but, most importantly, they protect the gut lining. He says an imbalance of gut microbiota can lead to intestinal permeability. It means parts of the bacteria could pass through the gut lining and into your bloodstream leading to low-grade inflammation, and that has been connected with obesity, disease and mental health problem.

The beneficial probiotic strains and those that are typically found in foods are members of the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium families, says Logan. A 2011 study published in the british journal of nutrition monitored adults who were given either a probiotic product that included lactobacillus and bifida bacteria or a placebo. Every day at breakfast for 30 days, those who consumed probiotics were found to have lowered, stress and anxiety.

The study concluded that gut microflora play a role and stress anxiety and depression and that probiotics may be useful as adjunct therapies and psychiatric disorders. It may be unrealistic to expect that probiotics will replace medications in the treatment of depression. But the message for now is that probiotics not only help you avoid obesity and disease probiotics, taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, may benefit mental health.

Fermented foods provide good bacteria to our guts, says, registered dietician and bh contributor suma plus it may be easier for our bodies to absorb nutrients from fermented foods aim for one to two servings of these foods every day without regular intake probiotics do not survive in the Colon for more than one or two weeks says ma: some of the fermented foods are yogurt butter. Milk kefir can pay miso sauerkraut kimchi kombucha tea.

A GUT REACTION TO HIV: How the gut microbiome influences progression to AIDS

Inflammation is the body’s way of protecting Itself from harmful agents or heal itself from injury, But when inflammation is sustained, it can Irritate the body and be harmful in this case by supporting the progression to AIDS. So where could this inflammation come from? Well, one interesting theory points to the Gut The wall of our intestine protects us by preventing harmful substances in our intestine From entering the bloodstream, A sea of immune cells prevents this from happening.

Some of the things that reside in our intestine Are actually bacteria, In fact, you may be surprised to hear that Our bodies are actually made up of more bacterial cells than human cells. All of the bacteria that live in our intestine Are part of the gut microbiome, which plays very important roles in maintaining our health, So this immune barrier keeps the bacteria In the intestine, where they have a beneficial role in our health, But upon HIV infection, this barrier is weakened.

And harmful substances, as well as the bacteria of the gut microbiome, can enter the blood Once the bacteria leave the gut and enter The bloodstream they can travel throughout the body and cause body-wide inflammation. Which can damage the body? Scientists think this may be a major cause. Of the body-wide inflammation that is characteristic of HIV and that contributes to AIDS, But we’re not really sure exactly HOW this Barrier gets damaged in HIV.

The types of bacteria that live in our gut Influence how healthy the immune barrier is. So the scientists of this paper were interested In seeing if there were any differences in the types of bacteria that reside in the gut Of patients with and without HIV, Their findings are published in Science, Translational Medicine in July 2013, in their article titled “ Dysbiosis of the gut microbiota, is associated With HIV disease progression and tryptophan catabolism.

” published by the McCune and Lynch lab at the University of california in san francisco, The scientists took patients that had HIV But were never treated with antiviral drugs and patients that were HIV-negative and examined. Their gut microbiome What the scientists found was that everyone Had the same overall number of bacteria, but the TYPES of bacteria that were present in Both groups were VERY different, Some species of bacteria were increased and Some were depleted upon HIV infection, BUT overall the gut microbiome from HIV-positive Patients contained many of the bacterial species that have been shown in other contexts to Cause disease on their own (, pictured in red here ).

They further went on to show that some of These bacteria may be directly weakening the gut barrier. That’S interesting By weakening the gut barrier. These bacteria May be allowing all kinds of other bacteria to go through and travel in the body and cause Inflammation…, However, this evidence is not direct and needs. To be confirmed in this context, Interestingly, the scientists also studied One individual that had HIV for over 21 years but was never treated and never progressed.

To AIDS This is very rare and when the scientists Looked at the gut microbiome of that individual, it looked JUST LIKE the gut microbiome of A person without HIV This again provides evidence that the composition, Of the gut microbiome may be linked to the likelihood of disease progression to AIDS. So what did this study show? This study showed that the gut microbiome Or the community of bacteria that live in the intestine of HIV patients is very different.

From that of uninfected patients And individuals with a more disease-associated Microbiome also had more inflammation and more advanced disease. This can be explained by the fact that the Microbiome from HIV patients contained lots of species here in red that may, along with Other factors weaken the gut barrier. This could then open the door for a whole Range of other bacteria to cross into the bloodstream and cause body-wide inflammation.

So what does this mean for you? This article provides a very interesting theory. That the composition of the gut microbiome could be linked to the development of AIDS. From HIV infection by being a major contributor to the inflammation But important questions remain, IS the “ disease-associated Bacterial community” actually damaging the immune barrier in HIV. Individuals in this Specific context in humans, with HIV infection and in the intestine, And how does this community grow out in an Hiv infected person.

Nevertheless, this study leaves much to fantasize About We can envision a scenario where, instead of Killing the HIV virus, we could slow the development of AIDS simply by changing the bacterial community. In their gut to that of an HIV-free person in order to prevent body-wide inflammation, This will likely be difficult, but it’s an Interesting way of approaching the problem,

Janitorial Services: Probiotics and the Future of Clean

Probiotic bacteria are non toxic to humans, but present a considerable obstacle to the spread of infectious disease such as ecoli or staff. The neutral bacteria consume the same food source as they’re dangerous counterparts, denying them of sustenance and the ability to spread freely, while years of research are necessary to determine the effectiveness of probiotics.

How To Treat Anxiety Symptoms by Treating the Gut

Ruscio. Did you know that many cases of anxiety can Actually be caused by your gut, Let ’ s discuss a systematic review that reviewed All of the available randomized control trials, establishing thankfully, that treatments For your gut can actually improve your anxiety Now here. ’ s! A study by Yang et al., published In the Journal of General Psychiatry – And I ’ ll – put the abstract up here on the Screen entitled “ Effects of regulating intestinal microbiota on anxiety, symptoms, A systematic review.

, ” Again a systematic review, will often review The available randomized control trials and summarize the findings, So this is arguably the highest level of scientific Evidence, Thankfully, what they ’ ve, concluded—as I ’ ll outline here in a moment—is that treatments for the gut can improve anxiety. Very very thankfully. So let ’ s dig into some of the details. To quote “ More and more basic studies have Indicated that gut microbiota can regulate brain function through the gut-brain axis.

And dysbiosis of intestinal microbiota was related to anxiety. However, there is no specific evidence to Support treatment of anxiety by regulating intestinal microbiota. ” Well. I would not agree with that, but this Is what they ’ re trying to rectify, So the aim of their study “ To find evidence Supporting improvements in anxiety, symptoms by regulating intestinal microbiota., ” Now intestinal microbiota is another way.

Of saying the world of bacteria and fungus and other like organisms in your gut, Let ’ s continue. “ Methods., ” This systematic review of randomized control. Trials, looked through 3,334 articles and only 21 were high-quality enough to be included. In this analysis, with a total of about 1500 patients over the 21 studies, Here, ’ s where things get really exciting. Let ’ s look at the effect of the treatment.

Study “ 14 studies chose probiotics, as interventions ” And “ six chose non-probiotic ways: ” mostly diet, The diet most often used—although, not exclusively—what, Is known as the low FODMAP diet, a diet that helps to starve bacterial overgrowths, which Can be problematic, can cause gut symptoms and inflammation and through the gut-brain Connection can cause anxiety Now regarding probiotics, you ’ ll, hear claims That a certain special probiotic is the best for anxiety or depression, And for years now I ’ ve been saying that Probiotics are not that specific Probiotics are not like drugs that operate On a very narrow pathway or mechanism, Rather probiotics in helping to heal and Rebalance the gut can have a wide array of improvements that they lead to because they Are oftentimes treating the underlying cause gut imbalances of multiple symptoms? This is how we can see different probiotic Formulas show improvements in things like various skin conditions, allergic conditions, Neurologic conditions, as we ’ re discussing here like anxiety There, ’ s also other evidence showing improvements.

In things like depression and the ability to fight various bacteria and fungus in the Gut and improve symptoms of IBS gas, bloating, constipation, loose stools and diarrhea. Thankfully, regarding the probiotics again, A specific special probiotic formula was not needed: Various probiotic formulas from single strain All the way up through multiple strain probiotics all showed benefit. What that tells you is you don? ’ t have to Be highly prescriptive or specific, with the probiotic that you use and you don ’ t have To be held hostage necessarily by marketing claims that you must use only this probiotic Or that probiotic in attempts to improve your gut-brain connection and therefore anxiety Here, ’ s where things get really exciting And I ’ ll quote: “ 56 % of studies could Improve anxiety, symptoms.

” 56 over half of the studies, whether they ’ re, Using probiotic or diet most, namely the low FODMAP diet, showed the ability to improve Anxiety, That is huge If you look at the outcome of many medical Interventions, a 50 % response rate is pretty darn good, especially for conditions that Can be multifactorial in cause as anxiety can Let me now read you their conclusion and I quote: “ We find that more than half of the studies included showed it was positive.

To treat anxiety, symptoms by regulation of the intestinal, microbiota, ” or treating Your gut “, There are two kinds of interventions: (, probiotic, And non-probiotic interventions, ) “ —remember that the most often used, although not exclusive, Non-Probiotic intervention was a diet known as the low FODMAP diet— ” to regulate intestinal Microbiota and it should be highlighted that the non-probiotic interventions were more Effective than the probiotic interventions.

” This makes sense. It makes sense that diet should come first. Before using a supplement, So great “, More studies are needed to clarify this Conclusion, since we still cannot run meta-analysis, so far. ” A little bit of caution there, A meta-analysis would mean that there are Many like studies that can be summarized to give a specific numeric score of the efficacy Or effectiveness of the treatment We ’ re, still short of that, However, for those who are looking to an anti-anxiety Or antidepressant medication or natural therapies, it certainly seems tenable to start at least With a reasonable trial on diet and probiotics, see if your symptoms improve and if not Then consider medication And I would always do this under the guidance Of your doctor and keeping your doctor in the loop But great news here that those who are suffering With anxiety have some great natural nutritional and supplemental options that have at least Some high-level preliminary evidence supporting their effectiveness.

Now, what can you do? Well, we want to improve the health of your Gut or improve the health of your intestinal microbiota, There are really three things. I ’ d recommend Here, specifically, in light of both my clinical experience and what this study has found, One improve your diet. You don ’ t necessarily have to go to the Low FODMAP diet right out of the gate That ’ s a little bit more of a specialty.

Diet, If you haven ’ t gotten sodas sweeteners, Sugars and processed foods out of your diet, of course, start there Focus on cooking all of your own food and Consuming whole fresh foods, Nothing pre-packaged, nothing, processed, Buying meat, vegetables, fruit, fish, eggs Start there. If you ’ re already doing that, then you can Go to a trial on the low FODMAP diet. I will put our low FODMAP diet up here on The screen and also link to it, I believe this to be one of the most up-to-date Low FODMAP diets available because we do follow the research literature here closely.

And update continuously our low FODMAP diet, as new evidence becomes available regarding The FODMAP content in various foods So basic dietary changes. If you ’ re already, there low FODMAP diet And you only need a couple weeks to start Seeing improvements from this diet, if it will work for you Now, if you ’ ve, given this diet a few weeks And you ’ re not noticing any movement of your symptoms, any improvement.

Then you can Go on a probiotic protocol Again, the probiotics are not highly specific. However, I have found it very effective to Try a well-rounded probiotic protocol. Some people will not fully respond to just One probiotic or one strain of probiotic because they need more of a litany of healthy probiotics. That is why I ’ ve developed the three-category System which ensures that you ’ ll, have one good probiotic formula from the three major Categories – I ’ ve linked you all the information here.

Essentially when we look at the probiotic Research, we see that, amongst all the hundreds of studies we can organize most probiotics Into one of three categories, You want to try all three of these categories: In combination to help give your gut the broadest healthiest probiotic stimulus possible, This can be the difference between success. And failure for some people, You also want to make sure that you ’ re using A quality probiotic, Of course, some companies will cut corners.

And not put very much bacteria in there. They ’ ll, put a lot of filler in there to Be able to have a very cheap probiotic, however, you ’ re, getting what you pay for That! ’ s, also, not to say that the most expensive Probiotic is the best. There is a balance here to be struck and I think we ’ ve, really achieved that in the three-category probiotic protocol that we Recommend, In close, if you have anxiety, fortunately, There ’ s some very high-quality preliminary evidence showing that various treatments for Your gut—most, namely a low FODMAP diet and probiotics—can, be effective and improve.

Your anxiety, If you are suffering with anxiety, don, ’ t Suffer another day Take some steps to perform these simple interventions. That cannot only improve your anxiety, but if you let ’ s, say, have constipation or Abdominal pain and anxiety, these dietary changes or probiotics could help with all Of those symptoms, When we use natural medicines that treat the Cause we oftentimes see side benefits rather than side effects, and you are positioned.

To reap all the rewards of that Again, this is Dr. Ruscio reporting in on A very exciting systematic review on the power of the gut-brain connection and how you can Use this to improve your anxiety, I hope this information helps you get healthy. And get back to your life

Bacteria in digestion | Physiology | Biology | FuseSchool

In this article, we’re going to focus on the role of bacteria in digestion, many different types of bacteria are found in the gut. In fact, scientists estimate that the gut contains between 300 and 1000 different types of bacteria, and the total number of bacteria in one person’s gut could be anything between 100 and 1000 trillion.

That’S a lot of bacteria. So what are they doing inside our digestive system? The most common in important bacteria is the lactobacillus species which lives in our small intestine. When undigested carbohydrates enter the intestines, lactobacillus helps digest them, otherwise, they’d be lost from the body and unused lactobacillus also helps digest sugars found in dairy products when lactobacillus bacteria anaerobically respire, they produced lactic acid as a waste product.

Although lactic acid, in our muscles hurt lactic acid in our gut, is actually very useful because it keeps the pH of our gut acidic, which means pathogen bacteria, so bad bacteria cannot thrive. This helps protect us from bacterial infections. Lactobacillus also helps prevent too much yeast growth. In our guts, which, if it spreads out to the rest of our body, can cause yeast infections too many yeast cells can also cause problems with our digestive system, as well as aiding digestion.

Scientists have discovered that the bacteria in our gut can also influence our immune system metabolism and the production of essential bio compounds. There’S even research showing that some cardiovascular disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease and obesity are associated with changes in our gut bacteria, but back to our gut bacteria and digestion. What happens if our doctor prescribes us antibiotics, antibiotics worked by killing bacteria or preventing them from reproducing? Does this harm on digestion and all the other wonderful things that gut bacteria do some antibiotics are targeted as specific types of bacteria, and so our doctors will try and target only the nasty pathogenic bacteria.

However, often antibiotics will also kill our good digestion bacteria too, but if you’re ill – and you need the antibiotics, then this is just a side effect that we have to handle. There are a few things we can try and do to help our good bacteria re-establish healthy gut populations. Probiotics are live, bacteria and yeasts that are found in some foods. It is thought that eating probiotics can help restore the natural balance of good bacteria in our guts.

That we lose from taking antibiotics only certain types of live bacteria make it through our acidic stomach and they need to be in very high doses. Prebiotics are essentially food for bacteria. They stimulate certain bacterial populations to multiply and survive in the gut probiotics can be found in these foods amongst many others. So, while our bodies are brilliant at digesting food, it turns out they need a little help from friendly bacteria to get the job done to catch.

Any undigested food and to maintain a suitable pH that we stay healthy amongst many other great things. If you liked the article give it a thumbs up and don’t forget to subscribe, comment below, if you have any questions, why not check out our first graph as well until next time,

Rheumatoid Arthritis and The Importance of Good Gut Health

My name is Laurie McLean. I was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 2 for those of you that haven’t been here before my blog focuses on inspiring others with rheumatoid arthritis and educating those with the disease or those who, maybe don’t know anything about the disease, but have a Loved one or a friend somebody they care about with it, so this is one of those episodes where we are going to get educated big time.

The topic today is gut health and we are discussing it with the rhone Ruben of gut Lee haven’t heard of gut Lee before, don’t don’t worry, neither I they have a liquid probiotic. That is amazing. Now you know hopefully, that I don’t talk about products a whole lot on this blog and, alas, I believe in them. That’S what I did with the sketch of shoes and now with this, the gut Lee liquid, probiotic Tyrone Rubin, is graciously provided a ten percent off discount code to our air of yours right there, our era and is what you enter, that checkout to get your probiotics.

So this is tasteless yay, you know some of those probiotics. They can taste a little a little funky right. Well, this one, nothing it’s like taking water, it really is plant-based yeah and it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. So when you go traveling this bad boy, it can come right along with you and you don’t have to worry about missing your daily dose of probiotics. Why are probiotics and healthy guts really really important of us with autoimmune disease? The rhone Ruben is going to fill us in.

Take a look first of all, thank you so much for having me on it’s a pleasure, my pleasure yeah and I’m really excited for us to talk about. You know all things gut health and really just to see where the conversation leads. But absolutely you know we got started in this. You know Bonnell around five years ago, actually after my mom passed away from cancer and my background is in actually computer science.

So I study computer science at Berkeley and she passed away around that time. So I was looking okay. There must be a way that we can, you know, perhaps intercept disease before it gets really severe. So I started doing a lot of research and I eventually came across the gut microbiome. So all the good and bad bacteria in the gut and you know kind of pulling on one string. It led to another, and you know we basically uncovered that the gut is related to all different kinds of diseases at all stages of their progression.

Yeah, and that’s really where we’re looking at and we’re truck. So we started a company called gut Lee mhm and gut Lee’s mission really is to really unite all these different disease groups together and to better understand disease at a fundamental level. So hopefully we can, you know, help people of the next generation and even today improve their diet using all natural foods and probiotics. One of the things I guess that we need to discuss is how patients with rheumatoid arthritis come into play with your product.

Now you contacted me because you had seen something really interesting in your in your findings. So if you just go into that a bit similar to a lot of other autoimmune conditions, has a big link with the gut, so things like dysbiosis, so that talks about you know the balance of the good and bad bacteria that live in the gut and their Effect on the immune system, yeah, so that’s really where you know one of the small biomarkers we look at.

But you know it’s really all about restoring balance to the diet and, what’s what’s really interesting, is that you know the gut and your body are actually communicating in this feedback loop. You know. So if you have a condition or a disease, you know that’s affecting the kinds of bacteria that you have, but then you know it’s kind of a vicious cycle. Then your bacteria will then reinforce your body and kind of possibly exacerbate those symptoms.

Absolutely absolutely you know a few years ago. I think it was about four or five years ago the Mayo Clinic started to discover the connection between autoimmune diseases and and the gut and since then – and even I mean I’m sure it was noticed before them. But the Mayo Clinic really kind of put that out. There and discussed it with people, but I don’t know how many RA warriors out there realize how important got health is to their overall feeling, so with your probiotic.

If a warrior were to start on your probiotic, what are some of the things that they would notice in terms of overall feeling right, so we can. Of course you know. Everyone’S body is different, absolutely yeah, and so that’s one of the big reasons week. We like to combine the probiotic, typically with the gut health test, to find out what specifically is going on in your unique gut now in terms of the probiotic.

It does vary for every single person, but in particular with autoimmune conditions. One of the big things is that gut lining, so the probiotic has these beneficial plant and soil based bacteria mm-hmm, and they also have all the enzymes that those bacteria produce. Okay, and so those enzymes are really great at repairing the gut lining and as a result of that eventually over time, that leads to reduce inflammation, and you know excitation of that immune response mm-hmm-hmm.

So one of the things that I am sure some of our viewers have heard of his leaky gut yes, and so is that somewhat of what you’re talking about with yes, okay, yeah yep yeah? Can you explain leaky gut? Is that absolutely fantastic? Absolutely so you have these cells lining your gut, they’re close, feel your cells, yes, and it’s really just pretty much a single layer. Now these cells are held together by these things called tight Junction proteins.

Now, on top of the tight Junction proteins holding together, the epithelial cells, you have this mucous membrane. That’S produced now. What’S really interesting is that your cells, your epithelial cells, need food. Just like the rest of your body. You know it’s like every other cell, but their food is actually the byproduct of those naturally occurring bacteria. In your gut now, your Gusti seems called short chain fatty-acids short chain fatty-acids are about 90 % or so of the food of these epithelial cells.

Now they also have a complex kind of relationship with kind of affecting the level of mucus produce and various things like that. But part of the reason the probiotic is so beneficial is because number one the plant and soil based bacteria are the one of the main producers of these short chain fatty-acids and as a result as well. The enzymes that they produce not only are food for that lining, but they also have enough on the bad kinds of bacteria, then prompting them to decrease in numbers.

So it kind of like that two-fold effect. Well, that is really cool, so in essence, by taking a probiotic, we can repair our leaky gut. Possibly, yes, it will definitely help. I okay, you know, as with all things with health, you know it’s about a holistic. Absolutely you know approach to it, so the probiotic will definitely help you know if it really. It sounds, you know, try it or cliche, but you know it’s really about.

You know the emotional aspect as well. It’S about the foods that you eat. You know your your psychology, you know, and that really does play a big integrated role in you know how you’re responding to the condition, so we really truly are what we eat. We are folk, we’re what we think yep you know all of it together, but I’m so excited to be trying your probiotic. I don’t know if you can see it behind me.

Yes, I put it in my. I put it in my tea this morning. I let it cool down just a little bit, so it wasn’t piping hot, but some put some of your godly probiotic in there and yeah. I I mean, don’t it has no taste, it’s amazing. Yes, we think you know you, can you know if it tastes kind of gross? You don’t really want to add it with anything I just get straight, but yesterday I did do it just straight yesterday see right what the cos he was.

It’S awesome. I love that, and you know that’s you know related to that. It’S you know. This natural approach is really a big part of our mission as well. Yeah yeah, that’s really one of the main reasons why we didn’t get pill forms of the probiotic hmmm. So a lot of the pill forms of probiotics have these binding agents in them they have certain preservative agents. So that really is an unnatural kind of thing, so the probiotic is actually grown on a farm yeah, so we grow it on a farm we use plant and soil naturally occurring on the farm.

It’S USDA certified organic and it’s kind of its harvested year around and these year-round fermentation machine. So you know it’s just collected and batches as we go along throughout the year as more grasses or harvested. So that’s what sets your probiotic apart from the other ones, that I’ve seen anyways is that it’s plant based right plant plant soil base and it’s it’s a liquid. So if some people have problem with pills, that’s just a nice benefit, but the really big part like you’re saying is the natural.

You know farm grown playing soil based. You know it’s really natural organic stuff. Everybody has different bacteria, that’s living in their digestive system. So now part of this is based on your family. So your genetics, now it’s interesting when you’re born you actually get your first dose of these bacteria from your mom, some whore. They used to think that you were. It was a sterile birth, so there was no bacteria.

The baby was somehow you know coded no bacteria in there, but that was actually the opposite. So your coded and bacteria from your mom and there’s actually a big difference, even between c-section births and non c-section versus in terms of the rate of allergies, autoimmune conditions, all kinds of stuff. So that’s, it starts from the time you’re a baby and then it changes all throughout your life.

So a big core of what bacteria you have is partly genetics, but an even bigger part is your diet and lifestyle. So, and you know, lifestyle includes things like stress, emotions and died of course. So the reason is is because your bacteria are alive, so they’re living creatures. You can kind of think of your gut like a rainforest, so in a healthy rain forest you have thousands and thousands of different kinds of species and they’re good, because each one is just doing its best to survive and they keep the other.

You know kinds of animals in check right, and the same is true with the gut. So if you have imbalance in the gut, it could be that there isn’t enough checks and balances between other kinds of bacteria. But the saying you are what you eat is really. You know takes on a whole new meaning here, because, depending on what you feed you’re, not just feeding you you’re, feeding, your bacteria and you’ve got so, for instance, we see this all the time, so people common test with us and they have an overgrowth of the Protein bacteria or a set of bacteria associated with protein now, that’s because they’re feeding their gut ecosystem they’re got flora all these high protein foods and these bacteria don’t care about anything they’re.

Just like Oh food, but you know that imbalance causes all kinds of issues. You know that’s just one example very interesting, so that was my discussion with their own. Isn’T he awesome that guy knows so much about gut health? I can’t wait to pick his brain some more throughout the month and I really do hope that you’ll come back and read more of our articles. Now, don’t forget: go over to gut lead CO and get your probiotic right now and also get that gut health test done.

It’S really important and you’ll probably find out some things that you didn’t know about your gut and you also get customized plan on what foods you should and shouldn’t eat to better your gut health again, the first article for this month of gut health, everybody take care And I will see you again next week, bye for now.

Plant Probiotics with Growth Boosters | BigHaat

This diverted the farmers to integrated nutrient and pest management practices in recent years. Here we need to find effective natural alternatives for supplying nutrients and for plant protection.

We have to improve soil health by reestablishing soil microflora by adding suitable biological inputs. We coppered biological systems. Another lens based company are the world leader in biological crop protection and natural pollination. We in partnership with nature, make agriculture healthier, safer, more productive and sustainable. Coppered is introducing 100 % natural and safer products to Indian agriculture.

Logo of copper depicts going back to nature more than our before. We need to look to how nature acts and how can we partner with nature, to restore the perfect balance? That’S why I enjoy working for corporate India as every day we work towards finding sustainable solution for restoring soil, health and plant health management, which he roots gr by corporate, is a hundred percent natural product that stimulates crop growth and root system.

It makes the soil living and healthy, which he roots in powder formulation, is for drenching, while the granular formulation is for broadcasting, which he roots is basically a bio fertilizer with phosphate solubilizing bacteria or PSB silicate, solubilizing bacteria or SSB potency of phosphate solubilizing. Bacteria is 5 into 10 to the power of seven CFU per gram. Minimum three kilograms of Vichy roots gr contains hundred grams of actives, along with PSB and SSB.

The active contains soil probiotic consortium, two percent organic carbon, 38 % seaweed extract 24 percent, a minor acid 9 % myo-inositol four percent ascorbic acid 20 percent thiamine 2 percent and alpha tocopherol, 1 % Ricci roots acts as bio primer that improves nutrient uptake soil, health, drought, Tolerance and disease resistance. Ultimately, it leads to healthy crop, higher yield and better nutrient value of the produce.

Mr. Prakash of a Calabria nursery in Bengaluru rural district applies Vichy roots powder, as drench with rose can immediately after sowing to these nursery trays. He is very happy that he gets healthy white fibrous roots in plenty to these seedlings. It enables easy establishment in the main field, with less mortality and better growth. Otherwise, it is advised to put Vichy roots powder at the rate of one and a half grams per liter of water in a bowel dip, the roots of the seedlings and plant immediately in the main field.

The same solution is given as drench at two to three weeks after planting for perennial crops. It may be drenched once in three to four months. Nowadays, most of the farmers adapt drip irrigation system for crops and give nutrients through the same line, put Richie roots powder at the rate of one and a half grams per liter of water or 150 grams per acre sucked. The solution to the irrigation line, with the help of a venturi Richie roots, reaches the root zone of all individual plants through drip lines.

Mr. Ravi, a capsicum farmer from PES regatta, has adopted this and got excellent growth of capsicum plant. Mr. Vinod cultivates rose in his poly house, he used Ritchie roots, both powder and granules in the last one year for these rose plants. Let us know his experience. The main reason for the healthy growth of these rose plants is the application of Vichy roots. We used it at resting period and once in four months later, apart from introducing Vichy roots, corporate officers visit our farm once in three months to give advice.

This helped me to achieve excellent crop of cut roses. Planting too much on a graph. Mr. Prabhakar, a farmer from veggie pure village, used Vichy roots for his tomato and capsicum crop in the Poli house. He was wondering how this corporate product can bring such a dramatic improvement in the crop growth. We drenched whichi roots to root zone soil at hundred grams per acre dosage, seven days after transplantation.

The same is repeated after 30 days, see the healthy and luxuriant growth of tomato plants, which he roots, produced white hairy roots as a mat. Always growth of plant is proportionate to the root spread. Last week, poly sheet went off due to stormy rain and soil of the bed washed away. Then we could see the route spread like a fishing net. Thus, we could notice the effect of witchy routes to a tag.

A Rotorua Thunder get hurt Purina my new apartment, which he routes is suitable for all the crops commonly it is used in vegetables like tomato capsicum, chili, potato cereal crops like paddy wheat, maize, millets commercial crops like cotton and sugar cane pulses. Like green gram, red gram, oil seeds like ground, nut soya bean, sunflower, fruit crops like pomegranate, grape mango, etc, plantation crops, spices and for many more crops, Richie roots gr.

The granular formulation is used for broadcasting or line application at the rate of 3 to 6 kilograms per acre to facilitate uniform broadcasting of the granules Vichy roots. Gr is mixed with bigger volume of sand, compost, powder or soil. Adequate soil moisture is crucial for better results. For perennial crop plants or trees apply the granules in a ring around the plant base and cover with the soil irrigate the field after application for better results.

Mr. Sudhir of who Lena Holley village, is a traditional sugarcane farmer. He applied Ricci roots gr for his sugarcane. Last year, and was amazed by the crop growth and yield, he happily continued the application of Vichy roots gr this year. Also, I am cultivating sugarcane from last 10 years. Corporate people introduced which he roots to me last year, growth of crop and tillering is excellent. We are expecting good yield as well encouraged by this I am using, which is dudes for this new planting.

Also, initial growth is very good behind me is just five months. Crop see the growth, although I think there’s no other ring like that. Mr. Chandra Shekar of Monday, our district used witchy roots gr for his paddy crop last year. He continued the same this season as well. He achieved bigger year, head size, more number of grains and better yield. We used copper twitchy roots granules last year for paddy crop.

The dosage was three kilograms of granules per acre at eight days after transplanting, tillering and growth of plant was excellent. Yield was satisfactory, so we are using Vichy roots granules again in this season. Also, we noticed bigger year, heads completely filled, grains and hence the better yield in last season, which he roots is compatible with biofertilizers and biopesticides. It can also be used with common fertilisers.

Ricci roots is non-toxic and 100 % natural. Hence it is safe for both people and the environment. TREAT DIABETES NATURALLY – Keep probiotic population and variety high

Today’S subject of discussion is about population of probiotics, as well as variety of strengths. Of these healthy bacteria probiotics possess powerful. That MIT is fighting features. Two things influence the extent to which probiotics are effective number one, the population of bacteria and secondly, diversity. Studies have found healthy people to have a high count of healthy bacteria, as well as extensively diverse strains of bacteria.

So it’s always important to ensure a high population of highly diverse, friendly bacteria. Friendly bacteria are important for suppressing the population and effectiveness of disease-causing bacteria. So when the amount of healthy bacteria is too low or the growth of harmful bacteria follows what happens? Is that these harmful bacteria starts to eat on the wall of the digestive tract, making the wall highly porous a condition commonly referred to as leaky gut? This allows harmful bacteria and other contents to leak out through the walls of the digestive tract.

Now a leaky gut is really really bad for diabetes and health in general, because it tends to worsen systemic inflammation and insulin resistance, the root causes of diabetes and other health problems. A leaky gut also seriously weakens the immune system, which is a very concerning outcome, because diabetes itself has an adverse impact on immune function, so the combination of diabetes and a leaky gut can lead to infections and other problems related to poor immune function.

Now probiotics are important for production of vitamin k2 an important nutrient for heart health. A low population of probiotics may mean in adequate amounts of vitamin k2. This is bad news, because heart health is a top health concern among people with diabetes, so eating probiotics on a regular basis is a very important factor for achieving a high volume of friendly bacteria. In the gut. A highly diverse ecosystem of gut flora is important for optimal function of friendly bacteria.

These microorganisms appear to work better as a very diverse collection of different strains, rather than when the variety of these trends is. Small studies have found highly diverse gut ecosystems to produce very good health outcomes, whereas no diversity of microorganisms residing in the gut is linked to an increased risk for diabetes, obesity, colon cancer and other health problems. Eating different probiotic foods is important for diversity, as each probiotic food contains.

A unique combination of strains of prebiotics are important nutrients needed for maintaining probiotics. There will be covered in the next lesson. Don’T miss today’s lesson is that probiotics function optimum when population and diversity are high. Please remember to subscribe comment and like thank you once again see you next time.

Supplements for Dogs: Probiotic Live | JustFoodForDogs

That’S made of all these microorganisms that help the digestion of your food that help the absorption of nutrients and moisture and everything else, and we are just only beginning to understand how important the balance of these organisms are in the intestinal tract in American diets for humans.

We tend to eat diets that promote bad bacteria and that kill off the good bacteria. Likewise, dogs that have been on overly processed foods have microorganisms in their bacterial tract. That are bad. You can switch your dog to whole food nutrition, and but it will still take years to rebalance the microorganisms that are in there. Bacteria that are in their intestinal tract probiotic is a way to add these beneficial organisms purposely on a daily basis and allow better absorption of nutrients and also can promote healthy weight and prevent some chronic disease, or at least we think.

We believe that it can help to prevent the development of some chronic diseases. I think in 10 years we’re going to hear so much more and learn so much more through sites, that’s currently being conducted, experiments that are currently being conducted both in animals and in humans.
