Well, I’m a baby boomer but never have I been set in my ways! Lol! However, I have always been one to change with the times even my music and the way I see things! I’m realistic in my views and I’m always willing to try new things! Right now I’m changing my diet over to vegan, so ill be back here often! Great site! I love it! Keep up the good work!

I thoroughly enjoy learning about nutrition. It was one of the classes I tried to take in college.Very glad kimchi and natto are on that list of superfoods you never heard of. Fermented foods are one of the best way to go. Not to mention kimchi is delicious, especially with Korean dishes.
